The location is great, very close to a lot of metro and bus stops and it is close to many good restaurants and popular snack places. Staff are super friendly. I arrived earlier and wanted to put my bag there but they let me check in earlier. Staff are always very willing to help. The room was really nice and tidy! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. All the facilities are of high quality and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there. I had great time in Barcelona this time, a large part was because of the stay. It is one of the best places I have stayed during my solo trip ever. I want to come back and stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Just to keep it in mind that they will charge 50 euro as deposit for consumption of snacks and drinks prepared in the room, but the deposit is immediately returned on the day of check out.

The room was a bit humid, even when the outside air was warm and crisp. The bathroom is really small and placed very near to the bed, so anyone in the room can hear the noises from the bathroom very clearly, which could be embarrassing for some people. The half-transparent sliding door and wall of the bathroom is kinda tricky to use, and cannot be closed completely. I had no problem with this since I stayed with my wife, but watch out if you're planning to stay with a person with whom you'd rather not share your bathroom noises and naked body silhouette :)

The location was fantastic, and across the road was the metro, with another two in walking distance. You are in the university district, which is beautiful. A rooftop restaurant with a beautiful sunset a few doors down. I loved the place. Beautiful interior with interesting features. I had the single room, small but with everything I needed, and with the extra space with the roof terrace. Staff brilliant and communication frequent and clear.

I would have liked to have the roof terrace open earlier. 10am is too late.

Really beautiful and comfortable rooms, and the location is ideal - 2min walk to the metro and a easy 10-15min walk to a ton of nearby attractions. Perfect for a solo stay, I had a double room but I think it would be a tight squeeze for 2 people. Super clean, neat, and just really lovely. I also have to commend the owners on their communication - there's no reception desk, but they welcome you at the front door and walk you through everything.

Only two things - the hot water in my shower was a little temperamental, and the lock on the door from the main staircase is a nightmare, took me a good 3min every time to figure out how to unlock it.

Very convenient location, near many bars, restaurants and transportation options. Nice staff, fast check-in, clean and organized hotel. Good amenities, replenished daily.

The bed was a little too narrow and too soft for my taste. But nothing major.

Excellent location and very clean, comfortable and well designed rooms. A mix of heritage and convenience in the rooms. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Also very responsive to any questions. I will recommend this to my friends.

We loved our stay at DestinationBCN. The room was absolutely beautiful. We felt like we had stepped back in time looking at the architecture. It is extremely accessible and we were in walking distance to many tourist locations and incredible restaurants. I highly recommend DestinationBCN.

Early check-in was great because I needed to leave my luggage and to take a shower. Thanks to the housekeeping! Staff was fantastic since the beginning, really usefull and clear about everything and very kind. I will return here for sure. Thank you all!

Location, staff and the room.

The key room little bit complicated to use and one day my key room wasn't work and I was lock outside my room after I had shower and I was waiting for reception to came and fix it, luckily it's fix.

Excellent location, easy check in and check out. I was able to leave my bags for the day on checkout which was much appreciated. Room was clean, functional and welcoming. Best price I could find for a private room in a good location. Would return and recommend
