Great location, very spacious, spotless and made for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. Lots of great restaurants and facilities around. Close enough to the action without being in the middle of it (and believe me, never book something in the busy areas - you’ll regret it). Good mattresses and a/c. Big fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer (couldn’t figure the dryer out). Great water pressure in the shower.

The only thing is we asked for more toilet paper as we were staying another night and they don’t refill stocks. We were able to buy it cheap at the markets and shops nearby so wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice.

It was very nice, with safe and secure codes to access. The area was well located with several metros within 10mins walk and cafes, supermarkets and restaurants close by. In 2 br apartment, the back bedroom was extremely quiet but the front bedroom a little noisy with traffic at night for 2nd couple staying. Suggestion - Instruction pages like how the washing machine, microwave, oven work without needing to work it out would have saved us effort. The sink plug did not fit so washing up dishes was not possible and only 1 tablet provided for 3 night stay for dishwasher. Also more coffee pods for 4 people, 3 nights would have been appreciated. Overall good and always very helpful staff, with great ongoing communication. Happy.

Well kept, modern and comfortable apartment in good location, only surpassed by the friendly and helpful staff who communicated well throughout our pre and post booking process. Allowed our family of four adults to store luggage onsite before checking in, which was very helpful since we arrived early morning on a flight from the USA. Highly recommend.

That we only had 1 day and night there before we checked out to go on a cruise. Wish we had included a few more days there.

It was perfect location when you have little kids. I liked that we were able to leave the stroller downstairs. I also liked that the supermarket and good vine shops are very close. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Only the mattress could have been softer.

The only thing i did not like was the cold rooms. We visited in February, so i would have liked more warmer rooms. Even if i put the temperature higher on the air conditioner it did not work that well.

The location was very handy for walking into the centre. Quiet at night. Very clean. Good communication from the hosts. Perfect for our needs. Dishwasher was handy. Good size fridge/freezer. Air conditioning was great. Would definitely stay again.

It could do with more kitchen accessories - there was no shelf in the oven and just a grill pan. There were no baking trays so I had to cook dinner in stages and there are not many utensils. Fine if you are planning on eating out all the time.

Large apartment in a nice, upscale neighbourhood with plenty of bars and food options (Eixample - far better than staying somewhere like Las Ramblas). About 10 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia (shopping street) and Casa Battlo. About 5-10 minutes walk to main public transport links. Apartment was spacious with lots of amenities - like a washing machine, couch, dining table etc. Very well-stocked and set up kitchen. Big and relatively comfy bed. Great to have a reception to do check in and leave bags (if necessary).

It’s just a bit dated, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. Not much street noise but above apartment can be loud. Shower has impractical set-up - the shower head faces out of the shower door, so you end up with water everywhere - and runs out of hot water if you have two showers in very quick succession.

The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. It comes with a huge bed in the master bedroom and big bathroom. The apartment has a second room which will comfortably fit a family of 4 although it was just the 2 of us. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher which makes everything much easier. We also received a welcome pack with washing pods clothes and dishes which was a nice touch from them. Despite the old age of the cupboard in the kitchen, it was still functioning and did not bother us. Sofa was very comfortable too. Powerful central heating and cooling systems. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Vale suites. We paid 337 euros for 2 nights which imo is value for money. Apartment is close to bus stops to get around the city. Buses to and fro from the airport is a little further away (700m). Travellers with heavier luggages will have to push their luggages up a gentle slope.

Nothing. City tax in Barcelona is steep! We paid 27.52 euros for 2 person and 2 nights.

Vale Suite was nice since they had a reception area that was open from 9am-11pm and they were very friendly and helpful with check in. I was able to ask for an extra laundry pod at no extra cost. There were nearby bus stops and metro was 10 minutes away. Lots of delicious restaurant near by and it was in a lovely neighborhood but still about 2-3 blocks away from Las Ramblas and tourist area. Bonus: We had a bottle of water and wine as welcome gift!

Kitchen floors were extremely sticky in certain spots.

Everything!!! We loved everything about Vale Suites💗Our expectations were exceeded!!! The apartment was immaculate, clean, spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. The check-in was smooth and all the staff members were friendly, helpful (specially Yulia who gave us several recommendations of places to visit and beaches) and so welcoming. We even received welcome wine and other items. Bravo to an incredible team!!! The apartment location was perfect, we were close to several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and walking distance to Placa de Catalunya, La Ramblas and many other attractions in theain city. This was the best way to celebrate my 40th birthday!! We will definitely be back in Barcelona and won't think twice to stay at Vale Suites again!!

The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We loved the keyless system. The staff was helpful in helping us arrange a taxi up the train station. Upon arrival, we received a nice bottle of red wine and water to use. The beds, pillows, and blankets were really comfortable too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location was a bit far for walking to main attractions (about 25 - 30 min) by foot. The apartment could use some ice trays to make ice during our stay. Don’t use wash and dry function because it takes over 6 hours to complete and your clothes might get damaged as they came out very hot!
