It is situated in a great place vís-a-vís both the Sagrada Familia and the marina (Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter). The breakfasts were rich and quite tasty, we especially enjoyed coffee and fresh orange juice (as well as the ability to have champagne on New Year’s morning.

Not everything in breakfast was amazing, but you can always find something to eat, so it isn’t really a problem at all.

Christian was awesome and recommended lots of places to see and eat. I had absolutely no plans for the trip but because of him, I was able to eat different authentic Spanish cuisine every single meal of my 3-day stay. Isaac also recommended for my last night, and he went out of his way to say don’t hesitate to ask him questions. Also my room was a lone room on the other side of all rooms in the corner so I didn’t have to worry about making noises, or sharing a wall. Great location, awesome staff, a happy traveler and am already thinking about staying again for my next trip! Thank you!!

No room slippers, but I think that’s just because I’m used to Japanese hotels, and they provide them. Also amenities weren’t refilled when they came in to clean but I’m thinking it’s to cut down on waste?

I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Barcelona. Check-in was easy and pleasant in a lovely lobby area. Staff are welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, well-lit, AC worked very well and everything was clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfy. The room had everything you could possibly need. We ordered room service which was reasonably priced. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! It had literally everything you could possibly want (including 3 different types of cake and cava!) and the food was fresh and replaced/rotated very well by the staff. It felt like a 5 star stay but very reasonably priced for the city. I can't wait to stay here again!

Nothing at all, everything was excellent

Had a short 4 day stay and hotel was in a convenient location for what I wanted to see on this my second trip here. It's about a little over a half mile to Sagrada Família, a half mile in the other direction to the Arc de Triomf, which is near a nice park and the Picasso museum where there are plenty of good restaurants. The nearest Metro station is a half mile away. They served a good breakfast and food and drink in the restaurant and minibar are reasonable. There's a pharmacy, convenience store and atm right across the street. There are several smaller places to eat nearby but the finer restaurants are nearer the big sites. They offered airport pickup which I had a little trouble locating but they did meet me not long after arrival. They didn't have a shuttle to the airport and a cab was about 42 euros. The staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. I did enjoy my stay here.

My main dislike is it was hard to find any English speaking tv stations. Tv watching is not something I plan on when I go on vacation especially where I'm so busy but there are down times where you'd like to see a program in English, even a news show. CNN was available for a couple of hours "some" nights but not every night. They had a channel for BBC but it was blank. It was a very minor inconvenience but I'd at least like to see the BBC.

I liked almost everything. Absolutely loved that we could leave our cases till we had to get our flight with no additional cost. Also a kettle in the room is an excellent touch. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space. The pillows were also a nice touch. The staff was lovely and helpful.

The showerhead had some limescale on it as did the shower itself. It didn't really affect our enjoyment of the room. The TV wasn't connected to WiFi or at least we couldn't make it work to connect to our netflix and enjoy a movie. If this hadn't been the case it would have been a 10/10 stay!

Excellent Experience at Secrcotel Caspe My family and I recently stayed at Secrcotel Caspe, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, conveniently close to key attractions. There were lots of food outlets nearby, and the train station was within easy reach, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the beach was very close, adding to the hotel's appeal. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-appointed bathroom that included both a shower and a tub. Despite a minor AC issue upon arrival, the staff promptly resolved it, ensuring our room was cool and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional breakfast. It offered a delicious variety of options, including fresh orange juice, which we looked forward to each morning. A special thank you to the staff for their outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We had requested a note for our children's celebration, and the staff not only provided it but also included complimentary sweet treats, which made our children very happy. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our stay and made it memorable for all of us.

Clean, had all the amenities I needed for my stay.

There were a few small but annoying issues. 1) how our room is positioned the lights in the hallway kept coming on during the night as they were motion sensitive. Whilst we tried closing the curtains to not be disturbed they weren’t thick enough to stop it. 2) the toilet door never closed properly and was always slightly ajar. So using those facilities meant someone had to leave the room. 3) the AC never felt like it was cooling adequately. It was cooling but at the minimum effort. 4) the bathroom body wash dispenser never gave sufficient soap when pressed making bathing a little bit more tedious. 5) the cupboard door opened smoothly with on sliding door but the other had to always be given a good pushing to open.

The Hotel was very nice and met our expectations. I would especially like to point out the room attendants were very very good and the room was always attended to and super nice and clean when we got back to the hotel. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. The location was very good. Some nice sightseeings walking distant to the hotel and also shopping street. Also bus stops and metro station close to the hotel.

The pillows were very long and not very comfortable for me. I could probably have asked for new ones but I didn't.

The location was great — many popular attractions were within walking distance. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room included an iron, which was convenient.

The walls seemed quite thin — I could hear noise from other rooms, especially from upstairs. It would have been better if room service provided fresh water bottles daily. Also, I initially paid in USD during check-in but later wanted to switch to Euros; unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate the change.
