The provided apartment exceeded our expectations, offering ample space to accommodate our family of five comfortably. Both bedrooms featured comfortable beds, and the living room sofa provided a convenient sleeping arrangement for the fifth member. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the appliances, along with the kitchenware, were all new. Furthermore, bath towels were provided for all occupants. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was particularly impressive.

There was an issue with the water pressure. Especially when the whole family had to take a bath. The water was getting less and less.

great location and lovely flat, really convenient for our group trip to Primavera.

the key collection is in a different location to the property, which is a bit of a hassle when you arrive. the flat we were staying in also had a glass panel missing from one of the showers (with glass still stuck in the frame) and the handle on the sofa bed had been pulled off. these issues weren’t raised with us on check in (we would have asked for a different apartment if we were told) and when we flagged them to the reception team they didn’t respond.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and well-organized. The beds are comfortable, and the lighting and power outlets are well-placed and plentiful, allowing everyone to use them in different areas of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils; the outdoor area is also delightful, featuring a small balcony with a table and two chairs for those who want to enjoy some fresh air.

Upon arrival, we didn’t find any bottled water: it would be a nice touch to welcome guests with the essentials to make a coffee. There is no waste bin in the bathroom. The bathroom door creaks.

Great location, very peacfull in the pedestrian street and a few step away from the many of Barcelona's greatest monuments. Shops, caffes and restaurants near by open all day. Apartment is very spaceus and practical if you are travelling with children. Big fridge, nice street view, solid equipment. Building has an elevator. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Check in system - 3 kms away from location. The only poor thing actualy. Encoded locker or encoded keyboxes would sort out everything.

the apartment was really nice, good place to stay, clean, good location to walk 15-20 min to center. there is free wifi, but you need to call reception for it.

Please delete all russian channels. Please put salt, sugar, tea, coffee to apartment. Would all so be nice to have soup in apparent, and basic shows gel, laundry detergent. The apartment is really nice and clean, but there is no basic things, you have to buy all just for 1-3 days if you saying.

We literally liked everything! I do not understand negative comments about collecting the key from a different location and the deposit - all information is provided before you book! And the deposit was back on my account the day we checked - out. If any issues occur, they are available for you on WhatsApp and respond quickly. The place is very spacious, clean. Beds are super comfortable and the apartment has the best location! Totally recommended.

The only thing that was missing was a toilet brush ;)

It’s a very convenient location. The apartment was modern, very neat and had good amenities.

The key pick up being at a different location was inconvenient. Even though the apartment has great amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer they did not provide goods like washing liquid and I had to buy that myself. This was annoying because I’m on holiday not to settle in that I have to go buy packs of washing machine and dishwashing tablets.

The apartment has everything you need, two bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, if you need to wash something there is also a washing machine and a bathroom with all the necessary stuff. I't very clean The location is good, and in two minutes you can reach taxi, bus, or metro. They guy at the reception was very kind e helpful

The only think that I haven't appreciate is that you have to collect the keys in different place that are 15 minutes by metro from the apartment.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We rented two apartments for six people each. The apartments were clean and in a great location. They had everything we needed and we would happily stay there again.Contrary to most comments, we found our way from the key collection point to the location of the apartments extremely quickly. It was a few stops away on the subway.The apartments looked exactly as they were on the website

The only thing we liked was that in the apartment the broom that had to be cleaned with was extremely uncomfortable, it was more like a floor brush than a broom. And the spatula was for the table. hosts may only invest in more convenient brooms to clean the apartments before they leave.

Large apartment with clean, new bathroom, nicely decorated, in a very good area, within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see.

-nothing in the kitchen (no tea, paper towels, etc). Everything needs to be bought -hairdryer broken - I almost lost my hair when the fire came out of it -apartment is dark. It is not a big deal I guess but it would be great to have big light in each room
