Loved the location so close to Sagrada Familia and metro links. The free coffee and snacks and water dispenser by the lobby is one of the best things. This is one of the reason why I booked this accommodation. It saved us having to buy this elsewhere and when we wanted to lie in, we just grabbed a couple of bizcochos and a cup of espresso and we were good to go. Also staff were really courteous and friendly. There may not be a receptionist all the time but they respond promptly on Whatsapp :)

There's not much I can say except maybe the TVs need a bit of an update but not really an issue since Wifi is good.

Great links to nearby shops supermarkets. 3min walk to the Sagrada familia which was perfect Loads of nice food places to eat nearby and a cute cafe straight opposite Busy environment but not too busy and just as u would expect a cute little city. Cute free coffee/tea/fruits/pastries available anytime at you And when we arrived we had cute jelly sweets on the bed which was a nice little touch

The only thing I didn’t like was having to check in and pick up keys and do certain things from another address of theirs. So same hotel but it’s just inconvenient especially when you don’t know how to check addresses or maps whilst travelling and can’t figure out the street names! Also when I arrived they said I owe tourist tax of another £37 which was not mentioned online so I was little shocked.

This hotel was the perfect combination of value and location. It is only a couple of blocks from the Sagrada Familia, with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that there were snacks in the lobby. There are two Metro lines nearby so you have quick access to anywhere in the city. They provide a toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a razor, which is replaced as you use them, which I thought was a nice amenity. Be aware that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours per day, but someone is always available by phone or using the intercom at the front door. I needed something a couple of times and someone was there within a few minutes to help.

My only minor critique is that the shelf in the shower would have been better placed on the opposite wall. Where it was took up valuable shower space. It if that is my only complaint, that is saying a lot.

If you are used to entering and leaving using a code and not seeing staff, this place is for you. Very clean, simple, bit it had a desk and good internet connection. Great shower and lots of mirrors, the airconditioning was great and is very near Sagrada Family.

It was very unclear to me how the door of the bedroom opened and closed. It seems that the moment you enter the building, your room unlocks, which is a slight security issue.

We arrived late, we were a little confused, but someone coming out of the property (customer) instructed us to push the call button out side. It took a few minutes for the gentleman to arrive. He was very kind and helpful, Property was quant and a great location.

Check out morning the maid cart was in the hallway. Hallways are very small and tight. Took a little maneuvering of the cart to get to the elevator. Wasn't really bad, the tight hall just added to the quantness, wasn't the properties fault, they have to get the job done!

Clean room with toiletries provided, water and candies. The pillows and mattress were soooo comfy (memory foam type). Few minutes from Sagrada Familia with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Free snacks in the reception (fruits, bread and coffee). Staff were lovely.

Reception after midnight will be on the other hotel but only 2mins walk away. Sound proofing wasn’t good. Can clearly hear next doors and reception (was in the 1st floor).

The location is near Sagrada Familia, so we have lots of opportunities to admire the unique building when we walk to the Metro which is next to it. The stuffs are helpful and there are lots of free light refreshments e.g. cake, coffee, fruits for the guests. Our room is next to the street but is quiet during the night.

The room only has a small table, light is a bit dim. Bathroom wash basin is small. It's not easy to see the hotel signboard, find difficult to locate it on the first day

Very clean room, 5 mins walk from sagrada familia, very friendly and helpful concierge. Shower was spacious and good water power. Filtered water dispenser, tea & coffee facilities and snacks available in lobby which was very helpful!

No sound proofing at all. Loud noises from vehicles on the street and you are able to hear everytime a neighbour open/closes their door. Bed is too soft but that is just my personal preference. My friend had no problem with the bed

Firstly, the location was perfect - 3 minutes walking from the Sagrada Familia and close to two metro stations. Secondly, it was very clean - everyday changing of the towels and cleaning the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no problem to leave our baggage in the staff room until it was time for leaving Barcelona.
