Victor was extremely helpful, he was waiting for us on arrival and explained all the necessary details about the house.

Did not like that I had to pay at the property, I would expect Booking.com to manage all payment on my behalf like they normally do. Added a level of complexity to the checkin process. Not enough toilet paper provided for a longish stay, we had to buy some. Properties should provide these basic amenities, it’s not a big ask. Also, asking guests to dispose of the trash when there is a cleaning fee charged is not great.

Location is great, a very convenient and safe area. Our apartment has very good city view. Very close to Casa Mika and you can see the light show at nights.

The bunk bed and sofa bed frame make noise, hot water isn't enough for 5 ppl. Have to wait a while till the water got heated. Have to walk all the way to another side of the area to pick up the key. Too little luggage storages, the office open too late.

This apartment has literally THE best location and views in Barcelona. The one-bedroom apartment is on the top floor, sporting a terrace with 180 degree views of the city - the sea, la Pedrera, Sagrada Familia, the mountains... It is just nothing less than breathtaking. The apartment was spotless clean and well equipped with everything you might need for a good vacation. Air con in every room is a huge advantage depending on which weather you happen to get. The bed was comfy for a good night sleep. Altogether an absolutely amazing place to stay!

Two sockets needed repairing, but given the overall state of the apartment, I have no doubt, that these will be taken care of quickly.

Great location, right at the shopping belt and many eateries. Location was safe. near the metro and you can also take the airport train from the nearby metro. comfortable stay and host was reachable by text, any questions or needs were met.

Property keys needed to be collected from 5-6mins walk away, with luggages its quite challenging. i would suggest to send down only 1 person to get the keys and the rest to make their way to the apartment to wait. a bit of logistics pre-trip to make payment directly to bonavista secure payment site.

The location is amazing, very central. The beds were comfortable with decent sheets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, including 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry tablet and a new sponge with dishwashing liquid. The apartment is spacious and cozy.

The windows in the apartment are mostly facing walls/inner courtyard, so it’s not super bright. To reach the elevator, you need to climb 1 flight of stairs (we were travelling with a baby stroller).

Amazing location, apartment was much bigger than expected. Two rooms (one with a single and pull out bed) and two bathrooms. Was quiet considering where it is, clean and everything you need for a short stay in Barcelona.

It’s not ideal to have to collect the key from a different location, especially if you have a lot of luggage and two children in tow like we did! It’s a five minute walk away to get the key.

The location is perfect on passeig de gracia directly. The beds were comfortable. Good size for 6 people.

There was no maintenance for the apartment. The sliding door forbthe main toilet was not moving, the other doors got stck when you vlose them and you have to force opening them. The walls need painting, they are very dirty. The safe was not working unless using a key.

It was closed to many areas and is found on a beatiful street just across the Casa Milla. The apart is big enough for my family with two kids.

I liked the street but our apart was not looking at the street. I thouht that there was a general terrace that an be used but there was not. The keys were in another addresse so it was diffucalt to get them.The living room walls can be altered with good ones and some Accessories can be added. There was nothing just the lights around.

The location was excellent and couldn’t have been any better. The view was magnificent and made this trip exceptional. The staff was great as well and very responsive.

The dryer didn’t work and I had to hang my clothes in the balcony to dry.

The apartment is in a great location, at the intersection of two busy streets, right next to a metro stop, and really convenient for any kind of shopping, sightseeing, etc. The room sizes were very good - lots of space to stretch out, a nice large kitchen, and lots of light. The convenience of this location made it easy to see a lot of things in our time in Barcelona. Overall, a great place.

While not a huge deal, the main bedroom shower stall was small, and I kept on bumping into the handle as I turned around, etc., either changing the water temperature or the flow every time. The other bathroom had a door that probably needs better alignment with the lock plate, and took some trial and error to open. These were minor distractions overall.
