The man at reception when we arrived was very nice and extremely helpful giving us a map, highlighting all the places to visit and even telling us about the bus numbers and local supermarket. 😀 The location was in a very nice part of Barcelona and it felt safe there. Room was spacious and had all the utensils you need. Nice lighting.

Bed was a little hard for me, but I did sleep well every night. Light from the oven shines into the bedroom part all night and is quite bright.

Very nice people on reception. A large apartment and loads of wardrobe space. Everything was as advertised. The cleaner cleaned every day and was very thorough. We would recommend Issues ( small) : Mugs would be appreciated, the cups are too small for tea We arrived at 1:30pm. Check in time is 2 pm. Reception is closed from 2 til 4 so not sure how that works. Also note that yo get in the very first time you need yo press recepio button on the key pad next to the external door. It’s not highlighted and is hard to see.

We loved our stay at Up Suites. Muhammad in the front desk was super helpful even before we arrived. The facilities are very well maintained and the suites we stayed in was excellent. We’ve been traveling (mom, dad and 2 teenagers) through Europe for 3 weeks and this was our best booking so far. The beds were delicious, the pillows on point, the cleanliness perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. and every utensil you could need for a short stay. The decor was beautiful.

the apartment was easy to access and reach. it's ina. complete residential neighborhood but has a parking lot about 4 mins walk from there, so parking there was easy. Muhammad at their reception desk was very helpful and very friendly. he helped us by giving us a lot of information n plans for sightseeing. He was reachable at all times and was easy tohandle things. it's a comfortable apartment, small but doable. The bed was comfy and enough space for storage. The room was cleaned daily. there are a few super markets around so it's easy to get water and supplies.

the Sofa bed for our kid was not comfortable, it was sinking in so was a bit difficult to sleep. there are a very few restaurants around that area so was a bit boring to go to the same place as a few were out for us to eat..

CLEAN! FUNCTIONAL! QUIET! COMFORTABLE! Good beds, good pillows, absolute silence at night. We didn’t hear our neighbours not once during 3 nights stay. Kitchen works just fine, washing machine+dryer was really handy. Neighborhood is super nice, good metro connection. Communication with the manager was super fast and friendly. Overall everything is organized as a proper hotel, not like airbnb (sorry, am still recovering from the old airbnb “trauma” :)))

The shower appliance probably will need some update soon, but it worked just fine, no troubles.

The staff was super nice, location was great, easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean and well equipped.

The only issue we had was that the noise was a lot, and I am not referring about the street noise but the noise coming from other rooms or neighboring wall. One night we could not really sleep because the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. Stomping, noise as if furniture was being moved. Maybe at the time of check in advise guests in higher floors to be mindful that there is another room under them so to be mindful of noise level.

Very clean, Morden, very helpful stuff. As I booked 3 nights stay in Bacelona with another host, however the toilet broken in the property and the host is very aggressive reaction to my complaint, so I have check out and find another hotel for my rest of two days stay: this hotel is really clean, very friendly stuff, after i experienced the worst experience from the previous host, I found so comfortable with this hotel as I feel that I am a customer and been treated with respect .

Nothing, maybe the shower bottoms get some leaking , Water comes out when you are using the shower.

The host of this location was excellent. he gave us a ton of info as to how to get around the city and some of the top sites to see. We were a little late arriving and the host stayed late to make sure we were checked in properly. The rooms were comfy enough with a washing machine on site. Location wasn't the closest to most of the top attractions but it is on a road with plenty of taxis to take.

We travelled with kids and the master "bedroom" doesn't have a door for privacy. Not a major complaint, the room was great.

The manager was there waiting for us, even though it was the closed time for the reception. This was appreciated and he was very helpful. The room was spacious and had everything that was meant to be there. The air conditioning was excellent. There was good hot water and plenty of towels and other bathroom ammenities supplied. Room was serviced every day if you wanted it and they did a good job. Great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Excellent kitchen space with all appliances. Easy to get in and out of the building and apartment with key codes and also a key card if you wanted to us that. Very safe as front door was always locked. Lots of places to eat around the area and a great supermarket very close by.

The apartments are a a little dated now, but that does not really detract from the overall experience. The door to the apartment was very noisy to close so that could be fixed! There are only 2 apartments on each floor so you don't hear a lot of noise from other guests, except for the doors opening and closing.

Communication was fantastic and responsive. We were met at the main door to check-in as we messaged them once we arrived at the airport. Check-in process friendly and helpful. Keys and apartment were ready after our meal and our luggage from storage brought to the apartment. Loved the balconies, washer and dryer, tea and coffee provided.

More space or hooks for placing clothes and towels in the shower room as the shower area is separated from the wash basin which is good in a way for others to use.
