This is by no means a luxurious stay, but it is incredibly clean, comfortable and has a great location. But above all that, the staff was beyond fantastic. I had been scammed at another hostel and called this hostel in the middle of the night and they welcomed me with open arms. The young man that works there even met me outside on the street and walked me to the hostel when I had trouble finding the door. The next day there was a young woman working there that made me feel so welcomed and happy that I even decided to book another night there instead of a hotel I had previously booked. The same young girl was there when I checked in remembered me and said “welcome home”. I’ve never felt more comfortable in any hostel in my 36 years on this planet and I will book this place every time I return to Barcelona.

It is a small hostel with a nice common area and a calm environment. It is well organized, and the kitchen is just ok (not super complete, but it did provide oil, sugar, salt, etc. Great!). The free cookies and tea/coffee is a very nice touch. It was a great location, close to everything and with many gastronomic options nearby.

I think this hostel could be a 10 if they did a few things to improve the bathrooms. The showers have no curtain and no hanger so you have to improvise to prevent your stuff from getting wet. Also a curtain in the beds would be nice, but overall it is a good hostel.

Wonderful location at the very heart of the city. You can reach Sants, the train station, all the sights and the seaside with public transport or (a longer bit sightful) walking. The staff was incredibly nice, and as the hostel is one of the smaller ones, with the 24/7 reception desk you truly feel safe at all times. The beds were as comfy as it gets in a hostel, and the cleanliness of the place was also exceptional, especially for this price. There is a silent time in the evening, and between 23-9 there really wasn't usually any noise. Do bring earplugs though, just to be sure. You also get decently sized lockers with keys for your belongings, as well as many program ideas on a map made by the hostel(!), and discount vouchers spread around the common areas as well as all the necessary information you could need. The staff once again was always happy to help out. The building of the hostel was also beautiful, and getting in was easy (do read the manual though, but it's just either of the green buttons and then walk up to the first floor, leftmost door, one more bell and they let you in if you stay there).

There were two guys who really did not realize the silence policy and were talking loudly and watching videos at 1am. However, after telling them/the staff, they kept it down. Also our room in particular was quite small, and more like a separated part near a bigger room. Either way we had a lovely time, and I am sure that if you need any information beforehand, or a special request, they are also happy to help you. The kitchen was quite small, two people fit in there approximately, that is a bit of a downside, and the living room/common area could be more fun/bigger, but other than that really top notch! Also the fridge was decent size, we could fit in everything we needed.

As I arrived in BCN at 4 in the morning due to a delayed plane, I really appreciated the 24 hour reception. The instructions were clear and despite the late (or rather early) hour, the receptionist showed me everything necessary. I was in the 8-bed mixed dormitory, so I was a little worried, but it was perfect, we were only women anyway, it was not very hot and the bed was comfortable. Despite the very central position it was not too noisy, which was a pleasant surprise, and despite the doors made of glass, it was reasonably dark (I am very particular about noise, darkness and temperature and all these were ok, which was a pleasant surprise). If you need to come/get to the airport during the night, it is highly recommended, due to the Aerobus bus stop which is just several hundred meters away.

The washbasins in the restrooms are rather narrow.

My stay at the hostel was nothing short of fantastic. The room was exactly as expected for a hostel, and I made wonderful friends with my roommates, all solo travelers like myself. Vitor De Moraes (I have to specify the name because there’s another staff member with the same first name, but I will get to him too), made checking in a delightful experience—he was not only exceptionally professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Vitor effortlessly addressed all my concerns and ensured I felt completely at ease. The next day, I had the pleasure of meeting an another exceptional staff member also named Victor, who provided invaluable insights into transportation options in Barcelona, leaving me feeling confident and well-informed.The hostel itself boasted all necessary amenities, and the showers and toilets were impeccably maintained(in way better condition than most hostels out there!). The inviting atmosphere made extending my stay a tempting thought. For me, it was mostly Vitor's outstanding service that truly stood out to me. His warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction were unparalleled. As someone with experience in hospitality, I can confidently say that Vitor's exceptional service exceeded all expectations. Without a doubt, I'll be returning, and it's all thanks to Vitor and all the exceptional staff. Hasta Luego!

Bed mattresses could be a little thicker but minor issue.

Staff are really friendly. I checked in late when I arrived in Barcelona. And they helped me to transfer to another hostel the next day when they closed the one I'm supposed to stay into.

The location of the hostel is very good, not far from Plaza Cuatalonia, from where it is convenient to get by bus to the airport. There is also a metro station, supermarkets and shops nearby. The staff is very friendly, there are enough comfortable beds and a locker for each guest

There are not enough hooks for clothes in the showers.

I am a Solo Traveler. I have stayed in Hostels in more than 20 cities in 12 different European countries. But I have never met such excellent staff as in this hostel. And the location of the hostel is absolutely amazing. Thanks for everything.

Literally everything was good! Especially the doors to the rooms don't make any sound at all! Beds are comfy, all is clean, people are friendly, the locker is included in the price, free tea/coffee and cookies, good wi-fi, perfect location.

It's a bit weird to pay for the luggage if you need to leave it in the hostel after 2 pm. The payment is not that big, but still in all the places you can leave it for free if you have a late evening flight.
