I generally enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff are top-notch—extremely polite and always ready to assist with any question. There are several nice perks, such as bicycles available for guests (although they are limited in number), a locker room for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, and a mini pool and jacuzzi on the roof. The breakfast was also quite good and enjoyable.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted with the smell of marijuana, which was off-putting. The room itself was decent, but in my opinion, it did not meet the price/quality expectation; it was small and the windows faced the interior of the building. The furnishings in bathroom felt a bit outdated. Another small gripe is that for a room costing 230 euros, complimentary water would be expected. There were tea and coffee, but no free water, which seems like a basic amenity that should be included at this price point.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe in the hotel and the entire area, as it is located on the main road. I would highly recommend it to any person and especially to any woman traveling alone. the location of the hotel is phenomenal, you can be anywhere in a short time and taxis come every second. I especially liked that the staff upgraded my room without extra charge and I had a room with a terrace for myself. the view from the terrace was incredible. in general, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and was cleaned on time and thoroughly.

the rooms are extremely noisy, if someone speaks at a normal volume you can hear it in the next room. However, since the hotel was rather visited by quiet residents, I had found this only 1-2 times as disturbing. i had chosen the hotel mainly also because of its whirlpool. unfortunately i only found out on the roof terrace that it is currently under maintenance and therefore cannot be used. information in the elevator or on the website would have been helpful. I think it would be great if other languages were included in the tv program or if netflix was installed, for example.

Fantastic experience – highly recommended! This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is excellent – everything is within easy reach. We were especially touched by the surprise for my partner’s birthday: a small cake with a candle and a lovely greeting card. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the experience – we’ll definitely be back!

A small note for completeness: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which was slightly disturbing. It’s a minor detail that didn’t affect our overall experience, but it might be helpful to address for future guests.

The reception staff was very welcoming, funny and friendly. The hotel is modern and the room was super clean, comfy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of options to choose from. Location was perfect, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants a few steps from the hotel. The center was 10 minutes walk. Extra points for the jacuzzi on the rooftop! All in all, a very good experience, we'll definitely come back.

Soundproofing of the rooms is bad, we could hear the neighbour's TV and listen to his phone call conversations :) but this is really the only thing we didn't like during our stay, everything else was perfect.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to the Ramblas. Rooftop swimming area was a bonus although small it was always busy but we always got a seat or bed. Eric on reception was lovely and very helpful.

Stayed three nights on room only basis, arrived around 11pm. The following day saw a card in the room 'ask about our breakfast deals'. We did the following day and were told it was for a minimum of three nights stay (which we were) but was not informed about this on check in so missed the first day breakfast deal and therefore could not it. Should have been told on arrival.

The rooms were very clean and staff were extremely friendly. The rooftop pool area was very peaceful and a nice space to relax. Beds comfy and large showers in the bathroom. Good location too, fairly far from the main beach (about a 45 minute walk) but very close to other attractions and cabs easily available.

Very minor details but the TV didn’t work very well and would not connect to the wifi to be able to stream any videos. Finally when leaving the room you had to ensure the door was properly shut, almost slammed as it wouldn’t lock automatically. Not a major issue just something to be aware of.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony facing the front of the hotel. There was a screen on the door and there was an elevator, and both were appreciated. The breakfast was adequate and convenient. The room and entire hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but we were very happy with the room and the hotel/staff. It was close to a hop on hop off bus stop. There were restaurants and shopping nearby and even a market where we could get fresh fruits and a convenience/grocery store where we got water and snacks. There is a roof top terrace with a view of the Acropolis. All in all good value for the money. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well.

Our taxi driver told us we were supposedly close to a not so safe district and told us (2 women) not to go out at night alone so we ate dinner earlier than usual because of this. Having said that, I did not feel unsafe at any time during our stay.

The center was 10 minutes walk.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location close to good restaurants and bars. Nice neighborhood. Metro is located few minutes from the hotel but you can easily walk to some of the tourist attractions. Breakfast is nice in form of a buffet.

Didn't like economy room I booked first, felt bit like a dungeon with small window and lack of space with cosmetic damage in few places. Seems bit different than photos I've seen on booking.com But I've asked and paid for upgrade, for room with balcony and it was perfect so I was happy with rest of my stay.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Close to metro stations and buses stop right outside. Reception staff, Marina and Juan were really welcoming and so helpful so I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come back. The room was a good size with a balcony and coffee machine. Lots of shops and eateries close by and this was a perfect location for hitting all the sales in Las Ramblas . Felt very safe being out in the evenings too as lots of people about. Don't miss the views from the roof top terrace- although I didn't get time to try out the pool!
