location was amazing! the room was great too. there was coffee, it was very clean and comfortable. i loved the contactless concept, it was very easy - checked in online before so no waiting times at a front desk. there was also lockers for luggage to use before or after the room is available. i didn't realize it would be contactless so at first i was a bit nervous with no staff on site as a female solo traveler, but i felt super safe in this location coming and going.

i didn't have hot water the first day in the shower, and i had noisy neighbors in another room - but the staff were very responsive on whatsapp and helped me solve these problems very quickly

Very clean and efficient. Good customer support if there is a problem with he check in. Great location. Quiet rooms at rear. The owners have clearly understood what independent travellers need so amenities like a shared kitchen, easy access to get clean towels etc is great.

Paper thin walls. Heard every sound from our dear neighbours all night :( Tiny bedrooms. There is no room to open up two big cases. Very soft mattresses. Communication is all done through a chat bot works fine but feels anonymous so you won't see any member of staff.

I lucked out with a genius discount which made it considerably less expensive than hotel options plus the location in Gracia is second to none, this is the best of Barcelona. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable and it was extremely easy to check in and out, they had complimentary water in the room and the bathroom and shower were very nice which is just what I needed after a gruelling couple of days. I didn’t take the breakfast option.

At other times of the year it’s quite pricey but excellent nonetheless.

The room was a good size & the design was great too! Along with this Brio was in a brilliant location, we walked everywhere from it! Lovely vibe in the area around it too.

Only issue we had was we had to keep all the towels we used in the room over 4 days until check out, could easily be resolved with a laundry bin for them in the communal area that could be cleared every day or so.

Fantastic location close to the main shopping street (Pg. de Gracia), the metro and very conveniently located in the central and cute neighborhood of Gracia. The room was very modern and clean, it was smaller than what we expected but it had everything we needed, including coffee machine (with pods), kettle (with tea), water and glasses (including a pair of wine glasses), fridge and safe. Bathroom was very clean, had clean, soft towels, and had fantastic water pressure (plus hot water). We were thankful for reliable elevators, a balcony with a fantastic view and quiet neighbors! We had an issue with our safe and through their 24/7 virtual concierge, we were able to solve it quickly.

The room was a bit small so we couldn’t fully open our luggage anywhere but on top of the bed. But everything else was great!!

We liked it because it looks and feels contemporary. It is very well located in the city, it has everything you need, the check in is online, no interaction with humans but when you need some thing, in a minute you get it through whastapp. No one bothers you, the apartamente that look in the courtyard are quiet, everything is cleaned daily, your room at every three days (you are announced via whastapp about the room cleaning). Through whastapp you will fix anything . Upon arriving, you get a treat in the room. Snacks and drinks and coffee capsules to start your holiday with a boost. This is a great idea. And it refreshes with every room cleaning. We have nothing to complain. This is an apartment to sleep and wake up comfortably to start roaming the city once again. Great!

The wifi wasn’t working in my room.

So easy to do the self check in and could leave bags in big lockers as long as you need on day of departure. Nice touches like drinks and snacks in the fridge on arrival, and the customer service team were quick to respond to questions. Ideal location in Gràcia but also so easy to walk down to Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia. Nice terrace to sit out on as well. Will definitely be back :)

The hotel is located in perfect location. It was very clean, everything new and fresh, great amenities. It was easy to access and it felt safe.

The check in is online, you dont see anyone from the staff. All the communication is with AI so there is no personal touch. Be careful to put the right number of guests once you book it. The only downside of this hotel is the noise, as you hear all the other guests and everyone in common areas.

Room was spacious, clean. Also a small space for coffee, and a couple of beers, water and orange juice on the house. Great big bed, very nice shower!

There was nothing that I didn't like. Maybe, considering that was Barcelona, it would be good to have a permanent person there for help, but the chat was super fast and helpful and never had a problem.
