What did you like about the property? The property was very clean, and the room was great—comfortable and exactly what we needed. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything smooth. I liked the hotel’s common areas; they were well-kept and welcoming. I really wish I had added breakfast to my booking because it looked amazing. I also met Cathy, who did a fantastic job—she was kind and attentive. I felt a bit cold the first night, and she kindly provided a duvet for the second. The location is excellent—very close to Casa Batlló, the hop-on hop-off tourist bus, and El Nacional, where we had one of our best dinners. The best part was the daily room service—they cleaned the room every day and replaced the towels, which made our stay feel fresh and cared for. The hotel also offers nice amenities that added to the overall comfort.

There were just a few minor things that could be improved. There was a small window above the door that couldn’t be covered, so the street light came through at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep as I prefer total darkness. We were aware that staying in this central area could be a bit noisy, and from time to time we could hear partygoers or loud music from passing cars—but nothing unmanageable. The bed was large and fairly comfortable, though we feel a mattress topper could make it even better. Lastly, the shower drain didn’t flow very well; water started to pool and even ran out into the room a bit, so I had to pause my shower a couple of times to let it drain.

great location, central but not in the extremely busy areas, close to nice restaurants and transportation very clean room and facilities bonus points for the water fountain, in-room fridge and shared Nespresso machine & pods and the possibility of using the breakfast facilities (cutlery and cups) with your own food

the room had a bit of a dusty smell probably coming from the air conditioning (new? not used in a while? vents need cleaning?) the shower would benefit from a detachable shower hear (not easy to wash long hair) the windows would benefit from a mosquito net

Location is awesome, very nice neighborhood and also near many attractions, restaurants, and metro. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was awesome, fresh daily with a wide range of options for all dietary preferences. The staff were all very kind and attentive.

The room was a bit small, but it is more like a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel so to be expected. Not much else that we didn't like- if we had any concerns or questions the staff were very helpful.

The overall location is great and close to many points of interest. The room was cozy enough, clean, and had everything we needed. Due to our late arrival, we checked in online, and the process went smoothly. And special thanks for providing an opportunity to rent something for 2 adults + a 4 y.o. kid without extra fees.

Loud street at night, strong scent of air freshener in the room, the price.

The location is amazing, the room has a good area, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is very nice.

Everything was great until the morning of my check-out. When I woke up , I saw a huge cockroach in the wall just next to the balcony. I informed the staff and they immediately helped taking care of this.

The location was very central to restaurants, shopping, and transit.

I found accessing the building difficult with the key code. For example on the instructions for the code, it was written as 🔑1234. I kept entering the four digit code but nothing happened. Someone let us into the building. Then we didn’t know what else to do. Luckily a family came along and their daughter explained that we had to take the elevator up to the first floor and use the other code to enter to hotel reception area. This time I saw the key icon on the key pad and realized you had to press it and then the code. It wasn’t as visible on the outside door keypad. One other thing is there was no blanket in the room. But other than that everything else was great!

The breakfast was great, well organized and the staffmember Elcira who was always welcoming and very helpful. Also David went out of his way to help me and my family. Extremely nice staff and very professional. Because of them and the great location I am planning to come back at this hotel next year!

The shower and room could be a bit more spacious

I was very impressed with the breakfast and the attention to detail of the staff. The staff were both lovely and helpful.

I needed a bedside light as I like to read in bed but found it was difficult as the overhead lighting did not cover the bed area. Also I had to switch off the lights at the door and then find my way to the bed in the dark. I found a torch in my suitcase so luckily I managed.

This Boutique hotel is in the best part of the city! Walk out to all the very best stores and restaurants! Very clean and comfortable, staff was amazing! Elevator to get you easily up to your room. Will stay here again!

I had issues figuring out how to get in but was sent instructions I didn’t read first! One call and they talked me thru how to check in.

Location is amazing, hotel is very clean, breakfast was great. Kati, our host was very helpful and kind. I came with my mom, and after 2 days my friend joined us in room next to us, so we had filling that we are together in our home. This place I can recommend from my heart. Totally amazing! 🙂
