We stayed at the hotel as a family with 2 kids for a week. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. We stayed in a clean, tidy apartment. However there are different types of apartments with different layouts (studio apartment, apartment looking over the main street etc). Good location. The hotel is right next to the Muntaner subway station and it was very convenient as we used public transport throughout our stay. The hotel is near a high-end neighbourhood and we also enjoyed the small cafes, bakerys and restaurants right around the corner! There is also a historic market place at a walking distance. The area is not known for tourist attractions but definitely worth a walk!

The walls are thin. If you have a noisy neighbour, you hear everything and it may disrupt your sleep (on our last night, we unfortunately had such a neighbour. We called the reception, the receptionist came to their door and urged them to stay silent at around 11 pm. Initially it worked but then again they woke me up with some more noise after midnight). The hotel is old and may need a refurbishment. The furniture and appliances in the room are not in bad shape, they do the work, but are old. The bathroom area is a bit small.

We traveled light in a group of 5 and booked the penthouse apartment. It had plenty of space for all of us and hadn't it been for the wet weather, we'd have taken more advantage of the terrace as well. The place was cleaned and the beds made every day. The double bed in my room was very big and comfy, not to mention the walk-in closet and the double sink vanity. The subway station, supermarkets and a fresh market nearby provided very quick access to transport and food, which was a great way to stay away from the more expensive and noisy areas of the city. The reception staff provided maps of the city with coupons and advised on places to see and transportation. We arrived in the morning and were able to leave the luggage in storage until the check-in time. I too agree that it's great to have both the convenience of a fully-equipped apartment and the reception working around the clock.

1) While the kitchen was easy to use and it was great to have a coffee machine, I thought it would have been nice to have a toaster as well. 2) The window shades were dusty. 3) Light sleepers might find resting under the roof of the building challenging in rainy weather, but that was no issue in my case, as I was dead tired day after day exploring the city.

The location was good for being in the city.

Small kitchenette has everything needed. They give some cleaning supplies such as soap, but there are no paper towels or kitchen towels, so get some at the store. It is made clear that you are to leave everything very clean because housekeeping doesn't clean the kitchen part of your room.

Very clean. We had a small kitchenette in our room with all you can need including electric stove top, microwave, sink, pans, plates etc. I loved the location because it was far from the touristy areas and you could enjoy authentic local shops and restaurants with good quality and good prices (unlike touristy areas). Very close to metro and bus station. Was an awesome experience. Amazing price and the room size was very good.

In our room we we could hear talking and music coming from the yoga centre next door. It was not so loud and was never on for long or till late but it was unexpected.

The location was brilliant, and the staff were very helpful. Had shops around to get groceries, which were just around the corner, also close to metro /bus station to navigate around the city. Cleanliness was just ok.

One of the rooms had no AC , despite the hot weather, which was so terrible to sleep at night.

Everything went well. Location in the Muntaner area is central and downtown Barcelona is only 10minutes away with the tramlines only 50min away from the Aparthotel. Location is quiet calm for a good nights sleep. 24 hour reception is a good service with friendly service.

WiFi connection can be improved. Needed to reconnect several times. All in all it worked out OK in the end.

The room was bright and big enough to spend time There was cabinet for clothes and good table to have your breakfast. Also couch is really important to rest. I even used several times to the coffee machine which boost my mode:)

Bed sheet system was weird Bathroom were really old and sink were so tiny to wash my face I was expecting normal kitchen but they put microwave in the cabinet and kitchinate in drawers so when you have dirty dish you cannot do anything 😅

Property was clean and staff were friendly. Room was spacious.

The property is being renovated during our stay (July 2025) and there were really loud construction noises in the morning that will wake you up! Was expecting management will think about their guests being asleep.

The apartment was ok. It was big enough for 4 adults and a baby plus a cot. It was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with basic stuff to use. Close to metro station.

It was a bit too expensive but it was the cheapest option in all Barcelona, in August, close to a metro station and not very far from the city centre. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

The location is quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and facilities were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was modern and appealing. The way the kitchen is setup in the apartment is very interesting and original.

The bathroom window faces the courtyard so you cannot have it open to freshen up. Ventilation in the bathroom was also quite poor. The kitchen, even if original, is a but clumsy to use. The AC was a bit noisy.
