Overall the apartment was comfortable and well equipped, pretty much as described on Booking. The welcome box containing water and chrisps was a nice touch. The window had good sound isolation, which was a nice surprise as the surrounding area is quite lively.

The bed/matterace was very unstable. It was impossible for one person to move (even slightly) without the other feeling it. It was also very squeaky, so our sleep quality over the two nights we were there could have been better.

Excellent location - the hotel is located almost in the center, but the inner side is isolated from the noise of the main streets. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. You can leave things in the storage room at any time (if you arrive before check-in time). Convenient keyless entry via code or app.

There was no liquid soap in the bathroom near the shower (it also did not appear after intermediate cleaning). There is no iron and ironing board.

It's evidently a brand new building, I would've been the first one to stay in my room. Very nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious. Lots of appliances for the kitchen.

The staff were slow to communicate with, there's no one on site. I had an issue with my toilet (wasn't flushing properly) and it took multiple messages and about 5 days to get it fixed.

It was a wonderful stay in Barcelona because these apartments have everything a traveler could need. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to all the main attractions, including the sea. The apartment also has its own kitchen, which is very convenient, and a balcony overlooking one of the streets of the old town. The service was absolutely incredible. For just 15 euros, we had the option to extend our stay for a late checkout, which was very important for us. It was easy to stay before or after check-in as well. On the ground floor, there is also a place where you can charge your phone or use the restroom. The check-in process is contactless, but there is always someone on the ground floor who can assist with any questions. Access to the apartments is only by code, which is also very convenient. Overall, the hospitality was great, and the responses were quick, so we will definitely stay here

The location of this hotel is simply perfect! It’s within walking distance of major attractions, surrounded by great restaurants, and just steps away from the train station. The staff’s service is outstanding. From the moment you arrive, they greet you with a smile and are always ready to assist with anything you need, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Even with no reception, you'll get a great service, you have a chat option, which I used twice. Everytime they responded almost immediately and solve everything smoothly. Absolut professionals. If you don't need a real breakfast restaurant, their breakfast option is basic, but nice You'll get coffe, tea, juice, cocoa, bread, ham, cheese, jam and some sweets. What made me happy was a Gluten free option. I was taken great care of.

Be aware that the breakfast are lobby breakfast. (which we only found out a day prior departure) You can take whatever you want to your room, but they don't have regular restaurant.

Great location near Plaza de Cataluña, in very good neighborhood. Beautiful appartment with large terrace, excess to roof top terrace which offers great relaxation zone. The appartment was very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. The kitchen contains all the appliances needed, including nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. We used lockers in the hotel lobby to store our luggage on the departure date, which was very convenient.

The beds were not so comfortable and the kitchen could be better equipped, for example small coffee cups would be nice to have since there is a nespresso machine (which I liked a lot!).

I liked the location, the practicality and also the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Also the design of the room was pretty and cosy.

the room was cold but unfortunately we couldn't heat it up with A/C. A/C only worked for cold. And the blankets were not very comfortable. Both the pillows and the blankets could be better. Sheets were very clean but not that comfortable. Blankets were very thin. The Staff was very helpful to provide us two additional blankets. Also the rooms by nature- needs cleaning after two days. It would be nice to have a cleaning every two days by default.
