Casa Mila (La Pedrera) - ca. 15 minutes, - cafe Santagloria very close - spacious room, with balcony, desk for laptop, chair, - good wifi - big bed - kitchen, separate shelfs in refrigerator per room - shared bathrooms - there were two, usually available - clean - when closed windows - relatively quiet (relatively!) - elevator

- squeaky bed :( - some days noise from bar(s) - but not a problem, I was aware of it, so had earplugs.

The location is great, very close to center, at the same time close to night-life places. Metro and bus stations nearby. Room is very clean and comfortable. House in general is very clean, 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen. Shared places are cleaned every day.

Window in the room is old (wooden), so it can a bit chill in inter-season time. We were there in middle of March, when heating is already off, and slept in a hoodie.

Superb location in the city centre within walking distance to many attractions including Sagrada Familia and Casa Battlo. Staff were easy to communicate with and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom and bedroom were both very spacious. We especially loved the balcony adjoining our room overlooking the street. Lots of shops and bars nearby. Towels, TV, iron and hoover were all provided and the fan on our bedroom was a blessing given the heat!

Lift was often not working which was an issue when the apartment was located three floors up. Bathroom is not cleaned often enough

Rooms Aribau are clean, comfortable and the building has good security. The owner/manager met us late in the evening after our luggage was delayed at the airport and she kindly walked with us to get some euros at a nearby bank ATM for the city tax and the expected late check-in fee. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean and in good condition with cooking pans, oil, salt, sugar, plates and bowls, toaster, kettle etc. We cooked eggs and toast for breakfast. There is a larger supermarket a block away. There are many good places to eat and drink nearby. It is walking distance to La Pedrera and Casa Batlo if you want to visit those Gaudi properties. It is not far to walk to buses or the metro. The supplied fan was enough to keep us cool when sleeping. The bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Like most older buildings there is some noise from the surrounding apartments so some earplugs are a good idea. It was not excessive, mainly from people walking around the room above. Adopt local habits and stay up later 😃

Location is close to bus, metro and places of attractions. Common kitchen for use with all pans and pots and cutleries and bathroom to use which were clean. The quadruple room was spacious with big windows with good breeze blowing in.

Additional charges to use AC, washing machine and leaving luggage after check out. The staff can be a little courteous.

This place is amazing if you plan to visit Barcelona and be in the city center! The host was very polite and responsive, and she was there to welcome us at midnight check-in. The room is small and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable! Everything was clean and even though we shared the bathroom, it was always clean and rarely occupied. The location is amazing, you can walk to La Rambla and you have a lot of bars and cafes in the street. Wi Fi works great, it isn't noisy, and the room has a TV. I would stay here again next time when I visit :) Recommended!

For us, everything was fine, but the only (small) problem is a window without a view on the street. So sometimes it gets very hot and muggy because the room lack fresh air when it gets hot. But, we were rarely in the room, so definitely worth staying here

Nothing to complain. The room was great and the entire apartment was very clean. Bus stations are 3 min from the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. There are 2 shared bathrooms with hot and col water, amazing.

Noises coming from outside. Unfortunately the window doesn't muffle the sound.

absolutely value for the budget & super clean and the location is awesome! nearby Garcia street (best shopping area+casa batllo & mila) & pl. Cataluña to Barceloneta with V13 bus only takes 30min most famous place is around 20-30min by walk also front of here has many bus stop & supermarket (also like aldi&lidl) & good restaurants. kitchen has every cooking stuff & well divided refrigerator section for each guest. the host & house keepers are super friendly!

nothing to complain but here mentioned big room has private bathroom. actually shared one. but here has 2 bathroom so that no need to worry :)

The location is very good, can walk everywhere. It doesn’t feel that there’s other guests staying in other rooms, everyone was very quite and respectful.

For one night there was no electricity in our room and couldn’t charge phones. Day before check out I received an email reminding of checking out date and time and had to answer by what time we’ll check out. In the morning someone was knocking on the door and asking again what time we leaving. That didn’t felt very welcoming.

The location was nice- many restaurants and bars close by and also not far from the city Center! We had the four bedroom and were only two people. The room was really big, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There were two bathrooms which were shared with 5 rooms in total.

The toilet paper was too little for that many people- as we asked for it, they brought more 2 hours later. Washing clothes, leaving luggage and air conditioning all costs extra.
