From the moment we arrived at Hotel Jazz, we knew we had made the perfect choice for our stay in Barcelona. The hotel is ideally located on Carrer de Pelai, just steps from Plaça de Catalunya, making it the ultimate base for exploring the city. Whether you’re headed to Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, Passeig de Gràcia, or hopping on a metro, everything is literally within walking distance! Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a large bed, sleek bathroom, and thoughtful amenities. Despite being in such a central location, the room was beautifully quiet and peaceful at night – perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing.

Amazing Hotel! Nayden, the hotel Manager, and his whole staff were simply amazing. I had to go to the hospital (attacked by some dumb would-be robber who wasn't successful) and was not mobile for a few days. The whole hotel crew was super supportive, sending me breakfast everyday, little things I need, asking about me all the time, etc. Genuinely nice people at the hotel. Also, the location was amazing, right there in the middle of fun things, with easy access to nice restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

On my last day, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne as a gift from the hotel – such an elegant and thoughtful gesture that truly made my day! Thank you, Jazz Hotel, for this beautiful touch. 🥂 The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city was a perfect place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and looking for a stylish, relaxing stay with great attention to detail. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was perfect!

Fantastic location, central to everything. Transport all very close to hotel, and walking to Las Ramblas is about 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel felt very modern and clean, pool and bar on the rooftop was excellent. As well as live music. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

Only a few small issues, soundproofing was not great. Could often hear people walking in the corridors and doors slamming shut. As well, quite often you could feel rumbling as the subway passes underneath the hotel (I was on the 5th floor). And finally the pillows provided were quite uncomfortable. Very firm.

The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions in Barcelona, such as La Rambla, the beach, museums, the aquarium, shopping areas, and restaurants. The subway and bus stations are also just a few minutes away on foot. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend booking breakfast with your stay—you get a discounted rate, and it's worth it! I especially loved that the room had a high-quality stereo system, even in the shower. The ambiance in the room was amazing, thanks to the integrated audio system.

The size of the room, rooftop bar and pool, the staff, laundry services, kid friendly accommodation with a great crib - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! So close to everything we wanted to do, safe neighborhood and super walkable! Such a great overall stay for our family!

Only two things if we are being critical: Breakfast - stopped by one morning but eggs were all gone, and everything else was pretty picked over. Talked with another guest who had prepaid for having breakfast included, and was disappointed they did so. We were glad we didn’t pre pay. We also arrived super early in the morning, and our room (not surprisingly) wasn't available yet - we could leave our bags but didn't get an option to get a key card to relax at the rooftop or elsewhere on the property other than the lobby, which was a little tough with our exhausted 2 year old. But they did expedite getting the room ready, it was available three hours before the promised time.

Great location, easy access to the city’s public transport system, once you’ve worked out which ticket works on which line/bus. 59 Bus was are most used transport to and from Barceloneta. Breakfast very good, taken on the firs5 and last mornings only, as we wanted to try other options in the city.

Disappointed with the pool, it didn’t take too many people in or around it to feel crowded. Upstairs bar great, but the noise from the traffic is a bit much. Having said that the rooms are well sound proofed.

It was the perfect place to stay for us. We were only there for a day. The staff were kind enough to give us a very early check-in. The location was perfect as the subway entrance was just a few metres away. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating of our needs. The room was clean and larger than expected. The beds and facilities were perfect. Didn't get time to visit the rooftop bar and pool. I recommend Hotel Jazz as a complete hotel for your stay. I look forward to returning there on my next visit.
