Really enjoyed our stay at H10 Casanova. It's easy to get to, the lobby is lovely and welcoming, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The room wasn't anything special, but very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was convenient - close to two different Metro stops (Urgell and Universitat), which made travelling around a breeze. Also, the corridors smell really good!

The WiFi didn't work for us, which was annoying when trying to stream something to watch as we had to hotspot from a mobile phone. As others have said, the pool is small and waist deep so not a proper swimming pool if that's what you're looking for. We didn't use the pool, but in case it's useful for others!

The hotel is so stunning when you first walk in, the detail to design and architecture is phenomenal. We were checked in very quickly, given a map, shown local places to dine, told where to walk and what to see, it was so thorough and detailed. The start of our trip was amazing. We had the most stunning corner room on the top floor. The set up, the view, the fully opening doors to the balcony was so special. We were celebrating a very important anniversary and arrived to champagne on ice. It just made the whole trip so much more special. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of details such as make your own mimosas and several fresh juices. Also the breakfast area was very large yet calm, quiet and peaceful. There was also a small pool on the rood, perfect to soak my feet in after a long day of walking. There was also a full bar, and both me, my partner and several guests were on the rooftop enjoying the views. The hotel really does have a lot of special details. The location of the hotel was great because were able to walk to most places, if we didn't feel like walking there were always taxis waiting outside as it is on the corner. I had such a wonderful time that I have been telling friends and family. I know that when I come back to Barcelona I will definitely stay here again.

This is such a silly thing to post, but one thing I love about hotels is coming home after a long day of sight seeing and watching tv. Unfortunately the only english channels were the news and that is just too depressing. I really think the hotel would benefit from having at least one american channel, whether it be shows, or movies, or netflix. It would really add to the experience.

The room was nice with a balcony the bathroom was the best part. Really big with a bathtub and shower the water pressure and temp were always good. Bed not as hard as other hotels we stayed at. Taxi station right outside hotel a lil super market & great resturants all around.

A lil farther out then I had realized from the city center Not the properties fault. Right after NY they had workers tearing up the flooring at the ground elevators with so many people being there for the holidays only had one elevator working so it's kind of frustrating. They could've waited until after the first week of January.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms which feel well thought out and finished to a good standard. The staff were all excellent. Breakfast, very good and a wide selection on offer. I highly recommend the spa, I had a massage which was a particular highlight!

The skybar was generally very good, and looks exactly like the pictures. The drinks and four were a good standard and served efficiently by the friendly staff. However, the pool (which is small and really a plunge pool for keeping cool) was sometimes populated by children who were not well supervised. There was a lot of splashing of other guest nearby. This went on well past 7pm when the pool officially closes. Perhaps a little more emphasising of the pool use etiquette would be a good idea?

The hotel smelled amazing! Every floor had a pleasant, fresh smell, and even the sheets smelled fabulous! Very happy with the massive and very comfortable bed, the working air conditioning was a godsend and even the toiletries, not many places include a toothbrush for you, so that was a very nice touch!! And the nicest surprise was a note and a bottle of bubbly for my partner's birthday! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

There is nothing that comes to mind; everything was excellent, from check-in to check-out. Perhaps, I could note there was no music in the lobby, which would add a nice touch.

Brilliant staff, great location. Absolutely loved staying here and would again. The room overlooked the main street but the glazing was so good, it was really quiet so no problem sleeping. Close to great restaurants and easy to get around. The staff were all really lovely and helpful with getting taxis, providing advice on times to get to the airport etc. They were so polite and genuinely nice. The bar staff were great too.

Probably we should have booked a slightly bigger room because it was a bit too tight once the extra bed was put in for our child. But, unlike most extra beds, this one was actually comfortable which was a nice surprise.

Travelled to Barcelona with a friend for the first time. One of the friendliest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Our first time in Barcelona and this hotel made it for us. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean hotel. We stayed 3 nights and everyday the room was cleaned and fresh towels. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and this hotel was exceptional for the price. Beautiful decor in rooms, spacious and we had a balcony. A lot of the hotels we looked at had small bathrooms online for other hotels, this had a full separate large bathroom. Staff were friendly, there was nothing we had to ask for, as everything was perfect from check in to check out. We arrived early and room was ready. We could walk or commute easily by uber to all the sights. This sounds like a paid review, but I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you H10!

There is nothing I could fault with the hotel.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Many pillows available. Hotel is well located.

- No kettle in the room. - Only one bottle of water of 500ml offered by the hotel even if we are two people in the room. - The hotel turns off Air conditioning every night as from 8pm to 10 am and the hotel regulates the temperature. It therefore gets very hot in the room. Had to open windows and therefore had outside noise. This should have been communicated to clients prior to booking. - Not enough hangers in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes.

We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. The location was excellent, only a short 3 minute walk to the metro/bus stations, and restaurants, supermarkets cafes were just steps away. The room was clean, large, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, complete with slippers, robes, and all toiletries. The front desk reception staff was very accommodating and was able to assist us with an early check in. In addition to that, Ismail was so kind to give our 4 year old daughter an H10 mascot stuffed animal, and a colouring book complete with crayons which was so thoughtful. They even provided us a picnic pack to go as we had an early flight to catch. We would certainly return to this hotel again, we highly recommend.

Location was good. Very easy to get to various bus and train lines. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes around for different price ranges. Everything was clean and nice looking so you can relax during your stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We didn't realise the pool wasn't very deep. More for sitting around with your drink. Still lots of fun.
