Property manager had to arrange a time to meet us in person to collect payment and sign a form, which was unusual for all the properties we stayed in for this trip. Fortunately, we were able to do this the next morning, and they left us a code to get in late the night before, so it was not much of an inconvenience. He even came to us, so that was accommodating. The apartment was on the small side, which is typical for the area, but the location couldn't be beat. Easy access to lots of different bus and metro lines. The bakery across the street was handy for breakfast.

We could have used more blankets. A single sheet for the twin beds is a bit chilly for us to regulate temperature at night for several guests. Making the rooms hotter would have made other uncomfortable. If I had my preference, the larger bedroom would be a single bed and not two twins, but we made it work.

How fast questions were answered using What’s App. Cleanliness and amenities offered. It was very quiet and recently renovated. Check-in and out were super accommodating- Albert met us at the apartment at the time we arrived from the airport. On our last day, they allowed us to store our luggage at their main office.

Lack of information available (without asking). Often properties offer a list of restaurants, activities and shopping suggestions, a map of the area, detailed check out info and unusual or quirky info about the suite. This was not available.

Has everything from kitchen, washer, and is close to metro station. Area also has supermarket, Asian restaurants, Asian market, and cafes nearby so you’ll never go hungry.

I thought the bedroom with twin bed to be a little bigger, was tricked by the photo posted. Internet was probably throttled so it was difficult to stream shows and movies. No proper bowls in the kitchen, the “bowls” looked like oversized coffee cups (this was minor but it would have been more convenient to have when eating noodle soup). Hot water is limited…2 people get hot shower, 1 person gets semi hot shower, and last person gets cold shower.

Well kept apartment with full facilities The most we liked was. Albert who was an amazing person. Came immediately to handover the key and explained everything about the apartment facilities also a very sweet gesture of treating us with croissants as we had to switch apartments due to some issues. The first apartment which belonged to the same company was very very good close to all amenities. We had to move the next two nights to the apartment which we had originally booked. Had very good and comfortable stay in both the apartments

What we didn’t like was the area of the apartment which we had booked We felt a bit scared to get out in the night as we were just 3 girl’s

Perfect location, the apartment was in the heart of the city, quiet and pleasant. Local market and cafes just a stones throw from the apartment..

Would have liked instructions on how to operate the washer and dryer, other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighbourhood, 15 mins walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Sagrada Familia.. Buses from C/San Joan 10 mins away go to Parc Guell to the north and the beach to the south. Lots of Chinese shops and restaurants in this area but walking distance from more Spanish/Catalan areas. Building is secure and lift worked most of the time (out of order once, five floors up!). Mercadona around the corner for supplies. We were able to leave our suitcase at another location near Plaza de Catalunya on the last day until we took bus to airport.

Apartment had everything except stuff to wash up with! Luckily we did not do any cooking. But host said to just leave everything in the dishwasher on departure.

The beds were comfortable. Each room has ventilation from the AC system. Great apartment facilities with dishwasher and washing machine. Clean and spacious for 3 adults. Close to Supermarket, taxis and great bread coffee shop. Albert looked after us well and was patient with our stay and booking details.

Shower was not clean and had to removed plug to stop overflowing of shower. Please could there be a mirror in the main bedroom.

This proved an excellent solution for us. The appartment is in a wonderful location, easy to reach by public transportation with plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance. For tourists visiting Barcelona many of the attractions are close by. We found the appartment clean and comfortable and well furnished for a short stay. We were in 3 adults and we all recommend it.

• Fantastic location and very comfortable apt. • The staff were very attentive, provided us with a cot and attended to any issues quickly and satisfactorily. • We particularly appreciated the 40 mins wash and dry cycle on the washing machine 🤪 It’s a really thoughtful thing to have in a holiday apartment! • They’ve just renovated the bathroom and it looks great.

• The second twin bed crammed in the spare room doesn’t allow the door to shut; a bunk may be suitable for kids? • The decor is a little old, but tbh everything is functional, so we were totally fine. • Not a fan of the bedding where the duvet is just placed between 2 loose sheets - a duvet cover would’ve been so much more comfortable. Apparently the quality of the sheets is one of the top positive review factors in short term rentals 😉

Perfect location for our needs. Apartment clean, had more or less everything you need with so many amenities right outside your front door. Our contact was available and very clear and efficient with key hand over, instructions, local tax payment etc. All went like clockwork. This apartment really worked out well for us. Thank you.

Only 2 minor recommendations - include a clothes drying rack and washing up bowl as part of the apartment contents. We went out and bought them and left them.
