There is no power socket near the bed, except for a single USB port, which is quite inconvenient. After a long and exhausting day of walking and exploring the city, I just want to lie in bed, charge my phone, and use it comfortably. Instead, I have to sit in the living room for hours just to charge my phone, which is incredibly frustrating

Charging by the bed USB only. Just a plug would be more appropriate, since not everyone uses USB.

It was cleaned every day, the reception was available 24/7, always attentive and helpful, and the environment was friendly and safe.

Roommates rarely respected nighttime quiet hours or other people’s sleep. For example, almost every night, someone would start packing their suitcase at midnight or even at 4 a.m., making a lot of noise. People from all nationalities seemed to ignore the need for peace during the night. Sometimes someone would even play music on their phone early in the morning.like 3 ..wired people. I had to ask them to stop, but I was afraid to say anything because my belongings and suitcases stayed in the room while I was out sightseeing all day. I didn’t know what kind of people they were, so I was worried they might damage my things.

Bed&Bike was my first time hostel experience as well as first time solo traveling experience, hence I don't have any comparison. But the experience exceeded all my expectations. First of all, location is wonderful. There is a lot of great restaurants and cafes within a 200m radius, Sagrada Familia is 12 minutes away by foot, metro and buses are also incredibly close. But even the location isn't the best asset of this place - it's the people. From wonderful and kind volunteers (besitos Agustina and Joao) and workers, to other guests - each person made my stay better. During the day you can rent a bike and join a bike tour or explore the city on your own, in the evening - eat dinner with guests and volunteers and join a pub crawl to have a wonderful night out for a funny price. Even though I was traveling by myself, I was not lonely for a moment. Thank you for always being happy to help and for being so kind and open, I'm beyond thankful, I will never forget this experience, and I will definetly stop by Bed&Bike on my next trip to the beautiful Barcelona.

The matress wasn't the most comfortable, but it also wasn't the worst I've slept on.

Perfect Hostel for Solo Travelers! My son had an incredible stay at this hostel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a young solo traveler, he found it to be the perfect place to meet amazing people and make new friends. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made socializing easy and enjoyable. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the city with everything you need just a short walk or bike ride away. The hostel offers bikes for guests, which was a fantastic way to explore the area and see the sights at my own pace. The social spaces were always lively and well-maintained, creating a great environment for meeting fellow travelers and sharing stories. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a relaxed hangout, this hostel has it all. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone traveling alone or with friends. It’s a great spot to connect with others and enjoy a memorable stay.

The staff were helpful when I needed someone to call another hotel and speak Spanish. They also let me leave my bag for an hour after check out while I did one last trip up town. It is reasonably central and you do need to use transport facilities as Barcelona is spread out. They provide small muffins and fruit in the morning if you get up early. Convenience stores quite close. A mixture of ages.

To clear your big locker under the bed, you may need to get down on your hands and knees to lean in. There is only one usb c socket at the bed. In the common area are plug sockets. I left mine there overnight. But I am sure if you ask the staff they can help you.

It was a very chill location and atmosphere, plus I got a room with quite nice and considerate girls

The cleaner came in to turn over the beds of 2 people who had checked out at around 1pm, as soon as she came in the room she was quite loudly complaining about the “state” people leave things in and how disgusting they are - the beds were left in a pretty decent state and there was no big mess. Once she’d realised someone was in the room she’d lowered her voice but continued complaining the whole time she cleaned the room - this really was my only issue with my stay, apart from this it was 10/10

🇬🇧 Really spacious, clean, friendly, helpful, comfortable, and accepting of everyone. Safe and secure bit far from beach but i definitely got my steps in which I didn’t mind but have to take proper comfortable shoes now as my feet are destroyed but as we say in England “ there is no gain without pain “ loved Barcelona as a whole for first time experience will definitely recommend Bed & Bike.. And will definitely be returning to see what I didn’t see this time but with better shoes.. Thank you to all the staff it was a great few days for me..💯👍

i stayed in the 4-bed private female dorm, which was mostly me for my stay which i loved as it felt private! i liked the bike tour and the enthusiasm of the volunteers (especially Luca), the daily family dinners (€3), the quietness of the rooms and location, the spaciousness of the chill out area, the activities and facilities offered and just generally the atmosphere of this hostel i felt at home quickly

it could be improved by installing a water filter tap, because the tap water isn’t the best to drink although it is drinkable, and also buying yoga mats for guests to use! that would’ve made a huge difference for me.

Originally 2 nights for stay., then may plan going to extend another two night,. But we have problem in may flight delayed of one day, only one day I stay in the hostel I try to extend but the staff said fully book no available,.In one day I stay the staff is very nice person Allways make smile can talking about asking in the hostel,.
