Super apartment. A home from home. Very comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is there. A small welcome pack is perfect for arrival to get you started. Really comfortable beds. A large smart TV with lots of channels and you can also stream. Disney+ can be used without logging in to your own account and has lots of English channels. A large supermarket is a 5min walk and also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, but it is not a noisy area. Different Metro stations are nearby making it easy to get around the city. Staff are very responsive by Whatsapp. Electronic codes used for entry to main door, lift and apartment so you feel very safe and you can't lose your key!

Balcony wasn't really big enough to put chairs on. There is a locked cupboard in the main bedroom which I assumed perhaps had clean sheets, towels etc. However, it may be some kind of chute. There was a storm one night and the wind was blowing heavily through the locked cupboard door and it was rattling like someone was trying to force it open from the inside. It was very scary and it went on for hours. There was also a loud clanging noise coming from the cupboard like metal pipes knocking together. The clanging noise happened every morning early hours, but not as loud as when there was a storm. A little more light outside the apartments would be useful to be able to see they keypad better.

Nice modern place, well located in the L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample. Good modern apartment with good space. Balcony at the backend with furniture. Kitchen with most needed equipment. Bathroom at bit small. Small nice Oasis with a small pool. Expect a lot of people in July. Many restaurants in the area, close to Metro and busses, and a nice supermaked 200 meters away.

Unfortunately a lot of noise from other apartments. Rules about silence at night are not respected and not handled by landlords. Wifi very slow.

The apartment is spectacularly central- being 100m from a subway station and 5 mins from good restaurants and a really good supermarket 2 mins away. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated/ furnished in a tastefully mid century style. Everything was catered for - great hairdryer , shower toiletries, cleaning kit for the washer and dishwasher, a whole load of toilet paper (!), smart tv, pool towels , a corkscrew and good cutlery. Beds were very comfortable..plus the pool 2 doors down was a major bonus. Small but an oasis in the heat of the city. Our apartment had a small balcony to the front which was great to watch the world- whilst it had a space at the back which was a bonus too. Communication was very good and door codes etc all really easy to navigate. Iwould thoroughly recommend it !

Minor minor - we couldn't fathom out the air-conditioning and the safe didnt work but really minor stuff.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. The space is lovely, clean & bright. Doors to a balcony were you can look at the leafy streets below. Master bedroom was also bright and double doors that opened to a view of the lovely oasis / pool down below. The pool was beautifully secluded, quiet and situated just next door to the apartments. . I would 100% come again. Highly recommended.

I was asking customer service if I could have any sort or early check-in (which is at 4pm) or later checkout (which is 11am) to fit within my flights but they were pretty short in there response with a hard NO & were unwilling to offer any sort of alternative. I understand there is a cleaning procedure etc but I found their response not very friendly or understanding.

Location (L'Exaimple), most of all. Apartment has a good living and dining room and a well equipped kitchen. One of the rooms is spacious, the other no.

They could not provide an early check in (hello Booking !!!) , but provided with a locker room in a different place (10/15 minute walking). Later we got our luggage and went to the building. Front door only open 3pm SHARP. We WAITED for 30 minutes at the door for the secret code. Called Aspasios service, but they could not manage to let us in before. Detail, apartment was already READY. So bad CRM. It was our 4th time at Aspasios, but certainly the LAST. Good place to stay if you don't need them.

The location is excellent, in the center of Eixample and in walkable distance to La Rambla and the Gracia area. The staff is professional, always very accessible and quick in response. The premises is a bit old (as is normal in the historical district of Barcelona), but it's well renovated with a modern touch. The rooms are very spacious.

There is no free storage service. A chargeable locker service is recommended. The location is 10 minutes walk from the premises, but when you travel with huge luggage and with young kids, it still can be inconvenient. If you are taking taxi from the airport, it is recommended to go straight to the locker's location rather than the premises itself. And I think the staff should make this point clearer in the booking confirmation.

A nice modern, clean apartment in a great location in Barcelona. Nice pool area for relaxing after a day sightseeing and wondering around. Great cafes, ice cream shops and restaurants nearby with a gluten free bakery and pizza place, also close to local supermarkets. There's a tube station nearby which made getting around easy. We stayed for a week and there was plenty to do and see.

I would have preferred a couple more comfy chairs to sit in in the dining / lounge area. The main thing I didn't like was the noise from the apartment above us in the form of chairs scraping noisily along the floors. This happened in the early hours of the morning waking us up on several occasions. We also didn't expect that the pool would be in a different building. I'm not sure if we missed this when booking or it wasn't clear on the listing.

Beautiful modern apartment in the perfect location , big enough for the family, tons of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. A bit off the tourists area, which is great! Walking distance from the main streets. Metro station just in the corner of the street.

We had a problem with hot water, and it took a long time till someone came to take care of it, while we were not in the apartment, felt kinda strange. The day after we had the same problem again… Although there is an option to use a locker if you come early or need to leave late, it’s about 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment ( in another building of the same company), which is not very convenient to do with your suitcases. Our flight landed in the morning, so we had to use the lockers.

The apartment is very spacious, with two great rooms. The kitchenette is moderately equipped, suitable if you want to prepare a meal. I really appreciated the cleaning kit—such a thoughtful touch! The neighborhood is fantastic, located very close to Casa Batlló. There are plenty of excellent brunch spots nearby, and the underground train station is just steps away from the entrance—super convenient!

We could hear everyone walking in and up the stairs.

We liked the location and the lovely pool.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. No surfaces in the bedroom like dressing table to unpack toiletries etc.
