I really enjoyed my stay - I arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in time, but was able to check-in straight away, and my room was even upgraded. The room was great, clean and stylish, the staff were very helpful with excellent English, and the breakfast was great with lots of options.

good location, the hotel meets expectations.

apparently, there is an outdoor cafe right under the balcony and loud voices kept you awake until 2 am night, even with the balcony door closed. The manager at the reception said that all the rooms were non-smoking, but in my room there was a huge hole burned by a cigarette right in a visible place on the chair next to the table :-( If the room is non-smoking, why show all guests that there is smoking in the room? Or simply replace the fabric on top of the chair.

The hotel is very nice, clean and perfectly located, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the beds are extremely comfortable, the breakfast is varied and rich. Many attractions are within 20 minutes' walk, and public transport links are excellent. I recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Provided us an umbrella on a rainy day. The day we were leaving they didn’t refuse to give us slippers for our long trip back home. Very nice gestures. The room was clean and had everything we needed! Price and the quality are corresponding, even though we booked the last minute. Thank you for your warm welcome, we had a great time in Barcelona :)

Close and within walking distance to the train station. There was a convenience store just across the street. The staff members were very helpful

Air conditioning could have been better, no washcloths in the bathroom (unless normal for hotels there)

The hotel lobby is a bit small, but location is convenient and the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is good, you can go by walk to some city hot spots. The room was confortable and reception is good. Personnel was kind and competitive.

The room is not so big but enough for single ocupation and confortable, the AC was high (quite hot inside the room) and the TV has no proper signal. The poorest rates in my opinion would be for kitchen, the lunch was not so good, there was no menu for snack at the cafeteria and the breakfast little poor.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! Brand new, the cleanness and comfort is just 10/10. Highly recommend to stay here. The swimmingpool on the rooftop is also perfect.
