Proximity to Sagrada Familia and other notable sights. Several resraurants and supermarkets in the vicinity is also a big plus.

We arrived in the city at night and key collection location is far from the apartment. It is very incovenient.

The check in process was extremely difficult took over 1 hour, staff were not very helpful at the desk, major confusion was happening because my card the booking was under was a virtual card

That i have to get the keys from somewhere else. They should have a lockbox with the keys somewhere in the building. For us who used the train system is very inconvenient, as we had our luggages with us, from airport, had to exit the station, walk a few blocks to get the keys, walk back, ride train again to apartment.

Location, spaciousness and comfort.

It would be good to have a directory in the apartment to show how appliances, safe etc are used. Also, as most of us are not familiar with the rubbish disposal system used in Spain, rather than just say dispose of your rubbish nearby, it could be explained that the bins are out on the street and that you need to separate into different receptacles. I was quite surprised that with what we paid per night that we had to dispose of our own rubbish.

Very good location for a reasonable price! It was sufficient to accommodate 2 families, we liked that there are 2 nice bathrooms. It has all appliances you need, only extra bowl might be helpful.

Very small and little elevator that can accommodate only 2-3 thin adults at a time, but we managed to use it one by one))) Please pay attention that check in is 30 mins from the apartment by car. We also spent extra 20 mins looking for parking lot (which is understood with a very central location)

Entire property was lovely, comfy beds, spacious, bathroom/ shower was very good with big high pressure shower heads.

Only think that could be improved is that I booked this with it being 9 min walk from an accommodation I was moving out of, yet I had to get the metro about 22 minutes away to their office to check in (which is a pain with bags), and then head all the way back to the actual property. So this needs to be made clearer when booking or even better a more prompt check in method should be used where you can be checked in at the actual apartment location.

The apartment has adjustable air temperature, everything is clean and works as it should. The concierge is friendly and always ready to help.

The need to get the keys in another part of the city is very annoying. Strong audibility from the entrance due to the complete lack of soundproofing of the front door. View from most of the windows onto the wall of the neighboring house.

Very good location, close to metro, tram and bus. Easy access to the city centre and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mercadona food store also close.

Soundproofing quite poor, you can hear very clearly people in the hallway, luckily our neighbors were quiet. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, not enough for a 3 night stay. We had to buy more. Also not enough detergent for the dishwasher and laundry machine. A drying rack for laundry would have been great.

Communication was excellent , very organised, Great Location , and lovely spacious 2 x bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony, 2 x couples, Sagrad Familia so close and easy metro access to go anywhere! Helpful friendly people everywhere to help :)

Only one sofa for a two bed apartment , could have done with another armchair or small sofa,No long length mirrors and considering a very good kitchen with DW fridge freezer etc, only 3 cups in the cupboard so some more crockery etc needed

The check-in location is quite far from the apartment building. Although we were informed to check in at a separate location beforehand, I assume most guests aren’t aware of the distance between the check-in point and the apartment. It would be helpful if this could be emphasized more clearly before arrival.
