Best location ever: close to shops/ restaurants/ museums... everything. Safe and clean/fancy neighborhood. Nonstop supermarket + very good outlets in 3 mins walking distance. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable even for extra long (12-14) sleeping hours. Good atmosphere in the bar (excellent coffee and cappuccino). Personnel very professional. Room with view on the inside yard was quiet.

Room was a little bit small. Breakfast was expensive compared to eating outside. (Many nice places around the hotel.) Children in the hotel were a bit loud (running /screaming on the corridors...).

Location could not be better in Barcelona! Best shopping, restaurants and elegant nightlife nearby. Extremely comfortable bed and a very well-equipped room with everything in the right place. Super friendly staff. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun. WiFi was perfect, just like home without tedious login pages. Overall very clean room. Next time in Barcelona I'm coming here again!

My room only had the shower in a bathtub, which I'm not a fan of. Lowest priced, single-person rooms are on the inside of the building without a view and next to elevators.

The location is amazing! Public transportation is 2-3 min walking, restaurant and shops are also in the streets nearby! The rooms are very clean and hotel is beautiful, great value for price! The staff on the reception and rooftop bar are amazing, helpful and friendly, especially Stephany (rooftop bar). Stephany is so kind, helpful always smiling and such a lovely person! Shoutout to Stephany for making our experience amazing! ❤️

Staff from the bar/restaurant on the ground floor was very rude. They did not want to serve us. We were sitting at the terrace table almost every morning and waited for 30-35 minutes to be served. We drank coffe only 2 times there, since other 5 times we got up and left because we were not served. Important to mention bar/restaurant had 2-3 tables at the time we were there so there is no such excuse as rush hour or anything similar. To sum it up, do not reccomend bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Very nice location and large suites (at a higher price of course), attentive and helpful reception personnel. The building, late art deco style, is beautiful and is well located. Has car park, which is a plus in central Barcelona.

Starting to be a touch dated for the price tag (EUR 500 per night for suite with breakfast), worse than when we visited 6 years ago. Breakfast not great for the quality available in Spain (fruit mediocre, coffee bad, yogurt industrial and warm…). Restaurant OK but could be better. Room wasn’t 100% clean, we found some dust and hair on sofas and carpets.

Some staff members were not as helpful as expected, particularly at the front desk and restaurant. While these were isolated incidents, they unfortunately affected an otherwise good experience. For example, Ruben at reception was neither welcoming nor informative when I inquired about dining options. Perhaps it was an off day for him, but the level of service fell short of what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It lacked the warmth and attentiveness that define true hospitality.

Everything was great. Cute hotel rooms, nice and caring staff, they have their own hotel parking, which you can’t really reserve but it is still to your availability. General impression is very good!

The garage. They say you can’t reserve but at the same time when you arrive there are reserved slots on every floor that you can’t park on. There is only one entrance-exit, and it is very difficult for two cars to pass each other if someone is leaving at the same time when you enter, because they store some stuff next to the garage door that occupies the space where the car could hide and to let the entering car pass.

All of the reception staff were very warm and welcoming. Once checked in Lluis was very helpful making recommendations for nearby places for lunch and highlighting areas of interest on a map for us. Lluis also was above and beyond helping with phoning and emailing the airport to try and find a list jacket. The rooms were excellent, kept very clean, with double opening windows with comfortable bed. We didn't use the restaurant but the bar was very comfortable for a pre dinner drink.

Super amazing accommodation, very clean and welcoming, big room with space, comfortable bed, feeling luxury. The location was one of the best as well, only came in Barcelona for 2 nights and it was perfectly located in order to get a good feeling if the city. Top breakfast ! I would definitely come back here !

We had a fantastic stay and it was the perfect place for our family and in-laws. The suite room was large and they placed us in another room just adjacent. The breakfast was good quality and the pool and pool bar were perfect for the hot afternoons. There was lobby construction during our stay and the staff was incredibly accommodating as we had to transport our stroller via elevator and go through the construction area. We would absolutely return!
