Amazing view. We had the top floor room with the corner balcony room. You couldn’t have asked for more in terms of views. The bed was quite firm which I loved and massive - it was the type of mattress that didn’t transfer movement when someone turns over. Hotel was spacious and clean, and the staff were lovely. The bathroom was large, nice rainfall shower as well as the bath.. It was well maintained and a good distance to the tour buses and the sagrada as well as a train station on the next corner. There was a good choice at the breakfast - if you compare it it to continental breakfasts else where (you aren’t going to get a full English so no idea about other comments) the coffee. There are also some really lovely restaurants about within minutes of the hotel.

The room we had 801 was a little noisy from the lift (nothing a pair of ear buds didn’t fix) but the views from this room spanned the sagrada to the beach. I can honestly say that this was the only slight issue there was from the entire stay and certainly didn’t detract from the hotel as we weren’t there to spend time in the room. The breakfast hot items could have been a warmer temperature but again no detraction from the stay at all.

The staff was very kind and professional !! The location was great !! We booked a room with terrace and view. The view and the terrace was great !!! The staff arranged a little surprise for our birthdays which my wife & me loved and appreciated very much !! … Thanks a lot for that delicious cakes and chocolates !!!

The elevator sounds & metal clanking noise of the elevator which was used during the night was huge upset … couldn’t sleep at all unfortunately … We contacted the reception and asked for a room change but unfortunately they said the hotel was fully booked !! Wish the room was noise insulated !!

+ Location is good, close to metro and just 7 mins walk to La Sagrada Familia. + Our room is on the top floor with a direct/magnificent view towards La Sagrada Familia - we enjoyed it very much during our stay. We got a king-size bed which is very comfy and is perfect for our 3-member family. + Check in and check out was very easy - I've learned that one can checkout online. + Breakfast is good, we like the variety and quality of the fruits a lot.

- Maybe just the old floor (with some loosen tiles) and a bit poor soundproof (I was woken up by people talking/walking by the corridor).

We had a beautiful terrace view of La Sagrada Familia, which was only blocks away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was a king size which we really like. The front desk staff was very helpful in directing us how to use local transportation.

Having breakfast included would have been nice, and there was some confusion with price matching using booking.com when breakfast should have been included, however, I tried to but couldn't fix that by communicating through the website at the booking site prior to coming. I let it go. This is silly but if you are used to washcloths for your shower, bring your own. I only stayed in one other place in Barcelona and they didn't have any either. The shower temperature was a little difficult to regulate and it was almost too hot. I forgot to mention that to them as we only stayed one night.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Monumental Hotel Barcelona with our 7-year-old son, and it exceeded our expectations! First of all, the location is ideal – Sagrada Familia is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the metro station is right at the hotel entrance, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. We felt safe and relaxed, knowing that our child was in a hygienic and well-maintained environment. The hotel staff was extremely kind and friendly, but we especially want to mention Mari, who was always attentive to our needs and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. Breakfast was a real treat, with a great variety of fresh products, perfect even for little ones. It was the perfect way to start each day of exploring Barcelona. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit!

The location away from the hustle and bustle suited us well. We liked the close proximity to Sagrada familia and enjoyed good views of the top towers. We walked all over the city each day, to La Rambla, beaches, Parc Guell and other key attractions. Good safe area. The bed was comfortable. We received a wonderfully friendly and warm greeting from Stella on reception upon our arrival.

The shower over bath set up was very awkward and potentially dangerous. We are very fit and active, but both felt we needed help getting in and out of the shower/bath. Awkward and complicated shower controls and no clear instructions provided in room. Housekeeping needed to be prompted to refresh our room on the second day, and then the room was serviced each day. Over priced accommodation, we did not feel this hotel was good value.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Gave us maps of the area and explained everything in wonderful English...our Spanish is not very good. The lovely lady gave us ideas of what to do and directions of how to get there. Perfect. The room was very clean, nice and warm. The 4th floor was great for peace and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Complimentary water and chocolates were appreciated, mini bar was well stocked. No restaurant, but we didn't miss it. I like the idea of room service bringing you food, you just order it and it arrives shortly after. It's a bit pricey but lots of other choices nearby for take out or restaurants. It was a perfect location for access to all areas by local transport. The Metro was across the road, The Tram a 3 minute walk, Sagrada Familia was 10 minutes walk away and we could see it from our room as well as a beautiful building which turned out to be a school!

Bath had a problem with the bar over the pipes. It fell just after I took a shower.. could have caused serious injury to my feet. Told reception and they sorted it straight away.

Hello... Thank you for the days that we spend to you! The location was great...😊😊 The receptionest is very helpfull for us specially Marie(she helped me a lot,booking tickets and way to go,to place we want to go!!) The room was super nice...comfortable bed and the view...It is clean too...Breakfast was superb also😊😊 The only thing bothered me when we are there is the other guest,the 3 nights we stayed there I always awake at 2:00am as I heard people talking in the lobby! Thank you,,,

The location and the view from the room (7th floor) are fantastic!! The view is simply stunning and is truly the Barcelona experience. The staff is also very friendly and polite. Breakfast is quite average. There’re a couple of nice cafes around which are a good alternative.

The first night we stayed on the 1st floor at an adapted invalid room (room 101). This wasn’t comfortable as everything in the bathroom was lowered. Plus the shower leaked on the whole bathroom floor. Luckily we changed rooms the next day - if someone books a standard room without any special needs request, this room should simply not be given to them.

Room was amazing with the view of Sagrada Famillia and the rest of west side of the city facing the mountains. Location convenience to metro Stn,tram Stn, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc was awesome. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

To channels all in Spanish …would have been great to be able to have the option to start subtitles of the language of our choice. Have more different options in breakfast rather than just the vegetarian dish that changed everyday, as if you stayed for 5 days like me I would want some change every alternate day if not everyday.
