The location is perfect and the staff is exceptional especially Cathie the cleaner who was kind enough to change our bed linen after her shift had already ended and Felipe who is always super friendly and always making sure that we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and we were there during the hottest week in BCN. The fridge was leaking water and not easy to close at times due to the position it’s placed in the closet. As a regular at Serennia for the past few years I felt the rooms were not as clean as before. There was a bit of dust on the bedsides when we arrived. I’m sure it was just cleaned in a rush.

The location is amazing, a few minutes walk to Plaça Catalunya. The view from the room with terrace is very beautiful! The room is exactly alike to the pictures, has a fridge and safe-box. There’s tea, coffee, water and biscuits available. Room is clean, the towels get changed daily if you need it. The stuff is friendly!

The terrace wasn’t cleaned, and the AC wasn’t cooling at all. I texted the gentleman on reception, he told me someone was coming, but unfortunately we didn’t get any help during the whole time of our stay.

The room and description was exact. Water, Coffee, tea, biscuits were in the room which was very nice. We were on the 7th floor facing the rear, very quiet. I think there were just 5 or 6 units in the floor. The location was amazing, a block from Placa Catalunya, where we caught the Aerobus to the airport, very convenient and only 30m ride, 10m walk and your in Las Ramblas. There were 2 really nice coffee/bakeries right next to the hotel, great to get your morning treats and fresh coffee. Would stay again.

Liked it all. I would maybe ask first hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Amazing location! Only a few minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya, and the closest Metro station was Universitat, across from the entrance to the building of the Serennia Exclusive Rooms. The entrance is not like a conventional hotel, almost like an entrance to a building. You just press the buzzer and they will let you in. Check-in was done on the top floor (A) which is equivalent to the 8th floor of the building. There is a lovely cafe 365 right next door where you can grab a quick breakfast and their freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely!

Hot water ran out in the evening after running a bath. There was enough hot water to fill up a bath but not twice! The first room we were shown did not have any views. There were windows but all greyed out, thus we asked to change a room with large windows, which was accommodated promptly and we were very happy with our room! You must remember that the place is located really centrally. The rooms facing the main road means some noises are inevitable. We did not mind it at all, rather enjoyed being in the center of Barcelona but if you would like a quiet room, I would ask for a quiet room.

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and accomodating. I loved the decor and amenities. The public spaces were fresh and open. They were well appointed. Very lovely property. Since they knew I was American the even supplied a power converter in the room . It was there when I arrived.

For me, I have mobility issues, this property had stairs to the entrance. I had a few challenges. But the staff helped as much as they could. Quite honest, I loved my stay and would recommend it to others.

Thank you for a beautiful experience staying with you. It was our home away from home for 3 nights. Travelling with young children can be hard and you worry about safety. We felt very safe and the rooms were located so close to everything we needed

The location, the facilities for the room were great, room size great and the sofa bed was large and comfy, way better than sofa beds usually are. The staff were all very helpful. Although the listing said a bath, there was an over bath shower with a half wall and curtain enclosure which was much appreciated.

It was a bit noisy from the main road (a little more than expected) as the windows didn’t quite pull shut fully but that didn’t ruin our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom spacious too, good room temperature. Cleaning service daily. All the amenities, plus coffee and tea, the room was equiped with a coffe machine and a boiler. Right downstairs on the street there is a bakery with seating area where one can have breakfast before starting the day. The area is central, right next to a metro station and to the placa catalunya and from the windows one can have a glimspe to the everyday life of the city. Not a quite neighborhood though, there is the traffic sound, which at night calms down significaly.

The location is great, at the center. Room was large and equipped with coffee/tea. The hotel is clean and the beds were comfy. Room felt clean and had a very large TV in it.

The hotel is located on the 7th floor with a very small elevator, so it's not so easy to put the luggage in one time. Also, The water pressure in the shower was poor. Price is a bit high in my opinion.

Nice comfy Botique Hotel. Close to major shopping streets. Hotel is very clean.

We reached around 3 p.m., and the room wasn't ready until 4.20, which is very unusual. When we reached, they started preparing the room, and it took a while for the lady to clean and prepare the room for us.
