Great, spacious apartments with a kitchen dining area, living room and nice balcony facing a quiet street. Can see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony. There’s a nice rooftop patio too. There’s also a grocery store right outside the main doors to the building where we found everything we needed (though we only ate breakfast in our room). There’s a subway stop around the corner (we never used it- with a family of four, for the same price as the subway we could just take a taxi most places). Steps from Sagrada Familia and about a 30 minute walk to the main tourist area around Las Ramblas (actually a very lovely walk, but I wouldn’t advise it on very hot days). Close enough to the attractions but just far enough that it’s a nice quiet area and feels like a real neighborhood. There’s a bunch of restaurants on Avenida Gaudi around the corner. We only tried one and it was awful. Seems like a but if a tourist trap as it’s right next to the Sagrada. Best to look for quieter streets with real restaurants.

This location was perfect for us. We walked to several of our tours or took a taxi. The apartment was perfect for our needs - me and my wife and two teens. Two bathrooms and three beds was perfect. 24 hour monitoring and friendly service at check in. The rooftop terrace had a great view of sagrada Família thought I could not see from room Great place and we enjoyed our stay. Supermarket next door and coffee shop across street. We frequented them both.

Would be great to view the sagrada Família from our room but the terrace worked just fine and we used it twice and never had anyone else there.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfortable and more than spacious enough for 5 people. The location was great, really close to a lot of the main attractions of the city, and the rooftop had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

I really liked my family week long vacation there. Receptionists are really welcoming and are 24h on the reception, they helped with all inquiries and guided us for the best food places around. There are many food options including some top rated restaurants. We really enjoyed the food in Barcelona. Location is great - you are right next to Sagrada Familia and one can not beat morning coffee on a balcony with such a view. You are in between Park Guell, seafront and Old Town - 40 minutes walk in either direction or a 4-6 stops on metro from Sagrada Familia station. I would recommend to start by walks - it is a beautiful and versatile city. Hotel is prestine clean and tastefully decorated. Appartment is a decently sized 2 bed / 2 bath featuring a living room with open plan kitchen stuffed with a fridge/coffee machine/kettle/hob etc. Double glazed windows block noise from traffic if needed and air-conditioner provides cool and fresh air. Master bedroom faces away from the street, so you will enjoy nice and quiet sleep there. There is a Waitrose like small food store next door and a bigger food supermarket on the corner, 10 meters further. I loved morning pastries from a cafe on a corner. WiFi worked really well.

The 24 hour desk was really handy when our flight was changed to arrive after 1 am. They accommodated our change in plans (arriving a day late) very kindly. The flat was well taken care of and well stocked. The air conditioning was lovely. The balcony, while not affording the great view (we were in the back of the building), still was nice. The transportation we arranged through them for after our stay was prompt and the right size (unlike booking.com's that we booked at the beginning gave us a 3 person car for 4 people).

We were surprised to find the ensuite was the room with two twins, not the double bed. As others have complained, we ended up with a room at the back of the building, over the school of screaming children. Earplugs were needed. Fortunately, there is no school on weekends. Perhaps people can request a room at the front of the building for the lovely view.

Apartment so close to sights, safe neighborhood, coffee and store close by. Enough room for my 2 young adult/ teens. Washing machine was great. To have a 24 receptionist to assist with questions regarding Barcelona was so helpful. There was also drinking water on site. Didn’t need to leave complex and go to the store to get water. An added bonus with the summer heat wave. My daughter studied in Spain for 1 month and accumulated more items. We needed to ship some of her things home so we can enjoy more of Europe. The receptionist provided assistance on how to obtain a luggage and supplies to mail her things home. Reassurance that the luggage would be taken care of even though we already checked out of hotel.

Stylish Hotel, design of everything is prestigious with good taste the staff were really nice and always willing to help we came early before check-in time, besides the fact there is a secure room with locker to place luggage, there is a huge lounge to rest with restroom and television. room is big, great equipped kitchen and also laundry machine Location is great near Sagrada Familia with nice area to walk around the roof top is really great, nice sitting area. you can see sagrada familia from there and the underground garage has private collection of antique cars very impressive!! like a museum. great unique hotel.

Property is literally just around the corner from the Sagrida Familia. The Apartment we were staying in was a very large 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a main bathroom and one room had an ensuite shower room/ toilet. Air conditioning was very effective and was controlled directly in the apartment. Reception was open 24 hours and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware of the block is on a busy road in the day and as you would expect in a busy city centre was quite noisy on the balcony but double glazing was effective at keeping the apartment quiet. The apartment had not been renovated recently but everything worked well.

Great locations in central barcelona, right next to the cathedral, and convenient for walking around downtown. Kitchen was small but workable and there are multiple grocery stores and coffee shops within two blocks so very easy to shop for things. We stayed as a family of five with three teenagers. The flat had AC, which was a big plus in barcelona summer heat. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and were able to get us into our room early.

The elevator was a little slow, but at least it had an elevator!

Location was wonderful and 24 hour staffed desk was very helpful and it was great to know they were there if I had questions or needed assistance. Since my Spanish isn't excellent, it was very helpful that the desk staff were fluent in English. It was nice to pack lightly knowing I could use the washer/dryer which I did. I loved the balcony to be able to sit and watch the world go by.

The noise from the guests next door was a little loud but only one night. The desk attendant offered to call the neighbors but I opted to wait to see if they became quiet later at bedtime.
