The apartment was spacious and the wide Terraza window was awesome. The location was great and had many eating & shops close by.

The TV cable didn’t work however we rapidly got another one, although smaller, but it didn’t work much either. The accessories look outdated and warded out like the art & cushions.

The apartment is centrally located, favourite touristic attractions like Las Ramblas, Casa Battllo, Casa Mila, etc., are within a walking distance. Very close to two underground stations and bus stops which makes getting around the city easy and covenient. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of cafes and restaurants with Catalan and international cuisine. Last but nor least comes the cleanliness of the place and the hospitality and responsiveness of the staff and of our host Albert in particular. Many thanks indeed and would be glad to be back again soon!

One of the bedrooms that overlooks tha main street is a bit noisy during the night.

The location is great, you can go anywhere you want in Barcelona. The flat was spacious for 6 people, we had two bathrooms so it helps. We enjoyed the living room and the flat had everything we needed for 3 nights.

We had to pay an extra 20 euros because our train getting delayed, so it was a bit unfortunate (the communication was great and the host was super reactive tho). For the check-in, we arrived at the flat's entrance but in the end, it was in another location, down the street. Not too far but communication about the arrival could have been better.

Great Location. Walking distance to the main shopping areas. The area has lots of restaurants. The place was clean. The kitchen looked good have everything we needed.

The bathroom sink was kind of draining very slowly. The mattresses are old and deformed quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The lounge chair foam was also sunken due to overuse or too old. Outside noise is heared even if windows are closed. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors coming in and out of the apartment.

The location cannot be beat. Its a very spacious apartment with separation between the 2 bedrooms. The living room is comfortable, the balcony is wonderful, we enjoyed it very much for family time and sunbathing. The refrigerator and countertop appliances worked well

The location is on a very busy street, and there was some traffic and construction noise. There are some odd functionalities and not all appliances worked. The washer dryer was poor at cleaning clothes (could have been the supplied detergent), and the dryer did not work at all. The bathroom was awkward, there are no towel hangers or racks. We were unable to get hot water in the kitchen, and we were not able to plug the sink drain for washing dishes. We found no English TV channels.

Best location , when the lady told us you have the best apartment, she was not joking, it was definitely the best, it ticked all boxes: space, comfortable, privacy, self catering tools, I mean fully functional kitchen! Very rare. Public transport accessible Food (restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops) all at the door step Local convenience stores at least 5 are 2-3 minutes walk from this particular property We were different age groups,30- over 60 years within the group,everyone was satisfied with what to do inside the premises and outside in public spaces . Bonus special feature (lift to the apartment)

I wish the TV could be smart TV with apps/ have WiFi connection, we didn’t watch because of limited channels and we couldn’t use our apps to connect to tv ,

Apartment complex is in center of the city, walking distance to great restaurants, museums, cathedral, a lot of convenience stores , bakeries near the apartment, metro stations very close, easy access to the Barcelona beach, bus stop right next to the door, ice cream shop is on the corner. Apartment is very clean, the small balcony is great to have a morning coffee. There is a washer machine in one of the bathroom which is great. In the bathroom you have shampoo, body wash, and lotion. No conditioner tho. Kitchen has all the utilities, pots, plates, cups and glasses. The host is very nice and helpful.

The bathroom showers in both bathrooms need updates. The bottom of the shower floor is peeling. There is no seasonings, spices, sugar, coffee etc. in the kitchen so if you want to cook you have to buy everything.

The location could not be better. Pretty much anything you can want or need is within walking distance except for the beach which was a quick bus ride away. The apartment itself is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay there and would consider renting here again.

The only real issue that I had was the 2nd bedroom was quite small (2 twin beds). It was very hot in there because there was no A/C unit in the 2nd bedroom. We had to keep the door open to try to get some cool air from the living room but it didn't help much. I feel like this apt should be for 3 adults max or maybe a couple with 2 small children.

Great location! The penthouse apartment had everything we needed. Having the outside space was such an add bonus. The beds are especially comfortable and air conditioning a much needed addition as it was extremely hot. We arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases in the office a few doors down from our accommodation and the same when leaving. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

New fridge as it’s looking tired and to replace the leaking coffee machine but this did not reflect on our wonderful stay. I did report the coffee machine and staff were happy to replace.

The terrace was great- sunny even on December. Beds were comfortable, sofa can be transferred in bed. Location just great- walked everywhere.

Would suggest to buy at least one big knife, and also AC at the back room is not working properly. And also small cosmetic renovation is needed .
