Great location, easy access with via mobile. Room was small but serviceable. Shared terrace a nice space to have, it was helpful given the small room it gave us somewhere to sit and have a coffee/food. Really handy that there is and Aldi just a couple of minutes walk away to stock up on water and juice. Easy to control temperature, USB and USB Ccharging ports next to the bed which is handy!

There was a gap in the tiles next to the shower that ants were coming in via. Was quite annoying as it meant there was a steady income of ants in the bathroom! Tricky to get the case open as there wasn't a lot of floor space (cant put dirty case on the bed - gross).

We liked the free airport pickup and the ability to store our luggage before check-in. Our flight landed at 7:30 am so being able to securely eave our luggage there was a huge plus and allowed us to explore the city before check-in. The property is in a great location. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. We also liked the rooftop terrace to relax in the afternoon before dinner.

We went to many different cities across Europe since I was travelling with my family on this trip. All of us agree that the best accommodation we had was in Barcelona. The location was perfect, the place smelled great, the people were too friendly, and the room was just perfect. I love the self-check-in system and getting inside the room and the property was very convenient. Loved our stay too much!

A perfect stay in the lovely Gracia neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from Diagonal metro station and from the Plaça del Gracia and Plaça del sol. Self serve using a code, but the receptionist was waiting for me to help with check in and make sure everything is alright, a locker service free of charge in the lower floor for the hours after check out. An espresso maker + small kettle for tea upgraded my stay significantly!

Room is quite small but I knew it in advanced and it was enough for a single person's two nights stay.

Great location for a short break in Barcelona. Room extremely clean and tidy and staff really friendly and helpful. Local area has some great places to eat. Within 10-15 minutes taxi drive to all the major attractions, taxi's were easy to find and reasonably priced. Room itself was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a lovely bathroom. Sheets and Towels were changed daily if required. Some great local bakeries/patisseries nearby for breakfast. Plus a Supermarket really close by for snacks and drinks etc. Lovely Terrace to sit and chill for a while. Brilliant Tapas restaurant at the end of the street (La Pepita). Needed to use lockers on final day due to late departure flight....easy to access and fitted all of our luggage, even large cases.

Room was a little on the snug side for 2 adults and two teens although our kids are taller than average and more adult size! Would have preferred the larger suite next door which is the one with the sofa in the photos but not enough to ask to swap to it as our room was fine for what we needed. Was very warm in our room (April) and remote for ceiling fan could not be found. Staff did assist us with getting the air-conditioning to work but had to use the override button if it timed out. No fridge in room....was initially worried about this but not really an issue as shop at the end of the street for cold drinks and was only a base. That being said, am sure a small fridge would be useful.

Great modern accommodation. Loved the split level family room with stair case. Shower was good Air con worked well. Great location in Gràcia. Felt we explored a different neighbourhood which we loved. We wouldn’t have explored this district, had we not stayed here. Keyless entry with codes was easy and communication was very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend to all and we would stay here again.

Positively surprised with the overall experience. Our room was perfect sized for 4 with a mezzanine, cleaning done daily, good amenities and facilities like coffee machine and capsules, very comfortable. Location was great, walking distance from main attractions and/or public transport. Nice restaurants a few steps away.

Room was a bit smelly (persistent cigarette smoke smell) when we've arrived.

Excellent accommodation, with an ideal location and good connections with other parts of the city. It was a cozy, comfortable and warm home for us during our stay. It was our first time in Barcelona, ​​and this accommodation helped us feel at home. All praise!

The location is great, its very clean and tidy, every thing is close and the staff is great!

We had a room in the groundfloor so the only thing that doesn’t suit me is the fact I dont have a window of the bedroom to the street, which means the only light you get from outside is the one from the bathroom window, because the other one looks in the interior of the hotel.

Silent zone, comfortable room, location is top notch, nice organization with entry codes, nice staff, dark room (is a bonus for someone who likes to sleep in late), mini bar fridge with free water and soda, coffee maker

A lot of dust in the room, dirt trapped between bath cabin glass doors, some crumbs left on pillow
