Apartment was on a third floor overlooking Rambla Catalunya with lovely views out from the balcony. Very comfortable beds with choice of both soft and hard pillows. Spacious and clean apartment. The hosts were exceptional in communication never taking more than ten mins in getting back to any query. Ricardo sorted out any maintenance issues quickly and pleasantly.

Lovely spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Great location, we stayed in the apartment in 250 Carrer aragon (I didn’t realise at time of booking there were different locations) but it was still a great location. Plenty of room for a family of four and everything we needed in the apartment.

500 euro deposit seems a bit excessive, it would be better if you just have visa as a deposit but money not taken - it cost and extra £26 in visa charges

The location was convenient to everything and far enough off Las Ramblas to not be overly crowded and noisy (this apartment was on d’Arago). The apartment was very large and was a really cool design and layout, the apartment was even better than the pictures on the booking site. I would highly recommend this location and property.

The taxi drive dropped us off and the office address was not exactly at that location, someone staying in the adjacent apartments had to show us where the office was located. The property and flat itself was several blocks away and since we were not familiar with the area or Barcelona, it was not intuitive for us to find. Fortunately the office manager Tonet had time to walk us down and show us the location and how to access. Now that we have been to Barcelona, next time it will be easy 😊

Great location, 24 h check-in possibility (we arrived after midnight and got keys from the safe box), perfect communication with the hosts (all necessary information via WhatsApp). Apartment was clean, spacious with well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable. We liked this apartment and had a good time there.

The apartment did not correspond to the pictures on the website, the furniture and the interior design were not as nice as the pictures. A bit overpriced, but we were there on New Year's Eve, while Barcelona is an expensive town in general, but well worth it.

Great location and very clean. The staff communicated very well and were really helpful. It was nice to have air conditioning and we really enjoyed our large balcony. It was in the heart of town but very quiet

Beautiful apartment. Really clean. Everything you need in apartment. Great location. Helpful staff, very responsive. I broke a kitchen utensil and I offered to pay to replace it and they said it wasn't a problem.

The upstairs guests were extremely noisy until one in the morning, moving furniture, banging noises, heavy footsteps. I messaged the staff and they said they would speak to the guests. To be honest they were even worse the next day/night but I didn't want to bother the staff again, so that was my own fault not to complain. I guess some travelers don't care about others. It wouldn't put me off staying again.

- Great central location in one of the best areas of Barcelona. - Very spacious flat with beautiful decoration and furniture. -Comfortable beds with high quality mattresses. - Fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals. - 2 spacious bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. -Quiet considering its central location and busy Rambla in front due to the good soundproofing.

- Water was coming out from the shower floor to the bathroom floor probably because of improperly sealed shower panel.

Spacious apartment. Comfy beds and good location. Washing machine and iron was useful. Good showers. Lovely gelateria opposite and mini mart and bakeries close by.

Expected payment for coffee capsules for coffee machine.and did not provide cafetiere. No microwave if you want to warm things. Noisy with early morning street cleaning..I.e 5am

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious with great original features. Provided everything we needed and more. The staff were all lovely and very helpful - communication was excellent. The location was wonderful, lots of shops and excellent restaurants nearby and handy for getting around to other parts of the city. The balcony was a great place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine watching the buzz of the city. We would definitely stay again.

We liked everything, however, it was a little noisy at night from the street below, but that is to be expected when the location is so good - we just need to learn to stay up later next time!
