Exceptionally clean with very helpful and considerate staff. Had the most beautiful room, large windows that open and balcony facing straight out onto Grand Via. Not all rooms look out into the Gran Via but they’re lovely too. Couldn’t ask for a better location in Barcelona at these affordable prices. Showers 🚿 lovely and hot and bathroom cleaned to perfection. Just remember to ask for two beds if you’re not wanting to share a double bed. This is no problem and they will gladly accommodate. Everything was perfect

What a find!! When the cheapest “proper” hotels cost about twice as much, this place offered similar or even superior comfort. Super-friendly staff both to greet me and explain the simple entry code system (no keys) and at check out. The room was a decent size, super modern and absolutely spotless. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. Great!

Soundproofing could be a bit better, but hardly a big issue. I had a terrific stay, and hope to be back!

Staff - amazing, very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time, we left our stuff in the hotel and we were able to explore the city, without our luggage. The day of the check-out we also left our luggage at the hotel, explored the ciry and late in the evening took it and went to the airport. Location - perfect, everything is near by. I saw a lot of people writting that breakfast are poor and etc. In my opinion, everything is totally fine, if you are hoping an infinite number of different dishes, then it definitely won't happen, but if you expect a simple and filling breakfast and it will be perfect for you.

The location was excellent. I could access to all landmarks in Barcelona easily. Also, the airport bus stop is located 5 min by foot. The room is pretty spacious for 2 guests. The key was the smart phone app, so it was handy. A couple of supermarkets are close enough to walk.

I wished to have a mini refrigerator.

I stayed for 5 days in Barcelona’s Hosal Live, with my 10 year old son and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff was sweet and helpfull, and allways there to reach out when needed. We stayed in room 25, a quiet and peacefull room with a little balcony overlooking a garden & playground. And a marvelous bed where we allmost could’nt get out of. Explored Barcelona a lot by foot, and when we returned home the bed was allways made fresh, our towels changed and a cleaned room. Loved that. Thanks for a nice stay, a big compliment for you guys! Allthough Hostel Live is in the crowded suburb Eixample, the subway & easy bus hop on’s are in front of the hostel, a very easy way to get to all the other surroundings. A lot of nice restaurants and coffee houses in the neighborhood. Also easy access by foot to busy Pl. de Gracia & Catalunya, great for shopping big.:-) Thanks you for a lovely stay, ♥️

Everything was complete

Really welcoming and friendly staff who were very helpful when we struggled with some of the security measures. The location suited our needs and served its purpose for a one night, pre-cruise stay.

The lighting in the foyer was very dim and our first impression was that it was closed as there was no reception located there. However, we figured out how to get in and found reception located on another floor. The room itself was a little tight for a couple with 2 large bags and hand luggage, but still nice.

We had a good stay at the Hosat Live Barcelona. The room was spacious an clean, the bed was comfy and the stuff was welcoming and helpful along all our stay. Located in the heart of the city, close to the metro and bus stations, few minutes walk to La Rambla

I didn't like the elevator, it was small and didn't have the safety feature of reopening the doors in case someone was getting in or out while its door was closing

It was close to a metro stop, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was cute, it had a cozy little balcony. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious enough. It was surprisingly quiet for a window overlooking a busy road.

The doors could only be opened with an app that used our location data, internet and bluetooth connection. The floor of the room was dusty, the corners of the bathroom floor were decidedly dirty. We were missing a blanket from the duvet at the end of October, luckily we found a blanket in the cupboard.

The location is very convenient. Staff, particularly Alessandra, was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is somewhat well served.

Breakfast could have more options of fruits. Also, restocking needed to be requested because no one is at the breakfast room to observe the lack of any item (e.g., cheese, salami, etc.)

The location is good. Exactly 13 minutes from Catalonia plaza. Many supermarkets are around. The room is spacious and comfortable .

The room was very clean on the day of my arrival but the second day I didn’t like the cleaning that much!! There was a cup of tea I used that was not cleaned or exchanged, some crumbs on the floor.
