Excellent location near many lovely bars and restaurants. We spent 4 nights here. Staff are friendly and attentive. The room had all we needed and the shower is an over head rainshower - lovely! We weren’t bothered by the frosted glass bathroom door. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we found the room quiet enough. We used the pool each afternoon and had relaxing time in the bar. Great spot to rest before night-time exploration. Lots of parks, restaurants and places of interest within walking distance. Check out Pepa across the road for wine and tapas.

Pierro at the reception has been amazing. He helped us a lot with almost everything and been extremely friendly. The staff overall are really nice. Price to value is great Location is really good Lots of bicycle parking spot that we used everyday for getting around

Location was AMAZING! everything you need is within walking distance. Rooftop bar is excellent! We didn't use the pool - but having the private bar at the top which also serves food, as ideal when you want some peace after a crazy afternoon exploring. Would 100% recommend. We were a couple aged 33&40 and we walked everywhere - would recommend for those looking to be in the middle of everything, but also on a peaceful street.

The air con didn't work that well! Only issue the whole weekend. Kept turning on and off all night, but apart from that the rooms are lovely. The balcony we had was small, so we didn't use it. Beds weren't that most comfortable, but the room service made up for it!

Clean, friendly, central, stylish, modern, with an amazing leafy rooftop bar/breakfast area with swimming pool and incredible city views. Very helpful staff - shout out to the lovely member of staff from the restaurant (from Belfast) who brought two mugs for me and my mum so that we could drink some tea! And to the lovely staff at reception and elsewhere in the hotel - everyone was lovely :)

The toilet doors don’t close - and aren’t really proper doors as they’re see through. This should maybe be addressed. But otherwise everything was perfect about our stay.

I only stayed for a very short time, so I didn’t get the full experience of the hotel. I arrived on a Monday evening and had an excursion the next day, so I mainly just spent the night. Still, from what I saw, it’s a beautiful hotel with a very chill and pleasant atmosphere. The rooftop pool area is really nice, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They even told me something I had never heard in a hotel before: “Feel like home.” That small detail made a big difference. Even though my stay was brief, it left me with a really good impression.

Location was key - we loved the coffee shops, sandwich delis and tapas bars nearby. Casa Batlló was ONLY 4 blocks away. Metro was nearby, 5 minute walk. The restaurant Teleferic is nearby with delicious pulpo. As for the room - size is smaller than our usual taste, it had a double bed & pillows - very soft & comfortable; balcony - small with a steel bar to keep from going outside, but soundproof was excellent when the traffic and noise got out of hand (hardly ever); mini-bar was loaded with snacks, WATER & beverages; Bathroom - is a good size for your business, shower was working great with a hand held device included, toiletries are on hand, towels changed daily, 2 complimentary bottles of water were left in room daily. We never visited the ANGLE restaurant. We quietly had a few of our own drinks in the hotel lobby (soft couches and tables with chairs) after a late night out on a Saturday. Friday evening was spent on the Rooftop Bar and food is provided with a cost, BUT made so very delicious by Serena the host/bartender. Front Desk Staff is Top Notch - answered all questions of restaurants, bars, taxi, airport shuttle and they provide a baggage room.

Room size is smaller than usual preference.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was in a very good area with lots of Cafes, restaurants and shops. We reached out to almost everywhere as on our -touristy bucket list- so easily thanks to the location. Everyhing that you've might need is 10 steps away from you. :) The room was big enough and lightning, cleaning was perfect. We needed 1 more hour for our check out and they were so helpful and kind and allowed us to do a late check out. Thanks and see you soon!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.

There is a little room for improvement. The air conditioning system in the room didn't seem to work properly which was a real problem in August (I did talk to a member of staff about it. Not sure they did anything but we fiddled with the control panel and found a comfortable temperature). In general, I was expecting more attention to details from a 4 star hotel (the toilet seat was loose, the toilet bin was smacked and difficult to open, the air drier old looking and a bit of a pain to use, dust/fluff could be seen on the walls).

I ask for Balcony but I did not get it. I reach around 21.30 The next day the propose me and I did not want to move. The staff was great, I could keep my room till 14.30 (Late Check out) The breakfast I can say SO SO might be because I am a Mauritian WIFI Very great Otherwise all good, location great

I feel that they should add more staff at the reception between 14.30 to 17.00 app I had to pick my suitcases to go to the airport and I had to wait for long time not only me Other client was check in Add staff when there is check out and check in TV not great should have a smart TV I could not understand how come there was no Kettle in the room in a 4 Star hotel
