Location and facilities and the staff was very helpful and available

The room was a bit overpriced (over 400$ per night) for the space and the facilities…the bed was really uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The breakfast quality was disappointing

The full stay was phenomenal, room was great, breakfast full of choice and high quality and the staff was super friendly. After we checked out my daughter became sick and I phoned the hotel if we could have a late check out given we had an evening flight. It was no problem! We could stay in a new clean room without any charge. This was making a huge difference and was so welcome in an unfortunate situation. Really grateful for this service, thank YOU again!

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. the staff were exceptional.

The restaurants. I couldn’t get any detail of the menu for “kosher night” in the tapas bar except that it was 180 euro pp. couldn’t get the me u for the main restaurant and the reason was that it was a Michelin restaurant. That was very strange but it may have been the waiter I was speaking with.

Great location and neighborhood. Walkable to just about everything I wanted to see, but off the beaten path in a quieter area. Amazing breakfast buffet, super helpful staff and two Michelin starred restaurants on site. Plenty of incredibly good and cheaper restaurant options within a few blocks as well as great shopping.

Staff uses super loud walkie talkies so if you are trying to sleep off jet lag during the day, forget it. Also the shower has a floor to ceiling clear glass window that looks into the bedroom. Know that if you are traveling with someone you will have zero shower privacy.

Great use of space in the small bedroom, nicely decorated, great views from rooftop terrace, very small but adequate gym. Staff very friendly. Lovely touch from guest relations to help celebrate our anniversary. Hotel near two metro stations.

The breakfast was OK - not enough tables for all guests so had to wait for a table every morning. Coffee machines (all 3 of them) kept breaking down each morning. Our breakfast order was given to wrong table and when re-ordered only one of the breakfasts was delivered. Disappointing Breakfast experience considering reviews from other guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ohla Eixample! The hotel is beautifully maintained and very well managed. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — a perfect start to each day. The location is also fantastic, with great access to shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions. A special thanks to Olga for her warm and personal approach — she made our experience even more memorable with her kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back! 🤗

Service in bar area could use improvement

From the moment we arrive until the moment we left, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern, clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable and the bedsheets are so soft. A great night sleep guaranteed. The hotel is well situated, 5 minutes walk from the metro and about 25 mins walk from the centre. Area is safe. The breakfast was excellent: fresh products every day. We loved the fact that there was fresh water and cava in reception for us to help ourselves.

Not many sunbeds at the pool so it can be hard to get a spot!

Room was very well ventilated with very good AC to keep us cool in the hot summer. Having water and tea and coffee available everyday was helpful, We received a nice welcome drink and warm welcome. The concierge service was amazing in helping us plan our stay and even helped us purchase tickets to see the Familia Sagrada which online had already sold out. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices and dining in the evening also offered classy restaurant offerings with a rooftop bar/lounger and pool to soak up the rays helped create a very pleasant stay.

There was no late night DJ up at the roof bar to enjoy the surroundings late in the evening on weekends.
