1. Location - close to everything. On a quiet street but busy enough that it feels safe 2. Cleanliness - I always clean the floors and surfaces at places that I stay at. White floor rag came up with minimal dirt marks 3. Amenities - they thought of everything. I like the bathroom’s dual shower options — flexible hose + on the wall. Large and separate washer and dryer. Generous with towels supplied. 4. Practical apartment layout - very live-able for a family of 4. Electrical outlets at really convenient locations to charge our multiple devices. Large kitchen tabletop area. Sufficient hanging space for towels in the bathrooms.

Very minor things — somehow, the water supply to this property is very soft, so normal soap used cannot be washed off properly (always have a slippery feel). Only supplied clothes detergent for one clothing wash cycle. No coffee capsules for the coffee machine.

The host was well organized and clear instructions were provided pre-arrival. We did not have to meet the host on the day of arrival, but we were able to park our car and enter the apartment very easily. We were satisfied of the cleanliness when we arrived. The beds and room temperature was comfortable. There are 2 toilets, so it was convenient for our family of 5. The kitchen has equipment to prepare meals, and there are lots of grocery stores around to buy stock. For those not interested to cook, the restaurant choices nearby is great. The location is perfect for those who want to explore central Barcelona. There is also a metro station nearby if you want to venture out. The apartment is on a relatively small street, so noise level is still low given its central location.

The fuse box tripped 2x during our 4-night stay. We called the 24hr hotline and it was answered immediately. We were given instruction to reset the fuse, and issue was resolved. I suggest the host to look into the reason why the fuse tripped. For those going by car, parking is charged extra. The parking spots are quite small, but this is normal for a city like Barcelona.

This is my 2nd stay at Bonavista. Such an incredible location just steps from Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is so large with all the amenities you need for your stay (extra garbage bags, dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, laundry pod for the machines, lots of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. The beds are very comfortable and sheets smell fresh. Very convenient to have laundry machines inside the unit, as well as a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful nights. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, etc. Just come and unpack. Perfect for short or longer stays. It is on a very quiet street just off of the main road with all the major brand shopping steps away. Little markets on the same street to buy any groceries. Victor and Alvaro in the Management Office were so professional and helpful with any requests. I would never stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

I stayed here for 8 nights in total, at the start and end of my Spain holiday. It’s a fantastic property, very practically set-up for a family stay. I especially like the separate dryer and washing machine, plus drying rack provided to deal with clothes that can’t go in the dryer. I also appreciate that it has a dish washer and also a dish drainer — having stayed at other places around Spain, I can vouch for this property being the most practical for a family with kids. Place is very clean and has all the items you’d require if you were staying at home. Location is also fantastic.

Paying via the property’s payment system rather than Booking.com’s system made me nervous initially, as I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. However, I can confirm that it worked out in the end.

Really great location, close to the main attractions and a 25 minute walk to La Rambla via walking through Pg. de. Gracia street, which houses the two famous Gaudi houses. Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. A quick 20 minute walk to Sagrada Famila. The host is easy to contact and they have a property manager on site during normal hours. The place is spacious enough, has washer and dryer in unit, and is very modern. The pull out bed was very helpful (both big enough and comfortable enough) as I was traveling with my girlfriend, her mother and my parents. While there are 2 bathrooms, one was on the smaller side although some of our guests didn't mind it. All in all, great location and would highly recommend, and also stay here again.

If the host would have been able to leave some instant coffee, a bottle of water, etc. I think it would have made the place a bit more welcoming. Wasn't a big deal as we ultimately just bought some coffee and water from a local grocery store.

Everything! Barcelona was the first destination in our family trip to Spain and Portugal, so we had quite a few reservations to make a fare comparison. Accommodation in Bonavista Apartments was by far the best of all of others on our trip, and has certainly exceeded our expectations. Started with very friendly staff, to a perfect location, with every small details in the apartment made with taste and care of clients. Thank you, guys!

The only small thing I'd suggest if I may: it would be great to mark somehow the step between rooms to make it better visible, We just put some bright thing on the step (like a T-Shirt).

Great communication from Victor with very clear and easy instructions on how to access the property. Excellent location with great bars and restaurants close by. Close to Diagonal Metro and on bus routes or an easy 25 minute walk to Gothic Quarter. Generous size apartment. Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay with great advice and recommendations on cafes and restaurants. Special thanks to Victor. Love the lift and that there is a reception where you can leave bags if necessary.

Location was great, it was mostly very comfortable. We’ll supplied kitchen except for basic condiments. Spacious rooms and clean condition, nice to have air conditioning.

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit soft. It would have been nice to at least have salt, pepper, sugar and oil in the kitchen, paper towels also. I think for the price it should include extra toilet paper too.

Really impressed with the quality of the apartment, everything was very modern and spacious, which helped when we were making use of the sofa bed. We were on the ground floor so had the pleasure of a very large patio area that was great to sit out in at night time. It was handy having locker space to leave our luggage in until we were able to access the room and the key collection/drop off system was easy to use with no complications

it can be quite noisy at night time depending on who your neighbours are, so if you're a light sleeper cover yourself with some ear plugs.

Outstanding location (walking distance from La Pedrera/7 min and Sagrada Familia/20min). There are lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, also metro line is just a few steps away from the apartment. “Diagonal” station takes you to everyone with connections to L5/L3/L1 lines. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations, quite comfortable, full bathroom + a separate toilet as well as a decent kitchen and a living room. Washing/drying machine was a plus. There are 2 bedroom, one with a full bed and another with 2 single beds (90 cm each) that we put together converting in a “king size”. We would definitely return.

Would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner and a blender. Also, according to the number of days (in our case 5 nights) we missed toilet paper and dish cloth. The water from all taps has an oily appearance that you can feel when washing your hands and taking a shower (you need to check and request preventive maintenance for water tanks and pipes).
