To begin with i am an Executive chef and my wife an Executive Housekeeper both working for over 15 years in hotels!!The two highlights of the visit was Firstly the CLEANLINESS.The room was super clean and you could understand there was attention to every detail!!!SECOND HIGHLIGHT was Adriana who was working at the reception.SUPER KIND,SUPER POLITE VERY GOOD ENGLISH which is rare for Barcelona, very easy to communicate with and always happy to help with everything.Apart from this two if you are interested in a more quite hotel outside the city center(20min walk) and very close to Gaudi's Landmarks(Battlo,La pedrera,Sagrada Familla) this establishment is best option.The wifi is free and quite good .The rest of the staff was also Friendly and kind!!SPECIAL REGARDS TO ADRIANA AND THE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER THEY MADE OUR VISIT PERFECT.

Breakfast is Poor but as a professional in the business i Completely understand the fact that is not the fault of the people working at the hotel but is because company's policy and standards.When you have so many people in the hotel trying their best to provide the best possible service always with a smile the company should try to upgrade the standards of the breakfast in anyway.Yes it is a three star hotel the breakfast was not even close to that.AGAIN NOT THE WORKERS FAULT I KNOW!To avoid the misunderstanding i will give a small example.The bread was perfectly baked the bacon was nicely cooked the fruit and the cold meat were nicely presented .BUT !!! 1)Very low quality of products(You are in Barcelona one of the gastronomy capitals of the world) 2) very low variety of options!!

The beds are comfortable, the room is equipped well: there was a fridge and cups, a fan, nice lightening. We liked the location because we like the Eixample District so much, but it's not the nearest to the Gothic Quarter or the beach. But we liked to walk.

nothing special, but it was weird a little bit to wait until check-in by the reception: we arrived about 15 minutes earlier before check-in time, the guys at the reception said that our room was ready, but if we checked in earlier, we needed to pay extra money. Of course we decided to seat and wait for 15 minutes downstairs, but it was really strange :) Usually hotels allow to check in slightly earlier if the room is ready

Very comfortable big beds, great mattresses, decent room size, nice shower with good water pressure, well working quiet air-conditioning. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Good location, not too far away from 3 metro stations. Easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Lockers for luggage are available. Good value for money compared to other hotels in Barcelona.

Check in at 3 is relatively late, but check out is st 12, so maybe a Catalonian thing. The fridge wasn't as cold as it could have been, but fine to cool a couple of drinks. The safe wasn't working, but they fixed it the next day. Be aware, only 1 USB plug-in next to the bed, all other plug-ins on the opposite side of the room.

The location was, the room was always cleaned and towels were replace every morning. Like that they had 2 free bottled water on hand, love the shampoo, body soap and lotion in the bathroom, could do with a hairconditioner

No hair conditioner. PLEASE Just be aware that there are people outside the hotels, watches you and ready to take your things if you are not aware. As we were leaving the hotel on the last day, one person came up to us pretended to help out with luggages and took my brothers backpack from him pretending that he was with the car service or hotel, by the time we notice the bag was not there He was long gone. Just be aware and be safe. Hotel was great but outside you never know!

The elevators were convenient and worked well. One of the highlights was the open terrace on the roof with a stunning view of Barcelona. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It's also easy to get to the metro, with several stations nearby. Many main pedestrian streets are within walking distance as well. The area is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They even offered a variety of tour options right at the front desk, which made planning our visits very easy. Highly recommended!

Pleasant staff on reception, quick and easy check in process. Hotel room itself is spacious enough for the price and very clean. The double bed was very comfortable and the black out curtains were handy also. It was great to have a fridge in the room which came with 2 bottles of water and some teas and a kettle. The only thing missing would be coffee from the mini bar... In the lobby there is a coffee machine that costs €1 per coffee but really a couple of instant coffee sachets should come as standard with the room. Also I believe the rooms are advertised as soundproof but they definitely are not. We stayed in the room directly opposite the elevators and we could hear everything as if It were in our room and also the room next door. Location wise it's a nice quiet area of Barcelona if you're looking for something more chill. There's a couple of metro stations close by including Girona, Tetuan, Monumental and Sagrada Familia is also a short walk away. We didn't pay to have breakfast at the hotel however there are a couple of nice cafes nearby.

Great hotel. Well placed in the city. Only 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. Rooms are very clean and comfortable Staff are very friendly

The only negative was that one morning out of three mornings, the breakfast was poor. The tables were not cleaned when people left. We had to sit at a dirty table, and the food was not replenished. There was very little to eat. And no glasses or mugs for drinks. And this was not at the end of the breakfast time. This was 9am. The other mornings, the breakfast was great and the tables were clean and there was enough food.

Excellent location a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Away from the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas but again not too far to pop in by foot. Hotel was clean and spacious. Lovely little laundry bar opposite called LaBar went there every evening for drinks at a decent price. Lots of supermarkets and places to eat within a few minutes walk.
