Perfect location, in the lovely eixample neighborhood. Not in a busy area but still near all the main attractions - yet still on a street with good cafés and restaurants. Almost felt like living in your own little local apartment because the hotel doesn’t seem like a hotel on the outside. The check in process was easy and the code system worked great. The hotel has many facilities such as a water tank in the lobby where you can fill up your own bottle, and in the mini fridge there were free sodas and water upon arrival. The cleaning lady was very nice and we had our bed made every day and fresh towels as well. We really enjoyed our stay here:)

The location is great.

There is no way to get into the hotel unless someone else opens the door for you, and the front desk is actually on the 1st floor (2nd level). The staff should give first time guests the door code ahead of time so they don’t get stuck outside the building. We tried calling the front desk for access and no one picked up.

Perfect location to visit Barcelona and its attractions! Completely safe to walk, even if you arrive/depart late at night (and just 20 minutes from Placa Catalunya, which is the final destination for the airport 24/7 buses!)! It was quiet, even though it is located near busy roads. The room was very clean the whole duration of our stay (daily cleaning service), it was equipped with everything we needed and we were provided with new clean towels every day. The staff was pretty friendly and discrete at the same time. The check-in process was very easy and free of stress, and the fact that every detail was mentioned in the emails that are sent before a guest's arrival plays an important role. To sum up, an excellent choice to enjoy a trip to Barcelona, we definitely recommend it!

AC was a bit off the first two days. Was not cooling well.

The apartment was everything you need for a city stay, very clean, comfortable, good communication, etc. There was a water available for our whole stay, as well as some complimentary drinks in the fridge. Had option to store luggage. The location was great, walking distance to the city centre and nice area full of restaurants and bars. Can only recommend!

The property was good, but we had bad experience to access the property, the access codes were not correct The one to access the building wrong The one to access the premises or reception wrong The one to access the room was right but it was for an occupied room not ours, I spoke to someone the day before and was told everything was set and received the code by email, it took a while but everything was fixed except for my wife that thought we did not have a room after such a long trip fromUSA and 11:30 at night.

Very beautiful and clean place. Extra nice that they have coffee and tea but also water to drink if you need. If it rains they give you umbrella and you can store your luggage if needed.

The place was quiet but the walls are so thin you can hear anything. There was a continuous sound of maybe an air conditioning working at the back. During the day was ok. During the night was at moments disturbing.

Good location, clean and AC worked really well. Bed was comfy. Large shower. Close to lots of restaurants and tourist locations.

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything in other room and hallway. Also, we didn’t expect breakfast with our stay but then there was a sign when we arrived saying breakfast was every day and the were some fresh croissants and fruit left out in the common room, so we thought that was a pleasant surprise. But then we went to have breakfast the next day and there were just some sad packet muffins and rancid UHT milk. It was like that for the rest of our stay. Just disappointing and confusing. If you’re going to do it, do it properly and consistently.

Although the room was basic, it was big enough for 2, the location was perfect! We didn't have breafast there as we like to explore. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the toilet which was dealt with, within 24 as promised, staff (only one) she did everything and worked so hard she was very good.

The little fridge in the room was great to have but noisy only because I'm not used to it but i slept ok.

The staffs were very nice, polite and available. The place was good situated and clean only 2 things bothered me: Other guests were a little bit noisy each time they arrived at the hotel (3:00am and woke me up) and the second was: the bathroom door and wall was made by glass which is not confortable when you travel with an other person (I was wirh my brother). It's okay for a couple.

It was clean, the staff were nice, the coffee machine was handy and the place was close to everyghing with a hight security.
