We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was also perfect—close to everything we needed and great for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the pool is located on the second floor, and since our room was on the same level, it could get a bit noisy at times, especially when there were children playing. However, this was only during certain times of the day and didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience.

1) Location: Perfect location in the middle of the downtown.only 2min to the metro, 5min to Casa Mira. It was super convenient. 2) Room: I stayed at family room. It has one queen and bunk bed. 3) Cleanliness: I am normally picky but it was very clean and well maintained. 4) Shower: double shower head, strong water pressure which I loved! 5) Breakfast: it was good. Good variety of hams, , cheese, bread and drinks. I probably wanted more salad variety but still it was good for the price we paid. 6) Service: very helpful staff. We received complementary fruits and snacks which was a great surprise. 7) Bed: queen bed was very comfortable. Bunk bed needed a bit of maintenance as ladder was unstable and needed support to go down (it comes off without support) 8) lights: a lot of lights we can control. Bright enough for me who likes a lot of lights in the room. We can control at night and in the morning when my family prefers more dark room.

Nothing but only super minor very small improvement suggestion. 1) Shampoo container: it was difficult to get soap/shampoo out from the container. 2) Towel: had a lot of bath and floor mat size towels but needed small hand/ face size towel. Needed towel hanger in the bathroom outside of the shower booth.

Everything is super new and clean. Very modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Your pet gets a bed + food and water bowls 😍 (typically in most hotel they charge you a fee for the dog without providing anything). See pictures of Jaime (IG account jaime.cirneco ) enjoying it! Parking is small for suvs but around the corner there is a very nice parking with whom they have an agreement and discount for the hotel guests. Personnel was very nice and friendly.

It was a spacious room. The location is very good. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was large enough to fit a laptop.

There were no slippers in the room, so I called reception to ask for them. The hotel, for which I paid 800 euros for four nights, told me that slippers were not included in my room, but that they could provide them free of charge for a one-time fee if I wanted, and asked me to come to reception to ask. This was unexpected behavior from a four-star hotel.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and the room was great (although a little smaller than I expected). I paid 2.4K euros for a weeks' stay, which I thought was super expensive given the type of hotel it was. Overall, though, a good experience.

My key card always stopped working. Each time I tried to enter my room, the keycard wouldn't work, so I would have to go all the way downstairs to get it reset. It was super frustrating. Staff said to keep the keycard away from my phone, which I did, and even then it didn't work. They need to invest in better quality key cards, as I've not experienced this in many hotels.

Overall great, the breakfast was good, service was quick, the room was nice, staff were kind. Great metro connections (you can go underground to Diagonal), has a parking garage, which is a bit tight for large cars, but I could park with a middle-sized SUV. Has a very small pool, which is good for kids, water 1m deep.

The family room we booked was advertised on booking.com as having a double bed and twin beds. This was false, as it has a double bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has no barrier for the most part on top, it's unsuitable for small children. Luckily our 7 year old doesn't turn much in her sleep so we didn't have too much trouble. There was some noise and trembling during the night, it wasn't disturbing for us, but it might be for sensitive people.

My second stay at this hotel. The first time we stayed in 2022 and in the old part (non-renovated). Back then it was okay but felt dated and you could hear the subway which runs underneath the hotel. This time we stayed in the renovated part of the hotel and the experience was much more enjoyable. Rooms were new, fresh look to them, clean and wonderful to come back to after a long day out.

The only downside of the room was that it overlooked what seemed to be a backyard in which noisy/drunk youngsters would gather at night and scream, sing, etc. One of the nights we could hear them a bit through closed windows. If you’re a light sleeper definitely bring earplugs.

The property as a whole was excellent, upon arrival the staff were professional and friendly, check in was really easy and the room was ready hours before the actual check in time. The rooms were spacious and have everything you need, Netflix on the tv was great for night time when back at the room and the beds were very comfortable. Room service was great and quick when ordering food from the restaurant, and the food it self was great. Check out was quick and simple, overall 10/10 hotel will definitely be returning.

Everything was great about the property, if I was to really nit pick it would have been nice to have an iron available in the room, but room service were able to bring one when needed which was great.

two reservations 1. Breakfast stats late, espcially on weekends. I was in Barcelona for a conference that starts early- and that means either to miss early sessions or the Breakfast. There are many congresses in the city. 2. Ir would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, and fresh mineral water every day- this is the norm in 4-stars hotel these days.
