The design of the interior was splendid. Gives you a vintage warm welcome. The location is also very near to all the major tourist attractions. I had a 6-bed dorm and it had huge inside space, a table and clothes rack and also a window which have views of the open breakfast arena. The breakfast arena was also very lovely and everywhere you get that old rustic vintage feel. I would also mention the common kitchen which had all the required utensils and was kept quite clean.

The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned daily. The hand soap was exhausted in between but not filled up, instead some soap bars were given, which is also fine but the hand soap was better.

Beautiful, old building with a cool, original elevator and an old bank safe in the basement which is where the toilet for the restaurant is located Location is great, right next to a metro station, good restaurants closeby, good accessibility by foot to a lot of places of interest Staff was friendly, especially Yvonne

Beds might be too soft for certain people A/C was not always working properly The price was relatively high (100 per night per person) due to the date being on the Formula 1 weekend(?) No toilet brush (dump carefully)

Great location, beautiful building, cool and interesting interior with art Nouveau charme. For our family of 6 a good budget option.

The beds were really uncomfortable and the air conditioning in the room didn't with very well.

Location was excellent and we had a good-sized, well-presented room on the 6th floor with a great view. My bed was comfy but my friend found hers too soft. Lovely, renovated old building with a quirky lift. The communal patio was a gorgeous space. All the staff we encountered were friendly; we were informed by the cleaner that the coffee/tea machine by the kitchen was free (which we wouldn't have known otherwise!). Good value but we had a last-min booking deal.

The website promotes the communal spaces, which are lovely, but I didn't feel particularly encouraged to use them. No details of the spaces (ie opening times/location/availability) were offered at check-in or provided in the room. The communal patio and the inside dining room adjoining it both closed at 10pm, according to a small sign, which seemed a little early. Two spaces were closed for private parties during our 4-night stay and we didn't find the downstairs 'chill' space until the last day, as there were no obvious signs/directions. Kitchen was good, with large fridge/freezers, but no available mugs or glasses during our entire stay so we had to use paper cups.

I liked the Terrace were you can eat outdoors. Thebkitchen is big and nice of you want to cook. There a Nice buffet breakfast with fruits, eggs , tortilla españolas, breads, ham and cheese, coffee s, jodes, etc etc very abundant and varied. The rooms are cleaned every day and you get a fresh towel everyday and a shower mat. Location is super centric . The restaurant next door part of the hostel is very nice and serves amazing food.

I would suggest they put a soap bar and shampoo gel per each guest in the room instead of only one. And that they allow the ac to be lower because in top bunks it’s hotter than below. Or they can add a small fan per bed.

Every thing I needed it , all here! My first solo traveling to Spain. Doha and another lady in the front desk, both beautiful ladies were so helpful , friendly and very pleasant. They helped me a lot in the hotel and gave me the helpful advice for direction. I made another week stay in Casa Gracia within the same month in Barcelona . 😍🥰 love every thing the hotel , clean room, nice deco , free coffee machine , the outdoor garden , the kitchen , the living room , the classic elevator , the two smiling friendly gorgeous staff , nice house keepers and etc . thank you Casa Gràcia and all 🙏❤️ Soon I will return again for sure . 😍

The laundry time is changed from 11pm to 9 pm. I think it should be opened longer hours is better .

The front desk were super friendly! The art deco design was really pretty and the drink vouchers were a really nice touch.

Room 315 air conditoner makes a very loud noise intermittently that is very startling and woke us up multiple times during the night sleeping. I'm sure the air con needs to be serviced and will soon fail because of this rattling noise. We were getting ready to leave at 10:45 10:50 to check out and the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on the door despite the do not disturb sign which was frustrating because we felt pressured....

Very nice place , extremely clean and well located , the decoration is really amazing , the staffs are so nice and friendly , however for me the bed isn’t so comfortable , the access key sometimes blocked ( which mean each time I need to go back to reception in order to solve the issue ) , but it wasn’t a big thing , otherwise I really like the place , very charming , I would recommend it for sur ))). PS : please bring a locker with you , they didn’t have one .

Fantastic Hotel. Stylish and classy! It attracts great friendly crowd. The rooms were neat, tidy and had everything you needed. The 4 bed dorm room was perfect and so lovely! The bathroom was small but we managed fine. The aircon was great! The hotel has some stylish extras, like a funky restaurant , downstairs private Arabian lounge, great art, a beautiful upstairs lounge and library and a stunning outside terrace for dining or chilling. The self catering kitchen was amazing! definably the best i have ever enjoyed! It had everything you might need, 3 fridges, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, and a huge dining table! it was kept clean at all times! I was very happy to be able to get ice when needed 24 hours and free coffee & hot chocolate 24 hours , wonderful bonus! This hotel was a great choice in a perfect central position which was really great for us and we highly recommend it

The receptionists, changed regularly, due to being open 24 hours, however none of the many that i met seemed to have any tourist info? Not even simple questions could be answered, i felt this to be very strange. I would highly recommend the hotel to give all their team a educational on the beautiful options around this hotel, and Barcelona in general. This would really make the hotel service top notch with knowledgeable front desk staff, it would be very helpful and make this hotel an easy 5 star. It took me 4 times to try and extend my stay with 4 different receptionists, Check in was a very long process... this is only due to lack training, which can be rectified.
