For our last day in Spain it was easy to use. Booking,com mis-communicated our request for 2 rooms for 2 couples, but staff was quick to adjust. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Breakfast included, they arranged our taxi to the airport. The bed had plugs on each side. Our room overlooked the park next door.

the bathroom was a little small, tub shower.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from lidl supermarket opens from 9:00 to 21:00. (Right across the park in front of the hotel) Walking distance from sants train station, bus station (takes you to andorra 3 hours "directbus"), and green and blue underground lines. (The station is just about 10 minutes southwest walking distance from the hotel. You would also get a nice view of the temple of the sacred heart of Jesus if your room over looked the street.

The room was good for 2 people but never 3. We felt really cramped inside. The room didn't have a kettle. And the parking of the hotel (if you are considering getting a car) was a bit of a struggle to get put off because it was meant for smaller cars! Even though the car we rented wasn't that big and could manage to fit through, with a lot of struggle,

The location, the reception staff, the breakfast was delicious, housekeeping girls were very kind.

Few things that in my opinion could be improved. We were in room 500, I noticed there is mold in the room and there was water on the inner side of the window every morning, maybe because of the humidity, still for a 4* I believe this could be fixed. Another thing is regarding the breakfast - the staff in the restaurant smashed the cutlery and the plates whenever cleaning the tables, which for a place with such high ceilings is very noisy and disturbing especially early in the morning.

Great hotel with an elevator, close to the metro station, Lidl is right across the street and in a small park. Rooms are clean, good size, reception personnel really helpful and professional, speaks English. Bathroom very nice and clean, towels changed every day, shampoo and hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast with solid selection for all and tasty. The best part I would like to mention is something that positively surprised me - picnic breakfast on the go. Our flight was early in the morning before breakfast was served, I asked at the reception night prior our departure if we can get breakfast pack to take = when leaving in the morning before 7AM we did receive big breakfast bag with coffee, juice, apple, yogurt, donut and sandwich to go, it was lovely and it literally made our day" Thank you for that. Really nice hotel and I would come back again anytime. I recommend it.

Only 2 thing made us think - changing temperature now and than in the shower :) plus the air ventilation in the bathroom was very weak. I think its an older building limitation but it would not stop me from staying here again.

It was close to the metro and the staff were helpful with information on how to get to the attractions we wanted to see

Not too far from train station. Easy frequent trips to old town and train station if going downhill. Even though place not modern, will consider it again and has met most of our expectations.

Taxi took a long time to find the address and charged us accordingly because the street is split was kind of hard to find and the keys are not in the property where we stayed. No soap in bathroom, no bath shampoo or body liquid soap. Dryer a bit old , does not function well to dry towel. Walking uphill to the apt from old town. Over All , place is nice is clean and recommended.

Great staff, very helpful. Organized airport transfers & because I was leaving early also sorted picnic breakfast for me to eat at the airport! Fantastic location, situated on edge of a park & able to walk into city centre (placa de Catalunya within 30 mins. Close to amenities - metro, supermarket, etc Small room but definitely adequate for solo traveller. Great breakfast included with room cost. Nice, quiet room. Restaurant & bar onsite was a nice place to chill out with a glass of wine, overlooking the park.

Both the room and beds are spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities. Location is great because it is close to the metro line and it takes around 15min to reach La Rambla, but it is quiet during the night. There are a few grocery stores within 200m from the hotel that stay open late, which is very convenient if you arrive at 1 am.

Air conditioning did not work properly. Temperature in the room was probably around 23°C when the AC was turned on. However, it became too cold at certain times, such as after returning from the beach or taking a shower, and we couldn't set it to a higher temperature - our only option was to turn it off. The treadmill was out of order during our stay, but there are nice streets nearby where you can go for a run.

I like the hotel because it is close to the metro station and there is a nearby supermaket (LIDL) just outside the hotel. It is like 1 min walk from the hotel. If you wanted also to grab some foods there are also nearby restaurants around the hotel. The location of the hotel is situated in a quiet place. Another thing is also they offer welcome drinks which is also a good idea because of the heat and summer weather of Barcelona definitely you’ll need refreshments/ something to drink. Here they offer it for free upon arrival. Thumbs up to that. The staffs are also very polite and very helpful. Overall, the experience was great.

I don’t like their AC. It was not enough. It is still warm inside our room. I hope the management will come to check their aircons.

Great location, rooms were neat and clean, staff responded fast and well to any inquiries. The room had a TV, the breakfast was diverse, all good.

The room could have had a bit more in it, like a kettle and a few more coat hangers to hang clothes on. The walls were also quite thin, you could hear the rooms next to being lived in, cleaned as well as the street noise so ear plugs were necessary if you are used to a more quiet environment. All nitpicks, really
