The staff were wonderfully helpful and very helpful and friendly. Location is great. Lots of places to eat and lovely cafe round the corner. 10 minutes walk to La Rambla!

Not a big deal but the triple was very small. Once the sofa bed was opened there was hardly any space left to move around.

The location of the hotel was excellent, conveniently located near major landmarks and public transportation. Unfortunately, the neighboring properties allowed smoking so our room was often filled with cigarette smoke. Lots of nightlife nearby and plenty of food options. Right next door to the MOCO.

As stated above, the cigarette smoke at night was unbearable. Also the free coffee in the breakfast room was mediocre and the lockers to store belongings were too small. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The housekeeping is done by 12, so good luck getting fresh towels if you are on a different time zone and wish to sleep in.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful front desk staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was good and convenient to Cathedral and other sights. Located on busy street but rooms were quiet. Front desk made arrangements for taxi pick up for the airport which was very convenient.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from La Rambla and Plaça de Catalunya, which made it super easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very clean, cozy, and modern — everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the free hot drinks available in the afternoon, a lovely touch after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was outstanding — diverse, fresh, and delicious, with something for everyone. A big thank you to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

Do not hesitate to choose this hotell. It is well kept and all the spaces makes one feel comfortable. I want to mention the bed which was so so perfekt. Also my wife wants to state that the bed was in a class of its own. Also the many shelves near the door were useful. A/C worked fine. Considering the overall high pricing in Barcelona this hotel has reasonable prices and works fine. We are happy with our stay.

The elevator was slow. The street outside the lobby reminds you of Bronx but it is just as it looks and dont let that fool you. It was no unsafe feeling.

Amazing room, great staff! We were there during the blackouts and staff did everything they could to make sure everyone felt safe and gave out flashlights. Loved the location, super easy to get from the airport

Our room was on a bit of a loud street! Fine for us cause we were usually out late, but ask for a quiet room / ear plugs if you need them (there are some rooms that are more like “in” the hotel and not on the street!

Small, but cozy and neat hotel conveniently located right in the city center, offering all comfort you need. Great choice for leisure/weekend travelers to Barca. Most of city attractions located in walking distance from BCN40 or easily accessible by public transport. Direct connection to the airport by Aerobus line A1/A2 (st. Universitat). Hotel staff is very friendly ready to advise on your travel plans around Barca at any time (reception open 24/7). Nice breakfasts.

If you're sensitive to noise in the evening and nighttime (while balcony door opened), you'd perhaps better find another (quite) place to stay. But we enjoyed BCN40 with all cervecerias and bars surrounded, to feel the city life. Breakfast coffee deserves a slight improvement :)

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and my room had a lovely balcony. It was super clean and conveniently located in Barcelona (close to many areas). A big shoutout to Tina, the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful and always greeting us with her smile. People like her truly make a difference in the overall experience.

While the room was spotless, there was a lingering smell from the previous occupant, which was noticeable upon entering. Which made me less excited when entering. Thankfully, having a balcony made it easy to solve that problem. A simple solution like a room freshener would work wonders in such cases.

My stay was very comfortable—the room was spotless and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower head, which made every shower a real treat. The Wi-Fi worked well for my needs, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Sheets and towels were fresh and clean, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The coffee machine in the buffet produced some of the most awful coffee I have ever tasted.

The Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was super comfortable and clean. Housekeeping tidy our room and made the bed and provided fresh towels every day. The aircon was great but a little loud, however yo can get free earplugs at reception.

The noise of the AC , a min fridge would have been fantastic but otherwise absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay again :)
