The woman at the check in counter spent 40 min reading brochures, making dining reservations and giving directions to two women while 16 of us waited just to check into our rooms! Absurd The other woman was trying to help as many as she could.

Close to La Sagrada Familia. Beautiful decor throughout. Friendly and helpful staff.

No luggage racks in the room. Tiny hanging rack for clothes (no closet in a “superior” room. A bit noisy on the street side.

It had a great location near the Sagrada Familia and restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern

The open style in the rooms meant that there wasn’t privacy in the bathroom and lights would disturb a person who was asleep. We had problems with the air conditioner. One night it failed to come on. The lack of a closet meant that our clothing was exposed and gave a feeling of clutter and messiness

I arrived earlier than standard check-in time, but was offered a room upon arrival. It was rather dark and had one corner window, but when I asked for a brighter room was offered another one on the spot. The room had all the necessities, was quiet and clean. I enjoyed my stay. The location was good, and there were always taxis in front of the hotel if you need to get anywhere farther.

The croissants at breakfast are made with margarine rather than butter - they leave unpleasant feeling.

The hotel is very confortable. The lobby area is nice and comfy. The breakfast buffet was quite big and a lot of variety. The rooms were big. The sustainable offer to get drinks instead of room service for a day.

The fact that you can't access the rooftop after 9 pm and before 9 (not sure the morning timing). But we chose this place for the view and would have enjoyed staying on the rooftop longer. The temperature in the room was locked. We couldnt access the heating system and it was quite cold in the morning

The hotel’s condition and interior, cleanliness, security, service, minibar amenities, and essential supplies, as well as the friendliness of the reception staff, a great lobby, and a safe neighborhood!

The view terrace was closed, the pool was unavailable, and the soundproofing of the windows was very poor. Since the hotel is located right above a busy road, it was difficult to sleep comfortably. The mattress was extremely hard, and the springs could be felt. There were no slippers provided for guests, and adjusting the room temperature was challenging.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Hot water only ran to the sink. The two showers we took the water was luke warm at best.

room design was very peculiar. no actual bathroom. sink located between toilette area and shower stall. toilette had just a frosty glass partition. even Gaudi would have scratched his head over this design. Also, Spain needs to reevaluate its stupid net zero energy policy, I used the restroom near the breakfast area. while sitting on the toilet, the lights went out. I had to stand up in order for them to come back on, 30 seconds later, i had to repeat this sequence. really idiotic . Two weeks later, we were caught in the massive power outage in southern Spain and Portugal - caused by their overdependence on renewables. Self inflicted wound, I could go on for several pages, but will end my diatribe here.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Free water bottle in room and sweets in the lobby a lovely unexpected bonus. Bar was nice and so was the rooftop though we didn’t make use of it as the weather wasn’t good. Booked it as a treat and had no regrets.

The bathroom designs don’t offer much privacy. Why do hotels do this? No one wants to hear their traveling partner (whether a partner, friend or relative) while they’re on the toilet. The location was fine but a bit far from the most happening parts of town - this did mean it was very quiet at night however. The pool was closed while we were there. It wasn’t a big deal as the weather was cold and rainy, but if we had expected to use the pool we would have been extremely disappointed to not have had any warning about the closure from the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed the walking tour on Saturday night (May 3, 2025). He was very informative. And the hotel bar with the view was great. Very enjoyable hanging out up there and the bar staff was very friendly and helpful - offered to take pircture of us.

The fan did not seem to work in our hotel room. It seemed a little cold when we checked in but then we went out and didn't return until late and it wasn't any colder but we didn't think anyone would be able to fix it so we had a very hot night the first night. But then someone came up the next day and it was nice and coll for our second evening. I don't know if it was user error but we tried everything that first night to no avail.
