The woman at the check in counter spent 40 min reading brochures, making dining reservations and giving directions to two women while 16 of us waited just to check into our rooms! Absurd The other woman was trying to help as many as she could.

It had a great location near the Sagrada Familia and restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern

The open style in the rooms meant that there wasn’t privacy in the bathroom and lights would disturb a person who was asleep. We had problems with the air conditioner. One night it failed to come on. The lack of a closet meant that our clothing was exposed and gave a feeling of clutter and messiness

I arrived earlier than standard check-in time, but was offered a room upon arrival. It was rather dark and had one corner window, but when I asked for a brighter room was offered another one on the spot. The room had all the necessities, was quiet and clean. I enjoyed my stay. The location was good, and there were always taxis in front of the hotel if you need to get anywhere farther.

The croissants at breakfast are made with margarine rather than butter - they leave unpleasant feeling.

The hotel is very confortable. The lobby area is nice and comfy. The breakfast buffet was quite big and a lot of variety. The rooms were big. The sustainable offer to get drinks instead of room service for a day.

The fact that you can't access the rooftop after 9 pm and before 9 (not sure the morning timing). But we chose this place for the view and would have enjoyed staying on the rooftop longer. The temperature in the room was locked. We couldnt access the heating system and it was quite cold in the morning

The hotel’s condition and interior, cleanliness, security, service, minibar amenities, and essential supplies, as well as the friendliness of the reception staff, a great lobby, and a safe neighborhood!

The view terrace was closed, the pool was unavailable, and the soundproofing of the windows was very poor. Since the hotel is located right above a busy road, it was difficult to sleep comfortably. The mattress was extremely hard, and the springs could be felt. There were no slippers provided for guests, and adjusting the room temperature was challenging.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Hot water only ran to the sink. The two showers we took the water was luke warm at best.

The staff were just incredible, Jesus from reception was so kind and welcoming, as were all the breakfast staff and even the security guards! We stayed for 6 nights, so we saw them everyday and each day they were so kind. In a city that is a bit over touristed at the moment, you don't always feel so welcome at some places, but we felt genuinely welcome at the Radisson. We also enjoyed the Sagrada location. We didn't want to be in the center of the madness near Plaza Catalunya or surrounding areas, so this location really suited our need for respite from the busy city. You really have everything you need in the neighborhood and it was great to come back to the peacefulness of the hotel each evening.

The beds were a bit harder than other Radisson's we have stayed at, but it's not possible to suit everyone's taste with beds, so hard to fault them on this. In general the bed was comfy and pillows were great, but we are used to a memory foam type of mattress at home, so no hotel beds even come close to this usually. Everything else was superb.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Free water bottle in room and sweets in the lobby a lovely unexpected bonus. Bar was nice and so was the rooftop though we didn’t make use of it as the weather wasn’t good. Booked it as a treat and had no regrets.

The bathroom designs don’t offer much privacy. Why do hotels do this? No one wants to hear their traveling partner (whether a partner, friend or relative) while they’re on the toilet. The location was fine but a bit far from the most happening parts of town - this did mean it was very quiet at night however. The pool was closed while we were there. It wasn’t a big deal as the weather was cold and rainy, but if we had expected to use the pool we would have been extremely disappointed to not have had any warning about the closure from the hotel.

Our two-day visit to Barcelona was nothing short of spectacular! One of the highlights was attending Easter Sunday Mass inside the breathtaking Sagrada Familia Cathedral, conveniently located just a minute’s walk from the Radisson Blu. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations—we arrived an hour before the official check-in time, yet the staff graciously accommodated us without hesitation. During our stay, I booked two rooms, both of which were comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the plush bathrobes and slippers, along with the generous supply of bottled water each day. It was an experience that made our trip even more special!

Great location and good and very friendly service. The integrated lobby with the bar was a great meeting place before and after going out. Very comfortable en welcoming atmosphere overall and easy to reach everything from here. Nicely designed and well maintained hotel which was a great place to be and stay for some time.

Only one thing was a bit of a bummer and that was the not optimal sound-insulation at the room (or perhaps I simply had a poor room location). Traffic noise from the street was clearly getting into the room which later at night and in the weekend was a bit disturbing.
