Very nice apartment in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Easy to get a bus or metro from there but also a nice area to just walk around. Easy communication and great instructions for the check in/out. Apartment was on the third floor with steep stairs but there was an elevator. The apartment was facing the courtyard and we were amazed by the quietness. The apartment has 3 airconditioning units and fans so the temperature was always great. At the end we were able to check out a bit later than 11 am which was great.

The bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable. Could need a fan in the bathroom as there were signs of mold.

A well situated flat in a nice neighborhood in Barcelona, close to a lot of good restaurants and community areas. The space was clean and comfortable, albeit a little small. The check in process was easy once we were actually in the city. There is a lift for easy access. The beds were comfortable, and shampoo/soap and conditioner is provided. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked nice and was stocked. The hosts were responsive as well.

There was not a ton of natural light as the flat faces a large wall. While conditioner was provided, it had been severely watered down so I had to use my own. Also, there were only two very small toilet paper rolls, which ran out on our last night, so we had to use our own tissue packs we brought with us. The payment is handled outside of Booking.com and there is a form guests must fill out with passport and personal details, which I was wary of at first, but apparently it's a normal requirement in Barcelona. The hosts were pretty quick to respond to my questions and assist so all turned out fine.

Location is excellent for the ones who don’t want to be bang in the middle of touristy area but still within walking distance to town centre. There’s V15 bus going down to Barceloneta beach from the next block. The apartment itself is sufficient for 3 people, has a balcony and is surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants. Lots of kitchen equipment and even a tiny dishwasher! Big supermarket literally opposite the property.

Although you are probably not going to spend much time indoors while in Barcelona, the size of the apartment is a bit cramped for 3 people, including the bathroom. Or that might be just my personal opinion. Also, they have coffee machine but no pods provided. At check-in, the keys were not in the box by 3pm as advertised as the cleaners were running late. But on the day of check-out, we had a knock on the door 10:40am (check-out at 11) from the housekeeper. There are few luggage lockers in the building but not suitable for large suitcases.

The apartment is excellent and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted by a very kind host who was helpful with everything we asked. He accommodated our request for an earlier check-in as well. The apartment is located in a place where all tourist attractions and nightlife spots are close by. It truly met all expectations and we have no complaints.

There are everything needed for the family of 3/4 people. Two bedrooms and common area, kitchen with all needed staff, smart tv, washing machine. Cute French balcony and good location with all the activities around. Easy digital check-in and check-out. Parking nearby.

The shower is too weak, it was the biggest issue for me and my long-hair daughter. There are teapot and nespresso machine, but neither tea nor coffee capsules, it’s a little bit strange.

Small but cosy apartment

Barcelona never sleeps so don't forget to bring your ear plugs so you can sleep (city noise gets in during the night, the apartment windows are not insulating at all the street sounds, even the kitchen fridge is so loud at times and of course the neighbors might make loud sounds during the night).

The location is perfect and walking distance to everything! Apartment is clean and comfortable, many restaurants and cafes around. Since I arrived early before the check in time, but they have the locker services in the building so that I could store my luggage. I had a good stay with my family and highly recommend if you are travel with friends or family.

Welcome kit is a nice touch. The apartment is really clean. Contacted the property for some medical information, and they were really helpful. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher available.

Rooms are not really soundproof. We could hear our neighbors and people coming into the building from the smaller bedroom(sliding door). The bigger bedroom also has a huge sliding door that needs lubricating. It doesn't fully slide closed.

Cosy apartment with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed walking to and from the city centre.

We could not understand how to get the ceiling fan to work in the second bedroom. The wi-fi was also relatively slow.

I'm blown away at how awesome this place was. It was a perfect size for 3 of us. I loved that the train was just a few blocks away, which made transportation so easy. There was also a coffee shop right below us that we got comfortable with.
