It was a massive apartment- much bigger than what it looked in the photos. Spacious, beds were really comfy, not so much the sofa as leather and not very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms a bonus for a family of 5 . Walking distance from Plaza Catalunya about 15/20 minutes but also metro stop just 3 min walk. Very well located with bars and supermarkets- Mason fresh market and Mercadona just 1 minute away. Communication with reception was great via Booking.com or their two number - there was an issue with the tv and a blind , but they sent maintenance the next morning and all resolved . The cleaning lady was very friendly- the only downside is having the reception to leave the bags at about 8 minutes away- however it’s very clear when you book and you can self check in the day before - they have keysafe boxes in the entrance so pretty easy to follow instructions.

The floor in arrival wasn’t moped and the collection of keys a few minutes away- but we were aware if it at the one of booking. So no issues . Overall a great stay and would def stay again

We were at apartment #1 on 7th floor with elevator which has nice double terase which is great benefit to rest, eat, drink. Apartment contain dishwasher, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen and wifi connection. Over the street is huge supermarket and it is located near by the metro and direct bus to the beach. In the area there are many coffee restaurants and places to eat. We felt also very safe no matter when. Noise from the street is minimal.

It needs urgently renovation, dishwasher has full of rust, door to bathroom are not working properly, one pan is not fit for induction, expandable sofa could be better quality for more conformable sleep, fridge is old and causes a lot of frost, bathroom itself requires modernization. A/C requires cleanup there is a lot of dust in it. It is obvious whoever checks and maintain the apartments is doing crap job and never reports things for replacement, fixes etc.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, everything you need. On the other side of the street there is market, so it is very comfortable to get food. The main objects can be easy reachable by foot, easy to find.

maybe there should be bar chairs in the kitchen or more additional chairs in the living room. and it would be great to control warmness in the apartment espcially in winter time [it was a bit to cold]. One bathroom had problems with water sewage.

The property office is a few minutes' walk from the actual apartment. But Luis who was the contact, made it very easy on us. We took a cab from the airport and he gave us the code to get into the building and then one of us walked to meet him (on Easter!), to sign, pay, and get keys, and then walk back. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the metro, super nice neighborhood, not loud. It was clean modern, spacious, and perfect for our family of 5 who had been on the road for a week and were happy to have a nice place to land while in Barcelona!

The wifi isn't great but it works ok. Wish they included a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and some hand soap. Plus soap dishes for the bathroom would keep things less messy (I used saucers from the kitchen).

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. A pleasant place to base yourself. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfy too.

The aircon makes the second bedroom very cold as no natural light reaches the room (the window looks into a small shaft that runs the height of the building). The terrace is big, but very overlooked by all of the apartments in the block. Wifi was quite slow and signal is poor in the second bedroom.

We received no information on directions from the reception area back to the apartment.

Clear instructions/map with directions on it on how to find the apartment block we were in. We arrived after 10pm and felt the person on reception did not care if we arrived safely at our accomodation

the bathroom heater is not instant heating and we were told to wait for 40 min after the first 2 persons have bathed to use the shower again so we took a long time for our family of 5 to finish our baths. only day curtain available so the sunlight could shine into the bedroom in the morning. will be good to have night curtains. a bit noisy from the street noise although bearable. overall still a pleasant stay

Our flat was on the sixth floor facing the backyeard, hence very quiet. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Metro and bus. We didn't use any of the available facilities since we were out and about all day. The lift was working, the air conditioner was OK. The place was clean and spacious. The staff at the reception were very friendly and the communication before arrival was great.

The Internet was not very stable at times

It was well equipped and the air conditioning was working very well which was useful during the summer when we were there.

One of the bathrooms had an issue where the water was not being drained properly, there was a bit of flooding due to this in the floors near the bathroom. The sofa bed can't really be considered as one. It's mostly just a sofa where only a smaller person can sleep comfortably.

Everything else was fine. The apartment is an economic option, but we found everything we needed. Laundry and dishwasher supplies could be left.

One of the inconveniences of having to pick up the keys at a different location is the hassle.
