Nice staff, trying to help. Location-nice safe neighbourhood out of the center, but well connected with public transport not too far. Very good diversed breakfast. Room (family suite) was big, with nice small balcony.

First-when we came the hotel did not have our reservation (booked months before on booking.com and confirmed). Luckily they eventually resolved it and we got our reserved room, but this has never happened to me and should not happen in such computerized systems.. Hotel facilities seem and feel old and definitely not 4 stars-more like 3. The walls and ceiling are very thin, every movement in the room above us was very much felt. Also, the room was not as clean as it should be. In addition, the opened sofa bed was cracking like it's about to fall apart. Also, peculiar room design - especially the bathroom with hardly any light, and toilet seat located almost below the ceiling marble so you could hardly sit.

Overall a great hotel, a cozy room, clean and nice bathroom, friendly personnel, and all the amenities you might need are available. Would easily recommend and stay again.

A bit tough to get to the hotel late at night via a public transport, there’s only 1 bus from the centre available like every 30 mins The floor is rather cold, and there are no slippers

The space and the balcony in the junior suite . The complimentary water and clean towels every day. Free & tea coffee in lobby. Free slippers ( on demand) . Mini bar & cupboard in room . Tv in both parts of the junior suite ideal for 3, 4. guests. Perfect location with supermarket & bakery nextdoor and lots of brunch places nearby. 15 min walk from Gràcia & Diagonal. Lots of taxis available. Safe location .

Would have preferred a real large bed + 2 small beds instead of a sofa bed + 2 small beds in the junior suite, for more comfort. But it was ok.

For breakfast, you can enjoy bacon, eggs, sausages and fried vegetables. The cold table is filled with sausages, ham and cheese, as well as many different culinary products such as buns. Very responsive staff, helped us to understand how to better travel around the city and much more. Big thanks to them for that!

I have no things that I would like to mention as undesirable. I liked everything. I have no experience at any shortcomings while staying at the hotel. all was great.

The hotel is not located in the center. By the public transportation it took 20-30 minutes to get there. Luckily, the metro and bus stops are nearby. Thus, everything was quite practical. The room had a kettle, a refrigerator, and at our first request we have been provided by iron and ironing board. The staff is particularly noteworthy; they are pleasant, helpful, and kind. In addition to Catalan, English and Spanish, they spoke other languages: Italian, French. I heard these languages spoken there. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel.

It was a little noisy because our room's windows overlooked the street and the school was across the street. I wish there had been more light in the room because it was so dim. We had to strain our eyes because we were in the room most of the time in the early morning and evening when it was already getting dark, which made you feel more exhausted than you actually were.

It was a great hotel with helpful staff and good facilities. The room was fab, comfortable beds, fresh towels (that were nice and big!), good toiletries. Good location just north of Diagonal with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent - such a wide range of fresh local produce. The staff were so kind and helpful - thoughtful touches for my mum’s birthday and printing out my sister’s train ticket when her phone had died.

Nothing really. The appearance from the outside isn’t great but it’s a gem on the inside.

There are quite a selection of breakfast spots (bakeries, coffee shops, groceries stores) surrounding the hotel. Additionally, it's close to the train station and other restaurants in the area. It was a quiet, cute neighborhood, but it wasn't necessarily central Barcelona.

The bathroom was a little musty when we first got there, but after use, the smell went away! No other real complaints, as this was a relatively solid hotel.

Staff were very friendly, very polite and went above and beyond to see to our needs. We arrived before check-in time and as we were a family with a young child, the cleaning of our room was prioritised which we thought was excellent service. Breakfast was very nice and varied. Location excellent. Near the train station which takes you straight to the centre of Barcelona.

Pillows need to be slightly firmer.

The room was clean, nice, and cozy. One of the highlights of the hotel was the warm hospitality of all three receptionists, who were very welcoming and helpful with our requests. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a Metro station made it easily accessible via public transportation. The breakfast offered a variety of quality options, including both English and Spanish breakfast items, as well as local products to taste. However, the small gym on the roof could benefit from more equipment with a minimal investment.

The beds are amazing and the room looked very clean. I like how the walls had a painting thing that isn’t a overkill.

Every good so far. The only odd thing I found was that there only half of a shower wall thing so if the shower head not position correctly water can seep outside the bathroom. But overall I am satisfied with the visit.
