Location was good and liked that it has spa

Staff would agree to help with things and confirm they have done things when they haven't or don't intend to. We asked for aircon to be fixed, they agreed to do this two days in a row but never did. They later said that they don't use AC in the season we traveled in.. fine but dont lie and dont advertise you do. They told us they had booked the taxi for our transport to airport, when checked the following day they confirmed it was booked. When we waiting for our taxi at checkout it didn't arrive and when we asked staff they admitted they hadn't booked it. We had accessibility needs so this caused significant issues at the airport with wheelchair assist as we were late.

Clean and nice hotel , very central but still in quiet street. Stuff very friendly and helpful. In the room all you need for short stay.

Single Room bit claustrophobic due to the fact that the only window is to the tiny courtyard and looking directly into other rooms windows. As a result the thick sun-blocking curtains needed to be on the window all the time. The price for such tiny room really high in comparison with other touristic cities where I could have two nights with breakfast for two people for same price.

A nice, big, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfasts with fresh fruits and vegetables. A pleasant roof terrace with jaccuzi (warm water). Good localisation.

Very loud restaurant downstairs, noises could be heard to deep night much after midninght, even from the 4th floor where was my room. Lack of even mini fridge in the room (it was stated in the room description, so it doesn't influence my overall note, still in the hotel with room prices 200-350+ Euro/night it should be present imo).

From our stay to the end the staff was so positive and helpful for everything. Special thanks to Carlos. We visited La Roca Village and they forgot to give my sunglasses at the shop, while we are visiting other cities, the hotel received and kept my sunglasses and they kept our extra luggage for 4 days until we came back in the luggage room safely. The location is perfect, it is located near sightseeing places. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We are happy to stay here.

Just the room temperature could be higher but it depends on the person.

I liked the location. The roof top sauna and Carlos who was friendly and very helpful. I found the others a little frosty but they were helpful and no one was unkind.

The bed is memory foam and hurt my back a bit especially with being on my feet a lot it compounded it a bit. But i coped. Its also not quite as glam as the pictures make out it was very clean but very basic and dated

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Spain and had a generally positive experience, though there were some drawbacks. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. The breakfast offered by the hotel was satisfying with a decent variety of options, though it wasn’t exceptional. It provided enough to start the day, but nothing stood out as particularly memorable. One major downside was the absence of a fridge in the room. This was quite inconvenient, especially for keeping drinks or snacks cool during the hot weather. It’s a basic amenity that I expected to find, and its absence was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel had some good qualities, the lack of a fridge in the room would make me reconsider staying here again in the future

Location is nice near everything you would want and need. Breakfast is very decent and served from good times

The hotel is pretty shabby room lacks power points and amenities (you get a basic travel kettle) a mini fridge would at least be needed. The walls are also paper thin can hear most all noise from every floor, and it’s not the cleanest room was cleaned at floor level but everything above was dusty and walls are marked with scuffs and stains

The central location near La Rambla was perfect to visit shops and attractions. It was perfect for us because we were looking for a place that was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned but simple. We did not want to pay more for frills. This hotel was super value. The front staff were exceptionally helpful to explain how to get around the city and see the attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet. The room was like a spruced up super clean college dormitory room but with private washroom. Frankly that is exactly what we were looking for on our budget. This place will make the budget traveler very happy, like us.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but we were not staying long enough to matter much. I would have liked to see some vegetables in the breakfast buffet but there was a bit of fruit.

We actually extended our stay in this hotel and stayed here for 6 nights as we were very happy with it. We dealt with Carlos at reception and he could not have been more helpful. The room had a lovely little balcony overlooking the street below and it was so nice to be in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was very spacious also which is hard to find. Great location, right in the centre and only a few minutes walk from La Rambla. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again. Highly recommend.
