The hotel was lovely. There was a little wear and tear on some of the furniture, but it’s a busy hotel and 3star. We had a fridge and kettle and ample space in the room. The room was clean and cleaned daily. There is a cute hotel bar with a grand piano and a small smoking area. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the day we were leaving. The staff are lovely and very cheery and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and not overlooking a super busy road. Our room had a balcony which was small, but ample. A perfect place to have as a base to explore Barcelona.

We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment. The base of the shower got super slippy when used, but there were handles that were useful. The kettle is in a weird place, but functioned fine. All was super.

The location is very central, very good if you like to explore the city and go shopping! The room was spacious. One of the things I liked the most was how helpful and nice the reception staff were.

I did not try the breakfast or restaurant so cannot share my opinion about this. Not much to add here as the hotel matched my expectations 100%.

I had prepaid but still had to pay local tax charge when checked in , which said was included in original charge? Guy on desk asked to see my credit card which I thought odd also has it was pre paid .

Location and staff.

Had a few issues at the beginning, mosquitos being the main one but once I mentioned it the problem was taken care of swiftly.

Central location near Place Catalunya and Ramblas. Room nice with Juliet balcony, beds comfortable, excellent breakfast, supplied a sewing kit when asked, tea and coffee making in room. Staff smiling, stylish and helpful.

We requested a double bed but twin room provided

Great location on one of the quieter streets. Amazing transport links. Short walk to many attractions bars and restaurants. 24 hour reception. Staff always greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was good. Both hot and cold buffet but maybe could have more fruit. The roof terrace pool is small but adequate. The roof terrace also had sunbeds and a shaded seating bar area which was a great touch with a wonderful view across the city to the Mediterranean. We had a rear facing quiet twin room. 415. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard daily. Air conditioning, large screen TV, fridge, large wardrobe, kettle and coffee provided, dressing area, large mirror, Bathroom had a small bath with shower which had good pressure and temperature.

My bed was quite firm, but that’s a personal choice.

Noise due to construction next to hotel . Couldn’t sleep past 8 am

. location was handy as everything was in walking distance. Rooftop pool and terrace is the best thing about this hotel. Was peaceful and relaxing. Small selection of food and drinks available to buy at the rooftop bar

Rooms basic. Small kettle provided which was fixed in place on the vanity unit leaving no space for cosmetics. Poor design. only given 1 sachet of coffee daily in a paper single use cup. No proper mugs... safe not working. Staff said customer have issues with the safes a lot, staff opinion hotels choice of safes is poor. Room service was not a thing. You could call down but don't expect anything helpful Construction work next door meant we was woken up by drills and hammering at 7am. Had to move rooms which was a downgrade with no compensation, didn't even get an extra sachet of coffee thrown in.... full review posted on TripAdvisor

Very modern hotel situated 3 minutes to La Rambla.Close to metro,buses.Very clean, with swimming pool on the roof.For me four stars hotel.I would like to say something about the Staff.Amazing all of them.Starting from womens at the restaurant- smiling from the morning,nice.The Staff in reception: all of you is great. I have got an answer for all my questions : where to go how to get somwhere always with a smile.Lisania helped me with big problem ,I will always remember her..She is nice helpfull and joyfull. My opiniom of the hotel is 10 plus.Anna from Poland.

everything was good

The staff was super kind and welcoming, rooms were spacious and clean, with towels are cleaned daily. The hotel is located in the perfect spot for enjoying the city, the bus stop is at your doorstep and it’s a safe street despite being 2 min away from the rambla. The pool area is very nice, with also tables, a bar and music. I asked the staff the favour to have the room ready asap at 10 and they got it for me in 15 minutes, still after granting me access to baggage storage and pool area.
