The hotel was lovely. There was a little wear and tear on some of the furniture, but it’s a busy hotel and 3star. We had a fridge and kettle and ample space in the room. The room was clean and cleaned daily. There is a cute hotel bar with a grand piano and a small smoking area. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the day we were leaving. The staff are lovely and very cheery and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and not overlooking a super busy road. Our room had a balcony which was small, but ample. A perfect place to have as a base to explore Barcelona.

We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment. The base of the shower got super slippy when used, but there were handles that were useful. The kettle is in a weird place, but functioned fine. All was super.

The location is very central, very good if you like to explore the city and go shopping! The room was spacious. One of the things I liked the most was how helpful and nice the reception staff were.

I did not try the breakfast or restaurant so cannot share my opinion about this. Not much to add here as the hotel matched my expectations 100%.

I had prepaid but still had to pay local tax charge when checked in , which said was included in original charge? Guy on desk asked to see my credit card which I thought odd also has it was pre paid .

Location and staff.

Had a few issues at the beginning, mosquitos being the main one but once I mentioned it the problem was taken care of swiftly.

Central location near Place Catalunya and Ramblas. Room nice with Juliet balcony, beds comfortable, excellent breakfast, supplied a sewing kit when asked, tea and coffee making in room. Staff smiling, stylish and helpful.

We requested a double bed but twin room provided

Noise due to construction next to hotel . Couldn’t sleep past 8 am

Lovely terrace with pool, breakfast was filling with Nespresso coffee machines. Could store bags before and after check in/check out. Liked the midday check out. Rooms are a good size. Very close to centre.

Wasn't on the hotel but building next door is being renovated. We had to change rooms after the first night as we were woken to drilling at 8am! Would have been nice to be told this on check in. Staff were understanding and moved us straight away. Plastic cups in bathroom- would have preferred glass.

the card key which you must remove when you leave the room turns off not only the lights, but ALL outlets, including the refrigerator. This means that you can’t charge devices or keep anything chilling when not in the room

Location and staff were great. Just off last ramblas but enough that it's quiet. Right beside bus stop and metro station. Loads of 24hr supermarkets close by so no matter what time you get in you're sorted. Access to hotel after certain hour was by keycard and lift was controlled by keycard also. Room was ready early say 12:30 ish. Staff were super friendly every time you came in or out and really helpful on arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Minor thing but, the room doors are quite loud when closing so it can be a disturbance.

The location is fantastic, very central and in a safe part of the city. Right next to La Rambla and multiple tube stations. The room was decently sized with the bathroom being exceptional for the price bracket - it was really spacious with a large bathtub.

The WiFi was abysmal - if you want to use your devices please have a hotspot ready. You can't reliably use it to even browse the web. We had Apple devices and there might have been an incompatibility but still it's unacceptable in 2025 to not have decent coverage - esp. when you want to plan evenings and outings.
