Clean , spacious & well appointed room, good beds

Requested for quiet room but was placed in a room right beneath the roof top bar, was terribly disturbed by a group of rowdy youth while they were up there all night & they came down & make hell lot of noise with their shouting & laughter along the corridor past midnight

Check-in and check out smooth, attentive staff in the reception, always greeting us w a smile. Beds comfortable, room clean, bathroom had issues, see below.

The bathroom walls were dirty, the wallpaper on it totally wrong for a bathrrom w that much moisture, the mpoist dust gathered in clumps all along the wall. The ceiling shower dripped cold water constantly so stepping in to turn the water on was always unpleasant. Should be easily fixed. The window to the street did not close properly resulting in unnecessary noise from the street coming in. Should be easily fixed. Room 408.

Very clean room. Bathroom nice and modern with plenty toiletries. Staff pleasant and friendly. Best part about this hotel is the rooftop - small pool with loungers and deck chairs, lovely sunny spot to relax. Great bar and seating area too. Bar had very good opening hours and lovely selection of drinks. Location was good, 30 min walk to sagrada familia and 20 min walk to Las Ramblas. Very close to metro station so easy to get about and to the airport.

There was a coffee machine in the room but it appeared that you had to pay per coffee pod and this was not complimentary. Room was a bit worn in place - wall paper coming off the wall and the wood of the armchair was all scratched.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although our original room had an issue with the drains, they handled it promptly and moved us to a new room without any fuss. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself always had a lovely, fresh scent. We also enjoyed a nice view from our window. The hotel’s facilities were definitely a highlight of our stay. The rooftop view was stunning, and the pool and bar area provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. It truly enhanced our overall experience. The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, including a great selection of tapas bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the metro. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, especially compared to other parts of the city we visited.

Make sure you pull your room door closed, my bad , didn't realise it shuts itself, so did comeback after a day of sightseeing and was left open

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast. It was a good location with lots of nice restaurants nearby.

We were very disappointed that on the last night the open top bar was closed to residents due to a private party. We had used it the two earlier nights and had a lovely time and wanted to spend our final evening there. However when we arrived we were told we could not use it (the staff were polite and apologetic). I think as a paying resident you are paying for the facilities and should be able to use them at all times. But if the hotel chooses to allow others there should be signs for residents that warn them it is closed, this was you can make other plans.

The location was great, and the initial aesthetics of the hotel appeared nice but we had a few snags with our stay. Right by restaurants and sights.

The breakfast was lackluster. Room service is non-existent, we tried every day of our stay and the one day we REALLY just needed to eat after getting hung up on by room service 3 times, we ended up going up to the terrace to order and a very nice gentleman helped us out thankfully. The AC in the room did not work very well unfortunately. The room also reeked of sewage which we concluded was coming up from either the toilet or the bathtub drain…not ideal. We also booked a room that appeared much different than the room we ended up in and normally I’m not that much of a stickler on that sort of thing but this was BY FAR the most expensive hotel of our trip and was the worst experience.

The location was great, you can walk everywhere and the neighbourhood itself is very nice with many nice cafes for breakfast which my teenager liked. The pool was a bonus, managed to have a dip even though the water was still fresh in April...reception staff were nice and helpful.

Lack of bins in the room...none in the bedroom none in the bathroom...although on the last day one appeared in the bathroom. Small details but annoying. One day we were late leaving the room and the room wasn't done at all. So would say they need to improve the service/training of chambermaids.

This is a very nice 4 star hotel in a high end area of Barcelona close to most tourist attractions. Others are easily reached by metro close by. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable bathroom and lots of storage. Unfortunately during our stay, the hot water boiler failed so we only had cold water and a kettle to heat water for sponge baths for three days. The inconvenience was offset by the hotel providing a full refund for each day without water. Because we wanted to extend our stay due to the floods in Valencia, our next destination, the hotel happily accommodated us at the same rate. The air-conditioning (in November) was superb so we could sleep comfortably at night with the windows closed.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel and would stay again if I return to Barcelona.

- good location, within walking distance from Casa Milà, Casa Batlló and a subway station. Many bars and restaurants right outside - the staff is very friendly and helpful - the reception is open 24/7 - the room is very big and extremely clean - the room has a minibar, TV, very good internet - great amenities that you can also buy at checkout

Everything was really great, with only some small inconveniences: - regular TV instead of smart TV - it could be a little too noisy if the room is at the main street. I didn't have a problem with that.
