For our last day in Spain it was easy to use. Booking,com mis-communicated our request for 2 rooms for 2 couples, but staff was quick to adjust. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Breakfast included, they arranged our taxi to the airport. The bed had plugs on each side. Our room overlooked the park next door.

the bathroom was a little small, tub shower.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from lidl supermarket opens from 9:00 to 21:00. (Right across the park in front of the hotel) Walking distance from sants train station, bus station (takes you to andorra 3 hours "directbus"), and green and blue underground lines. (The station is just about 10 minutes southwest walking distance from the hotel. You would also get a nice view of the temple of the sacred heart of Jesus if your room over looked the street.

The room was good for 2 people but never 3. We felt really cramped inside. The room didn't have a kettle. And the parking of the hotel (if you are considering getting a car) was a bit of a struggle to get put off because it was meant for smaller cars! Even though the car we rented wasn't that big and could manage to fit through, with a lot of struggle,

Nice hotel with great Location. Close to city Metro. Short taxi ride to airport and cruise port. Very walkable city with lots to see. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tried to get a clogged sink addressed. Never was accomplished. Breakfast on site was excellent. Exercise room was poor, barely enough to call an exercise room. Poor hours to access the exercise room. Only 2 pieces of equipment and one was broken.

Better exercise equipment and hours to access. People who avidly work out want access 4 am to 7 am so they can get on with the tourist stuff.

Great location - close to metro lines. We arrived around 10 AM, the receptioniat was helpful enough to place our larger luggage in storage. Breakfast was pretty great, even champagne is available.

We paid for the room upon arrival but she forgot to mark the reservation as completed, had I not asked later for a receipt not sure if the PM staff would have taken our word for paying for the room. Be vigilant folks. I know I booked a small-doublebed room ( as it was the last at this price) but the bed was really small... Barcelona accomodation prices are getting out of.hand I could have used a hanger for coats in the hallway instead of next to bed with 4 hangers.

This is a hotel with good standards throughout - modern and clean, with a good restaurant and bar; there is also outside seating. It is well situated for the Barcelona Sants main railway station. We ate at the restaurant and the food was well presented and interesting, and good value. The bedroom was quite spacious with large beds. Staff were always available, and consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which we did not have) looked very good.

The location is not very central or very interesting so a tourist would probably need to take transport to see the sights (although this is is probably necessary for a city the size of Barcelona anyway). It is not a cheap hotel although it is probably reasonable value considering the facilities. The restaurant menu is not very large nor particularly reflective of local food.

The location, the reception staff, the breakfast was delicious, housekeeping girls were very kind.

Few things that in my opinion could be improved. We were in room 500, I noticed there is mold in the room and there was water on the inner side of the window every morning, maybe because of the humidity, still for a 4* I believe this could be fixed. Another thing is regarding the breakfast - the staff in the restaurant smashed the cutlery and the plates whenever cleaning the tables, which for a place with such high ceilings is very noisy and disturbing especially early in the morning.

Great hotel with an elevator, close to the metro station, Lidl is right across the street and in a small park. Rooms are clean, good size, reception personnel really helpful and professional, speaks English. Bathroom very nice and clean, towels changed every day, shampoo and hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast with solid selection for all and tasty. The best part I would like to mention is something that positively surprised me - picnic breakfast on the go. Our flight was early in the morning before breakfast was served, I asked at the reception night prior our departure if we can get breakfast pack to take = when leaving in the morning before 7AM we did receive big breakfast bag with coffee, juice, apple, yogurt, donut and sandwich to go, it was lovely and it literally made our day" Thank you for that. Really nice hotel and I would come back again anytime. I recommend it.

Only 2 thing made us think - changing temperature now and than in the shower :) plus the air ventilation in the bathroom was very weak. I think its an older building limitation but it would not stop me from staying here again.

It was close to the metro and the staff were helpful with information on how to get to the attractions we wanted to see

Room was very spacious and bed super comfortable. Location was good for us because we used hotel only for few hours over the night having connection from BCN airport to BCN train station. This hotel was 5 min walking distance from main train station in Barcelona. Which was perfect for our early morning train. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning so cannot make any comments on it.

Price was bit high for one night but we did last minute reservation and it was without pre-payment so this is just a comment not really a negative thing.

Not too far from train station. Easy frequent trips to old town and train station if going downhill. Even though place not modern, will consider it again and has met most of our expectations.

Taxi took a long time to find the address and charged us accordingly because the street is split was kind of hard to find and the keys are not in the property where we stayed. No soap in bathroom, no bath shampoo or body liquid soap. Dryer a bit old , does not function well to dry towel. Walking uphill to the apt from old town. Over All , place is nice is clean and recommended.
