Immaculately clean hotel and facilities... (should be more than 3 star!) The lobby is lovely and staff super friendly and efficient. In a great location. Close to restaurants, coffee spots and shops. Walking distance to the main shopping strip and La Rambla. Bed was comfortable and AC super quiet. Bedroom and bathroom were on the small side, but it didn't matter much. We loved our stay.

Bar downstairs was not very inviting. Could do with some nuce lounging chairs.

Great AC. Food and shopping options nearby. Easy to get a taxi. Clean.

The mattress caved a little in the middle my back hurt every morning. The shower was awkward to enter and exit because of the configuration. The sink/vanity blocked half the tub/shower. Also, the faucet was on the side middle of the tub. So you only had about 18 inches in that area between the wall of the tub and hitting the faucet. Lastly, I could hear the people in the room next to mine (i.e. nightstand drawers opening and closing). The soundproofing left a lot to be desired.

We had a great room on the 8th floor, overlooking the small dipping pool and roof garden. The windows had electrically operated blackout shutters, which worked well at keeping the room cool when we were out and the light out for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent with self-service cereals, fruit, breads, cheeses, cold meat, cakes and jams etc. A cooked to order service was also available for things like eggs, bacon etc. Self-service hot drinks were available; But we found it much better to just order what we wanted - eg a freshly made cappuccino. In fact, most things that I asked for (eg a banana) were available and delivered to the table.

This was a really enjoyable place to stay. If I had to pick up on anything it would be the self-service coffee available at breakfast, which was luke warm. But as already reported you could order a freshly made hot drink - so this was hardly a problem.

The location is ideal for tourist, it is very close to the Casa Mia and Rumbla Avenue, one can take city walk to many sites with reasonable walking loads. We would like to mention the Chinese speaking lady especially for her kind help and quick response to our inquiries and demands. Room service is also good, the cleaning staff will help you re-arrange things.

If any, the elevator sometimes are not working that efficiently. The washing bin has slow water drain.

The location was great, right next to lots of different restaurants, cafes and bars. The room was comfortable, clean and a nice size with good air conditioner and wifi. The rooftop is great and gives you a view of the ocean. The pictures of the hotel don't do it justice, great stay overall!

The pool / terrace times were pretty limited (9:30 AM - 9:00 PM). It would be nice to come home and sit out back or watch the sunset from the terrace but the limited hours didn't really allow us to utilize it more than once during our 4 night stay.

The location is fantastic and the staff very polite. The hotel is very centric. The room was nice and very tranquil.

The hotel is in a really nice historic building, also located in a very convenient location. The staff were really nice and helpful and help us with every request we had. Also we had a problem with a taxi driver that try to charge us extra, but when I let them know about it they act immediately and solve the problem. I will come back here for sure next time I'm in Barcelona.

Very happy with this hotel! The location is top! It is in the center but very calm and quiet! I liked the pool on the roof, a very beautiful view of the city. Nice interior and clean! I recommend

I think the bathroom needs a little updating, overall it was clean but there was a bit of mould on the walls and the shower head was very old and broken.

The location. The front desk staff were helpful. The artwork in hotel is beautiful. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The rooftop pool and seating area were appreciated.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds but upon arrival was placed in a room with one full bed. In order to get a room with 2 twins, I had to pay extra. The rooms are very small. Coffee was not complimentary.

Good, clean room. Plenty of space. Nice (small) pool area. You aren't going to be swimming lengths, but it was great for a relaxing dip and the poolside bar was nice.

Bathroom a little dated, but nothing unusual for the area. Limited lifts and a bit slow, but I was fine using the stairs.
