I generally enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff are top-notch—extremely polite and always ready to assist with any question. There are several nice perks, such as bicycles available for guests (although they are limited in number), a locker room for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, and a mini pool and jacuzzi on the roof. The breakfast was also quite good and enjoyable.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted with the smell of marijuana, which was off-putting. The room itself was decent, but in my opinion, it did not meet the price/quality expectation; it was small and the windows faced the interior of the building. The furnishings in bathroom felt a bit outdated. Another small gripe is that for a room costing 230 euros, complimentary water would be expected. There were tea and coffee, but no free water, which seems like a basic amenity that should be included at this price point.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe in the hotel and the entire area, as it is located on the main road. I would highly recommend it to any person and especially to any woman traveling alone. the location of the hotel is phenomenal, you can be anywhere in a short time and taxis come every second. I especially liked that the staff upgraded my room without extra charge and I had a room with a terrace for myself. the view from the terrace was incredible. in general, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and was cleaned on time and thoroughly.

the rooms are extremely noisy, if someone speaks at a normal volume you can hear it in the next room. However, since the hotel was rather visited by quiet residents, I had found this only 1-2 times as disturbing. i had chosen the hotel mainly also because of its whirlpool. unfortunately i only found out on the roof terrace that it is currently under maintenance and therefore cannot be used. information in the elevator or on the website would have been helpful. I think it would be great if other languages were included in the tv program or if netflix was installed, for example.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to the Ramblas. Rooftop swimming area was a bonus although small it was always busy but we always got a seat or bed. Eric on reception was lovely and very helpful.

Stayed three nights on room only basis, arrived around 11pm. The following day saw a card in the room 'ask about our breakfast deals'. We did the following day and were told it was for a minimum of three nights stay (which we were) but was not informed about this on check in so missed the first day breakfast deal and therefore could not it. Should have been told on arrival.

The reception staff was very welcoming, funny and friendly. The hotel is modern and the room was super clean, comfy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of options to choose from. Location was perfect, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants a few steps from the hotel. The center was 10 minutes walk. Extra points for the jacuzzi on the rooftop! All in all, a very good experience, we'll definitely come back.

Soundproofing of the rooms is bad, we could hear the neighbour's TV and listen to his phone call conversations :) but this is really the only thing we didn't like during our stay, everything else was perfect.

Location was perfect, with supermarket near the entrance, bars and restaurants are a few steps from the hotel. Bus station is oposite to the entrance and metro station 2 minutes walk. The center was 10 minutes walk.

Soundproofing of the rooms is bad, we could hear the neighbour's TV and conversations. The breakfast buffet could be a little wider with labels for the types of meat products especially for people who do not eat pork.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location close to good restaurants and bars. Nice neighborhood. Metro is located few minutes from the hotel but you can easily walk to some of the tourist attractions. Breakfast is nice in form of a buffet.

Didn't like economy room I booked first, felt bit like a dungeon with small window and lack of space with cosmetic damage in few places. Seems bit different than photos I've seen on booking.com But I've asked and paid for upgrade, for room with balcony and it was perfect so I was happy with rest of my stay.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Close to metro stations and buses stop right outside. Reception staff, Marina and Juan were really welcoming and so helpful so I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come back. The room was a good size with a balcony and coffee machine. Lots of shops and eateries close by and this was a perfect location for hitting all the sales in Las Ramblas . Felt very safe being out in the evenings too as lots of people about. Don't miss the views from the roof top terrace- although I didn't get time to try out the pool!

Nothing- the hotel was perfect.

Hotel was easy to get to on the Aerobus as got off a few minutes up the road at Plaza Universitat. Travelling around the city was easy from the hotel too. Our room was clean, bright and nicely decorated and the bed was large and very comfy. The shower worked well and we had everything we needed. We requested a kettle to make tea which was immediately supplied. Breakfast was well presented and had a good variety. I had to ask for a cup of soya milk daily as it wasn’t out but it was soon served. The staff were very friendly and eager to help with information and we were allowed to sit on the roof terrace even after check out to wait for our flight.

The baked beans could have done with warming but that’s just an English preference I guess. It would of been nice if there was a bit more of a bar area.

Great location- close to a metro, close to the old parts of the city - gothic quarter, etc. (I've stayed before in the old parts of the city and it can be a bit claustrophobic with the constant sea of tourists when you walk out the door, plus noisy. This hotel is out of that environment). Food - lots of decent restaurants about, including Vietnamese and other SE Asian places, if you for some reason want a break from the tapas. Nice having a pool and patio in the roof to rest after a day walking about. Staff friendly. And super quiet because the window/balcony has two doors, which totally shuts out traffic noise etc.

Not much to be honest. A bit expensive for the size of the room, but that seems usual for peak season in Barcelona. E.g. not really space to open both luggage at the same time in the room.

I wanted to make sure that my stay in Barcelona will meet my and my partner expectations especially we came to celebrate his birthday .Very nice surprise from hotel as l was requested just ice container to put our champagne and we got complementary Prosecco as a gift with a little card which make as feel welcome and all the stay was really good and we did not have any issues or problems there . The staff members are helpful and very kind with professional attitude Good place to stay
