Breakfast is very relaxing. The location is very good.

We had a terrible encounter , but it's not the owner's fault . This was the first stop of our trip. After the long flight, we finally found the place. Just as we tried to figure out how to enter the code, a couple approached us. The guy followed us into the building. He appeared to be helpful and pointed to where the b&b property is. He insisted on helping me with my carry-on luggage. I told him I could handle it myself. He was too enthusiastic to refuse. We got into our room, by the time we were to go out for dinner. I found my handbag missing. Luckily, I kept our passport in a different zip pocket. The cash and credit cards were stolen. It really hurt when I thought about it.

The location was excellent, the b&b itself was lovely, especially the outside space, we really enjoyed the garden which is beautiful. The bed was very big and comfortable and we really appreciated the bath tub! The staff were very friendly especially William, who was exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help us. We had an issue with something and he went out of his way to help us immediately. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I hope we will be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful time

Everything was great overall

We stayed in the additional rooms next door from the main hotel. Location was great for the first few days in Barcelona as we explored the west part of the city (then we moved to the coast). The room was superb with a giant bed, shower AND bath. Our room also had a balcony! There was a tea station, water and coffee machine (wasn't working at the time) in the little corridor outside the room. Breakfast was served in the main hotel building and was sometimes busy - especially if you come a little later, some of the foods would be gone, but we still found what to eat, and the selection was quite good.

We got stuck in the lift mid-floor going back to our room with a toddler in the evening. The number we called would not help, luckily the people from the room next door came and helped us with the stuck door. It was a little stressful, but it did not spoil our stay. During daytime, there is always a person downstairs to open the lift door :)

Relaxed vibes. Felt more like a private home than a hotel which suited us perfectly as an adult family group. We particularly loved the rooftop deck area with swifts flying overhead. And the quirky artwork and furniture everywhere. And availability of coffee, tea and water (and even wine and beer in return for a donation to a worthy local charity). The location too was perfect - quiet but close to lots of nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to many of the popular sights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the checkin process was simple.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in both rooms and the shower cubicle in our room was a bit of a nightmare - both doors opened out and caused puddles on the floor. Much as I like to avoid unnecessary washing, it might have been nice to have a deeper room clean with a change of sheets and towels once during our 8 night stay.

We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was varied and it was nice that we could drink our coffee on the big terrace/garden outside. Our bedroom was a decent size, with a big bathroom and balcony. The tv didn't work but in the end it was not such a great inconvenience. Special thanks to our host who really went above and beyond to ensure that we have everything that we need. On our last day we went to one of the restaurant recommendations he gave us and it was great -probably one of the best meals we had in Barcelona. Would easily recommend!

The tv did not work. The bedrooms for 3 people could have been slightly bigger.

The rooms are very large and bright, great breakfast with a very nice view, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and tea throughout the stay (although our coffee machine had a problem, and the stay was rather short, so we didn’t actually need it). Very nice outside terrace.

We got stocked in the elevator of the building for 40 min, however somebody rescued us. Staff was extremely helpful! Also conditioner was missing from the disposal, and coffee machine wasn’t working. But these were small things, the place is very nice and worth it.

Filling out review for other couple who had other room during our stay.Should be titled Phil and not my name.They where from the UK and was wonderful to catch-up after so many years.They said.Stunning place beautifully restored.Fantastic hosts and peaceful surroundings.Plus as I've said clean and tidy part of town,close to everything.Can walk or take metro to most things.Can not fault the stay,plus the breakfast and coffee facilities was very much appreciated.

Everything was super, location, and all the help we got from Guillermo, helped with luggage and all kind of information. The breakfast was also good and convenient. Water, coffee, tea, wines and drink were also available at no charge

That we were in the other building and not in the main. We wanted two separate beds and they opened a couch which we did not know when we reserved it and couch was not comfortable for an adult. The AC in that room was not working well and did not cool enough with the heat of the summer. The AC was in the living room but not the bedroom.

The facility consists of two buildings. There is a main building and a building with rooms but they are next to each other and very easy to access. A great breakfast is served in the main building and there are free unlimited drink options. You can enjoy your time on the terrace. We were so comfortable that we felt at home. our room was very spacious and we were very comfortable as father and daughter. The location of the facility is very close to public transportation, a very decent neighborhood. If I go to Barcelona again, I will not even look for a hotel, I will stay here.

The first day our air conditioner was broken and they fixed it the next day, we were very cold the first night. Also, the coffee machine in the building where the rooms were was broken, we could never drink coffee in that building.

The location was great! The people were nice. The rooms were interesting. We stayed in two different rooms. The second was nice and the first was spectacular! I excepted a room with a bathroom and instead had such a giant bathroom, plus seating area and terrace. Whoa! I appreciated having coffee when I wanted, including a decaf option. The breakfast was also above and beyond expectations. And the terrace!

It was lovely, only a tiny annoyance. The spoons to get food in the morning were cute small wooden ones but not very effective. A blueberry barely fit, so to take a couple blueberries required several scoops. In my opinion, the picture above the second bed was a little creepy. Someone might have liked it.
