Great location, very quiet (we were on the 5th floor facing the back - requesting to stay on an upper floor is highly recommended but you won’t have a terrace/balcony), clean and comfortable for a family of four. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. There is an elevator. The staff were helpful.

I found the instructions for the all-in-one washer/dryer on the door of the cupboard were not accurate for the machine but I was able to figure out how to use. As others have mentioned, a wash-dry cycle does take a lot of time. The unit could use a box of facial tissues (think others have also commented this). The view is of a typical neighbourhood but that was not a priority for us.

The location was perfect. Close to everything without having to live in the tourist belt. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bed was quite comfortable. Special mention to Andy who warmly welcomed us and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our entire stay. He also shared neighborhood tips and restaurant recommendations. Andy was more than just someone who managed the reception desk. He was our host, who made us feel at home.

I did not receive a code to access, granted we were 30 minutes early to book in: with 2 big suitcases! However someone appeared and sorted us well! Great small kitchen, proper coffee , great welcome wine and nibbles! Lovely staff

Room was gorgeous , only slight comment- couch was not that comfortable and almost impossible to watch tv from couch as bookshelf in way: but overall decor classic! Can’t really put into words any other negatives! All good

The location was very good, close to metro station and walking distance from La Sagrada Familia. Kitchen appliances and tools were enough. Washing machine is very useful. It was very clean and newly furnished. Wifi was OK.

I wish there had been cleaning every day. Maybe it was upon request, i am not sure. Heating done by air conditioning only. The kitchen table had very pointy corners (this may be a risk if you are travelling with a toddler). Extra dishwaser soap, garbage packs or towels/sheets were available in the locker at the entrance floor. We have found these by coincidence. I wish this information was available in the infirmation paper at the room.

The location is good as base but has no good views on front or back of apartment The bathrooms visually nice but need some maintenance as flush/ shower rails broken

This place is wonderful, spacious, very well located, surroundings are very safe to walk in the evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the most important items, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Check in process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this place for 4-6 people.

There was nothing I disliked but perhaps if I have to say something, then it will be good to equip the kitchen with olive oil, salt and vinegar (a bit more than it had). For people using the place for a few days it may be difficult to buy a whole bottle of olive oil

We arrived at a time when the reception was closed, but the self-service check-in was completely understandable, when we met the receptionist the next day, they were always so warmly welcomed. We appreciated the roses prepared as part of the local holiday. The apartment smelled of cleanliness, equipped above standard. Great location, 2 minutes walk to la Sagrada Familia, few minutes to metro, shops, bars, restaurants nearby.

Nice clean hotel -like apartment, spacious area with comfortable beds, complete kitchen, and nice toilet and bath. Bars, restaurants shops, supermarket all around. Sagrada familia is about 15 minutes walk. You have to send messages on check in and check out time, as reception may be from 8 to 5

It was spacious, clean, and very quiet, despite being only a few short blocks from both the Sagrada Familia and the Passeig de Sant Joan, with its incredible Mercat de l’Abaceria. Also a short walk to a wonderful wine shop (Vinalium) and local craft brewery’s store (Espiga). The washer, dishwasher, oven, and stove all came in handy. Andy at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Very spacious apartment, perfect for a family of four. We even enjoyed a small balcony. Great location, with lots of shops around and close to several metro stations. Quiet neighbourhood. Modern and cool design.

Sound proofing inside the building was not great. We could hear a lot the noise from the other apartments as well as water from pipes, etc. Or perhaps we’d just been unlucky that the other guests in the building were not very mindful of other occupants (letting children run for instance).
